Location is great. Metro station is very close. There is also a small shopping mall with grocery store and food court in the same building. Rooms are big and two queen size beds were very comfortable for a family of 3. Room was clean. You can open the window to get fresh air.

Swimming pool was out of order. Breakfast even though it seems there is plenty to choose from lacks healthy options with very limited veggies and fruits choices.

The hotel is not in the city center however metro station is just outside the hotel and it takes only 10 minutes approximately to get to the city. Rooms are nice, spacious and it was very clean. Its a nice hotel with modern aesthetic. We had excellent housekeeping service every day. Front office manager (cant remember the name) was there happy to help us with some information we needed. We would happily stay again in the future.

Restaurant staff doesn't speak English at all (except the manager of course). We had breakfast 5 days and only 1 waiter came to greet us and tell us to have a nice day (the basic that nobody else did). Even reception staff never greet us (we walked in front of them couple of times in our stay and nobody told us Hallo, good morning or good evening. They didnt even do a small eye contact. I know that this is a big hotel with a lot of people but greeting people is an important part of the job.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. We got upgraded to a junior suite for free which was amazing. Breakfast was very good and clean even though it's a very big hotel that serves hundreds of guests every morning; hotel and rooms are perfectly clean and maintained and the staff was kind and attentive even when there was a technical problem with the pool for one day - they offered us a free dinner as a courtesy. Hotel is right next to a mall with a food court and lots of shops and supermarket. Public transport to the city is right next to the hotel and takes 15 min to the center. I would stay there again whenever I'm in town for sure.

The pool and the gym are operated by a third party with a free hotel guests' entrance. It's a 3-minute walk so not a big deal but the pool is very small and sometime gets crowded. That said, the gym is professional, wellness area is super nice, and all is very nicely maintained.

The hotel is out of the centre, but has direct access to the metro station (10-minute ride directly to the historic centre). The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped; you won't miss a thing. The breakfast provides everything you will think of (fresh pancakes made directly in front of you :)). Worth returning during next stay in Prague.

As it is a rather big hotel, it could be a bit crowded during breakfast (and you will rather use the stairs instead of the elevators during that time...). Unfortunately, I have no proof, but I'm pretty sure that Booking.com mentioned on their website before the reservation that parking in the garage was included in the price (not generally, but directly for the room I have selected). However, this turned out not to be the case (the reception staff stated that there is never free parking when booking a standard room through Booking.com).

Subway station is near. There is Spar market in the same building. Parking is valid all day at your check out day.

It can happen that elevators are busy, because hotel is very large you have to wait for maybe 5-10min. My room was looking into intrernal backyard without option to open wondows. No view exept sky. You are looking at widows of other rooms, but there is enough light. There is a lot of people at breakfast, like at the train station. You will have enough to eat, food quality level 8. At reception if you ask check in or check out they will look at you and you will feel they are telling you are you crazy you could do that online, in my case I couldnt, despite I am fammiliar with IT.

Although the hotel is very big, it is well organized! Our room was very spacious and modern. Breakfast - never saw such big hall with about 6 food stations - everything was freshly cooked all the time and a lot of different food and desserts. We stayed in this hotel because we attended a concert in the O2 arena - it is convenient since it's only 10mins walk away. Metro is just outside the hotel - it connects you directly to the city centre. The bar lounge serves great cocktails and snacks :)

Maybe a shower instead of a bath would have been more practical in the bathroom. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Although about 40 mins from city centre on tram (less on metro), it has very convenient and regular service for both within a 5 minute walk. Area feels safe. Right beside a Lidl and a large shopping centre in case you need anything. Staff generally helpful and friendly, even though it is a very large (over 500 rooms) hotel. Good breakfast - though busy. Nice rooms, good air con, comfortable beds, nice linen / pillows.

Battery in door access to our room failed so we were locked out. In the end, this was sorted in about 20 minutes but the comms to us around this (wait in corridor outside room, someone will come! - when? don't know) did not inspire complete confidence. But, as I say, it was actually sorted quickly.

We stayed at Clarion Congress Hotel Prague for 2 nights and had a really good experience overall. The room was super clean and had a modern look. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, and I really liked the lighting setup—it gave the room a nice cozy feel. The bathroom was also spotless and well-designed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A big plus was the location—just a 2-minute walk to Vysočanská metro station, which made getting to the city center quick and easy (only about 15-20 minutes). The breakfast was excellent—lots of variety and everything tasted great. Breakfast runs from 6am to 11am, which was super convenient. Another nice feature is that the hotel is connected to the Fénix shopping center, a wellness and fitness center, and a big underground parking area. Basically, everything you might need is right there. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Prague.

One small downside was that there was no refrigerator in the room, which would’ve been useful.

Room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds. There is a compliment bottle of water and a coffee machine and also tea. Toilet and Bath is spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast buffet and also starts from 06:30 which give early travellers to eat before moving. Very Nice and accomodating staff. Near bus stops and trams and underground train. Link to the mall. The ambiance is very posh. A vending machine in our room floot with Ice Vending machine too.

Quite far from the airport and city center but still transportation is good. The pool was small and not directly in the hotel building but you have to go through the mall's food court. I am not sure but the Fan / AC seems not working well? It was too hot in our room.
