The hotel is not in the city center however metro station is just outside the hotel and it takes only 10 minutes approximately to get to the city. Rooms are nice, spacious and it was very clean. Its a nice hotel with modern aesthetic. We had excellent housekeeping service every day. Front office manager (cant remember the name) was there happy to help us with some information we needed. We would happily stay again in the future.

Restaurant staff doesn't speak English at all (except the manager of course). We had breakfast 5 days and only 1 waiter came to greet us and tell us to have a nice day (the basic that nobody else did). Even reception staff never greet us (we walked in front of them couple of times in our stay and nobody told us Hallo, good morning or good evening. They didnt even do a small eye contact. I know that this is a big hotel with a lot of people but greeting people is an important part of the job.

We stayed at Clarion Congress Hotel Prague for 2 nights and had a really good experience overall. The room was super clean and had a modern look. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, and I really liked the lighting setup—it gave the room a nice cozy feel. The bathroom was also spotless and well-designed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A big plus was the location—just a 2-minute walk to Vysočanská metro station, which made getting to the city center quick and easy (only about 15-20 minutes). The breakfast was excellent—lots of variety and everything tasted great. Breakfast runs from 6am to 11am, which was super convenient. Another nice feature is that the hotel is connected to the Fénix shopping center, a wellness and fitness center, and a big underground parking area. Basically, everything you might need is right there. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Prague.

One small downside was that there was no refrigerator in the room, which would’ve been useful.

Room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds. There is a compliment bottle of water and a coffee machine and also tea. Toilet and Bath is spacious and clean. Excellent breakfast buffet and also starts from 06:30 which give early travellers to eat before moving. Very Nice and accomodating staff. Near bus stops and trams and underground train. Link to the mall. The ambiance is very posh. A vending machine in our room floot with Ice Vending machine too.

Quite far from the airport and city center but still transportation is good. The pool was small and not directly in the hotel building but you have to go through the mall's food court. I am not sure but the Fan / AC seems not working well? It was too hot in our room.

The beds and pillows were as if you slept on a cloud! Super comfortable, had the best sleep there! Wifi was excellent and very fast. Breakfast had more options than I thought it would have, and everything was absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly and we were even able to have a late check out, which meant a great deal to us because our flight back was very late. The hotel's location is amazing, very easy to get anywhere you want to, whether by taxi, bus, tram or metro, the stops are all right in front of the hotel. The hotel is also connected to the Felix shopping center, for further convenience. And the O2 Arena is very close, 11 minutes of walking distance, so you don't even have to ride the city transportation system to get there. We will definitely be back. :)

The TV didn't have any channels on it, although it gives you the option of connecting your phone to it, to watch whatever you want off of your phone.

Fantastic location with everything you could possibly need on your doorstep. Easy access to the Metro line to travel into Old Town, O2 Arena just a short walk away. We particularly enjoyed a couple of meals in the Pizza restaurant. The facilities are very modern and exceptionally clean. We stayed in an executive room, which was very spacious for our family of three. Another selling point was the inclusive use of the mini-bar. Good choice of food available at the breakfast buffet. Polite and friendly staff :) We will be actively looking for another excuse to stay at the Clarion Congress Hotel Prague.

My husband and I both thought the bed progressively uncomfortable with each passing night. I would have liked two pillows each, instead of the one. Also found the duvet a bit small. For me, I kept being woken up by terrible back pain. Cannot fault anything else!

Overall - nice elegant hotel with a nice and friendly staff. The hotel is basically part of a shopping center so this is convenient. I value the hotel’s ambition to reduce wasting water trying to stay green. The room is comfortable and well equipped. Maybe two things I didn’t like: 1. Can’t open the window in the room. 2. I don’t like bathtubs To sum up: it was a good and comfortable stay, I enjoyed it. Though to be honest similar hotels generally offer a lower price. For me it was a special price via booking that’s why I tried it.

Amazing!! Everything was fantastic! Executive room which was what I wanted with the right facilities. Mini bar/ executive lounge with limited refreshments! Using the spa was a treat.. especially when heading out to explore the city then going to the spa to relax. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast has a huge selections very delicious. The bed was very comfortable. When I made the booking they gave me twin beds when I requested a double bed. Went to the reception to explain they upgraded it to King size which made it even better! Could have stayed longer if wanted. Overall the best place staying in Prague.

The hotel is connected to a shopping mall with a fitness center in it, so there are plenty of services and shopping opportunities right at the spot, in addition to the services provided directly by the hotel. At breakfast, there are plenty of options to choose from. Despite being a huge hotel with a lot of visitors, breakfast operations run smoothly. The staff is mainly friendly and the overall appearance of the hotel is nice and stylish.

The bed was not all that comfortable. I also didn't like the fact that at breakfast you were supposed to find just the right machine for the coffee you wanted. Especially since the only instruction was "look around".

The hotel is perfect. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom has a bathtub. The breakfast was very varied and delicious. The staff is very nice. The wellness area is not directly in the hotel, but you can use the wellness area and the fitness room located in the mall next door. The regular pool was very cold for us, the jacuzzi and sauna were fine. The metro stop is right next to the hotel.

The only thing we missed a bit was that there was no room slipper in the room. But this does not take away from the value of the hotel.

Location is amazing especially if you are going to the O2 arena, metro on the doorstep as well the hotel being attached to a shopping center so nothing to complain about there

The rooms were so dusty and especially when the AC came on it was everywhere so as someone who is allergic to dust it was uncomfortable being in the rooms , the filters must be old or something wrong with them because after wiping the table clean from dust,30mins later it was back dusty and thick layer of it but overall the room was amazing
