I reached out twice via the booking.com chat to arrange a parking spot, but the responses were insufficient and lacked proper follow-up. Instead, I received an impersonal automated message about services, which only added confusion. Eventually, the parking issue was resolved at the reception desk through a private provider, though with an additional charge.For a hotel of such prestige, I expected much smoother and more personal communication. While the on-site experience was positive overall, the pre-arrival interaction left room for improvement.

Kitchen smell at the 4th floor

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu, and I must say it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The room itself was stunning, and I was particularly impressed with the complimentary upgrade I received. The new room was spacious, beautifully decorated. It made my stay even more special. The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, including the restaurants. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend Radisson Blu to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay!

Great location, walking distance to the center. Comfortable room, large balcony with a table and chairs facing the inner yard so no street noise during morning coffee. Great spacy shower, big bathroom. Very good bed, room service is very responsible, they helped me to order flowers to the room and in general the staff is very polite and helpful. Nice bar with room delivery.

Wifi signal is very weak on a balcony. Restaurant is not open at evenings but there are plenty of places to go to nearby.

Location was fantastic, most things in walking distance. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others for many reasons

When checking in I found the girl on reception not very helpful, I explained I do not use elevators but she kept insisting my room was on the 5th floor and all rooms were full so couldn’t accommodate me, another staff member working on reception kindly told her to give us the 2nd floor, I was so grateful to this lovely Man for his kindness thank you once again

Location: just 200 meters to tram stop (tram nr.22 goes directly to Prazsky Hrad), 400 meters to metro station Karlovo Namesty(yellow line) and walking distance to the city center.Few restaurants nearby including U Fleku and Himalaya. Good and wide selection of food at breakfast. Superb roomservice: cleaning of the room and exchange of towels every day ( which is not a common case nowadays)! Every day bottle of drinking water for each guest (also sparkling one -upon arrival). Bath robe and slippers included. Coffee machine and tea cattle in the room. Wi-fi of a good quality. Entrance and usage of elevator only with guest plastic card (no strangers within hotel.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at Radisson Blu Prague. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff kindly allowed us to check in early as soon as our room was ready, which was a wonderful start to our trip.The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed—clearly maintained with great care. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague.

We reached in the morning 9.30 am but though the check in starts at 3pm, they checked us in at 9.30, without any issue, they even upgraded us from Superior to Suite which you can say is a best start to a vacation. The breakfast was nice. The room service was also good. First day, when we reached our room, we got a letter from the GM and some chocolates and almonds. That was also a very nice surprise.

The AC, it was a hot day as compared to earlier weeks and the room was on the top floor with big glass windows, it got very hot and was very difficult to sleep. We complained multiple times but we did not get any relief as the temperature did not go below 26 degrees.

Since we booked this for a last-minute trip, we didn't want to have a terrible surprise. And it worked. Our experience was great. - Beds were suuuper comfortable and great shower - Breakfast was amazing, full of options - Staff was ready to help and welcoming, even late at night when we arrived - I saw many comments about the parking, but it was effortless and practical: because we arrived late, there was no valet, but the parking space was very easy to access, 200m apart from the hotel. - The location was 10/15 minutes walk from the center - which I consider a good thing because Prague can be very crowded in the old town. - The hotel is modern, minimalist, super clean and well maintained.

- Nothing to complain. I'll check other Radisson hotels in my next travels.

Room was a superior double which was plenty of space for a long weekend. View into the courtyard was matterless. An alternative onto Zitna would probably have been noisier. We were absolutely free of any disturbance. Breakfast selection and quality was very good. Fair enough the scrambled egg could be a bit on the cold side. Check in and out fast, efficient and helpful. All staff encountered were great. We specifically asked for a room with a bath. The standard of the bathroom excelled.
