We felt right at home as we entered the room. It was very cozy and clean, and smelled very nice too :D The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was just the best I’ve ever had in any of the hotels!! The location is also quite good, we could walk to all of the major landmarks. Bus stops are also nearby as I noticed (although we did not use them)

I only learned it after arrival that the swimming pool is not included in the stay and is extra cost with the spa. Probably I did not read enough in advance. The shelves and practicality of the rooms is lacking a bit, there was barely enough room for two suitcases and some clothes. Also I felt I lacked some hooks for the towels. The hotel does not provide laundry services.

We loved our stay here! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and ideally located. The staff were friendly and welcoming—even leaving a bottle of champagne and a note in our room after I mentioned we were visiting for a special occasion. The room was perfect: clean, spacious yet cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also had dinner at the adjacent restaurant, QQ Kitchen, which was exceptional—definitely don’t miss it if you’re staying here. The location was great too: close enough to walk to the old town and major sights, but far enough to avoid the crowds and noise. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wow! My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Mosaic House in Prague. This place just gets everything right. First off, the staff are phenomenal – so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They set the tone for a fantastic visit. The rooms? Spacious, modern, and super comfortable. A really stylish space to relax in. We also loved the on-site café for just kicking back and enjoying the cool, relaxed vibe of the hotel. A huge plus was the incredible Asian restaurant located right in the building – the food was fantastic! It’s amazing to have such a great dining option literally steps from your room. Overall, Mosaic House manages to be both chic and incredibly welcoming. We honestly felt right at home there. Highly recommended for a perfect Prague experience!

The location is in a quiet neighbourhood, about a 15-minute walk from the Old Town. The room is cosy and thoughtfully designed, down to the smallest details — there was even a laundry basket for dirty clothes. The furniture is brand new and spotlessly clean. Sitting in the secret garden was such a lovely experience. The AC was pleasantly cool during the hot days we visited Prague. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the staff were polite and friendly. When we checked out, they gave us a small bag of sweets — it may seem like a simple gesture, but it really shows how much they care about the little details.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like, but just a small note for older guests or anyone who might need help: there’s no one to help you carry your luggage when you arrive, and you have to go up about ten steps at the entrance. Also, the shower has a handheld showerhead only, not a ceiling one — it’s a minor thing but it might matter to some people.

Lovely hotel. The service was spot on. The room was comfortable and spacious with and equipped perfectly. Fantastic value for money with an air of luxury about it but also a boutique feel with a bit of quirkiness thrown in. Our ideal stay. Will highly recommend to our friends as well as you lot reading this review.

The only slight annoyance was the air conditioning controls. We worked it out in the end but slightly less than user friendly. Perhaps speak to the staff if you experience any problems adjusting the settings.

We are really appreciating hotel´s staff, they were really helpful and answered for all questions. The cafe/bar in lobby was really cool with good food, drinks and also very friendly staff. Location was great - we didn´t use public transport to reach all main places of Prague. The room designed in really nice way. If you need - grocery store in 3 minutes from hotel which is also really comfortable.

Maybe its better not to make cleaning in hallway in 8am in the morning on Saturdays. it was a little bit annoying because cleaning was super load. But this it didnt change the whole picture of stay in this hotel, just small comment.

I had an excellent stay (already my second time) at this hotel, and I remain 100% satisfied with it! The rooms are cool, clean, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. One standout feature was the shower gel and soap—the scent was so amazing that I even wanted to ask where I could buy it for my home! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic—a large variety of fresh and delicious options that made it worth every penny. It’s rare to find a hotel breakfast that leaves you so satisfied and energized for the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also very convenient, as it’s close to the tramway and only a 15-minute walk to the old town, which made exploring the area so easy. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I’d gladly stay here again!

Such a brilliant stay. My room was the perfect size, spotless, cosy and homely. It was a quiet location but really well connected and close to some lovely coffee shops and cafes. It was a real treat to return to my room after a long day exploring and feeling like you were returning to a home away from home. Some lovely touches I enjoyed were the coffee and tea top ups & water top ups daily, and the Bluetooth speaker to set the mood getting ready every day. A really excellent hotel, I will definitely be back if I ever return to Prague.

If anything (there was really nothing I didn’t like), some kind of special price for guests who wish to use the spa maybe. I didn’t end up using it in the end.

This is a fantastic hotel! I cannot fault it at all. It's in a great location for the centre of Prague. The hotel itself looks great with modern furniture, cosy spots and a high level of cleanliness. We wrre very pleased to have aa complimentary bottle of prosecco on ice when we arrived! The room had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable, which is something I often struggle with. We had a lovely balcony and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was delicious with an enormous variety of excellent quality food. We also had a massage in the spa centre which was excellent and a lovely relaxing space to be in

Excellent hotel. The design and the lobby when you get in the hotel the first time are noticed right away and different from other hotels. You feel welcome by the staff which are extremely nice and helpful. The room is full with different pictures and art which we liked. We had a sunny balcony attached to the room. Breakfast is a great option here. You can choose from multiple things and the setting feels warm and cozy.

The room was extremely small and warm. As the sun is shining all day on the room and without there being an airconditioning it's a bit too warm. The ventilator system doesn't help that much. The bed was good, but the pillows weren't really. They were too soft. When showering in the bathtub, you have to use the hand shower. As it doesn't fall straight down, a lot of water falls on the ground next to the bath tub.
