We felt right at home as we entered the room. It was very cozy and clean, and smelled very nice too :D The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was just the best I’ve ever had in any of the hotels!! The location is also quite good, we could walk to all of the major landmarks. Bus stops are also nearby as I noticed (although we did not use them)

I only learned it after arrival that the swimming pool is not included in the stay and is extra cost with the spa. Probably I did not read enough in advance. The shelves and practicality of the rooms is lacking a bit, there was barely enough room for two suitcases and some clothes. Also I felt I lacked some hooks for the towels. The hotel does not provide laundry services.

We loved our stay here! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and ideally located. The staff were friendly and welcoming—even leaving a bottle of champagne and a note in our room after I mentioned we were visiting for a special occasion. The room was perfect: clean, spacious yet cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also had dinner at the adjacent restaurant, QQ Kitchen, which was exceptional—definitely don’t miss it if you’re staying here. The location was great too: close enough to walk to the old town and major sights, but far enough to avoid the crowds and noise. We would absolutely stay here again!

Wow! My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Mosaic House in Prague. This place just gets everything right. First off, the staff are phenomenal – so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They set the tone for a fantastic visit. The rooms? Spacious, modern, and super comfortable. A really stylish space to relax in. We also loved the on-site café for just kicking back and enjoying the cool, relaxed vibe of the hotel. A huge plus was the incredible Asian restaurant located right in the building – the food was fantastic! It’s amazing to have such a great dining option literally steps from your room. Overall, Mosaic House manages to be both chic and incredibly welcoming. We honestly felt right at home there. Highly recommended for a perfect Prague experience!

We are really appreciating hotel´s staff, they were really helpful and answered for all questions. The cafe/bar in lobby was really cool with good food, drinks and also very friendly staff. Location was great - we didn´t use public transport to reach all main places of Prague. The room designed in really nice way. If you need - grocery store in 3 minutes from hotel which is also really comfortable.

Maybe its better not to make cleaning in hallway in 8am in the morning on Saturdays. it was a little bit annoying because cleaning was super load. But this it didnt change the whole picture of stay in this hotel, just small comment.

Lovely hotel. The service was spot on. The room was comfortable and spacious with and equipped perfectly. Fantastic value for money with an air of luxury about it but also a boutique feel with a bit of quirkiness thrown in. Our ideal stay. Will highly recommend to our friends as well as you lot reading this review.

The only slight annoyance was the air conditioning controls. We worked it out in the end but slightly less than user friendly. Perhaps speak to the staff if you experience any problems adjusting the settings.

I had an excellent stay (already my second time) at this hotel, and I remain 100% satisfied with it! The rooms are cool, clean, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. One standout feature was the shower gel and soap—the scent was so amazing that I even wanted to ask where I could buy it for my home! The breakfast was absolutely fantastic—a large variety of fresh and delicious options that made it worth every penny. It’s rare to find a hotel breakfast that leaves you so satisfied and energized for the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is also very convenient, as it’s close to the tramway and only a 15-minute walk to the old town, which made exploring the area so easy. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I’d gladly stay here again!

The location was good once we found our bearings. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and polite. We hadn't booked for breakfast, but it was no problem to have breakfast if we wanted to eat in the hotel. It was my daughter's birthday the day after we arrived and a bottle of prosecco was waiting for us in our room. A lovely gesture and well received. The Asian restaurant served fabulous food in the evenings and the bar served lovely snacks and desserts. An all round winner.

Our room was comfortable and clean and we had plenty of space to put away all our things for a 9-night stay. The location near the major sights of Prague meant we were able to walk almost everywhere. We opted to get breakfast included and it was a top-notch buffet every morning with plenty to choose from.

We visited during the spring from a cold climate at home, so the indoor climate control was occasionally quite warm. But we were able to keep comfortable.

We stayed at the Mosaic House Design Hotel for three nights and can't fault this hotel at all. On arrival the decor is a mix of quirky and luxe - think gorgeous mosaic floor and red carpet in the lobby, plush, sinkable in to leather sofas in the hotel cafe/bar and a metallic disco cow above the front door! There are also two fab art installations next to the hotel. We booked a standard room - a bit on the small side but had everything you need and the shower pressure was fab. Great to have the option to either open windows and get fresh air or crank up the air con if preferred. Make full use of the private sauna or spa room during your stay - it's really easy to book either via the reception or email beforehand. Having an 1.5 hour private sauna was bliss after a long day of sightseeing. The sauna was clean, had loads of fluffy towels and comfy day beds to lounge on. A free bottle of prosecco was a welcome treat. Hotel is in a great location - walkable to tram and metro stops, a handy Tesco for any forgotten holiday essentials (the one with the butterfly on the building) and even more famous sculptures. You can also easily walk into the old town within 20 minutes. The neighbourhood feels safe walking around at night and there are plenty of food and drink options close by.
