From the very beginning we felt hospitality. The personnel met and helped us friendly and answered all the questions if necessary. Everyday it was clean due to their staff. It was quite warm and comfortable. The apartment was quite big in comparison with some other hotels. The location of the hotel is comfortable, not far from metro and close to stops of trams. There are a lot of restaurants and shops near by. From old centre with lots of sights it takes approximately 15 minutes by tram and on foot. If a person doesn’t have own auto or doesn’t rent it, it would be better to buy day tickets for all kinds of public transport and enjoy all the sightseeings and different parts of the city.

Soundproofing. Some neighbours were very loud after 10pm. It was hard to faal asleep without earplugs. People who don’t have it, would suffer. Of course it depends on visitors. But it would be better to make better soundproofing and control by staff noise of visitors in order to make it more comfortable for other people

We had a reasonably sized quiet room overlooking a courtyard. Short walk or a few tram stops from all the main sites. No. 5 tram stops 100m from the hotel & goes to the main railway station. Bed was comfortable. Kettle & bar fridge came in handy. Gym is small but adequate. Tile floors meant you had to be careful when moving chairs that you didn't make a lot of noise.

The personnel is very nice and helpful. Patrick responded to my emails in a prompt manner. Simon is just exemplary welcoming: he balances being humane, likeable, hands-on and diligent. Great combination! Lucie was also nice in all our interactions. Thank you very much!

It would be really good to have an opportunity to eat in the hotel's restaurant in late evenings. May be it was just an exclusion of that kind, but when I asked for a dinner, only peanuts were available, not even a sandwich. So having room-service or at least a rounded restaurant/cafe would be a game-changer.

This hotel really offers more than expected for a very affordable price! I totally loved the room, a huge bed with one huge mattress (a rarity these days, usually you get two mattresses with a large hole in-between), an electric kettle - priceless thing in winter! Two cups and two teabags, cleaned and refreshed on demand. A large mirror, plenty of space for your clothes, several lightning options, bidet(!) in the bathroom, a shower cap and other small bathroom additions, body lotion etc. They even provide you with slippers (I've found mine in the wardrobe), but no bathrobes - weird indeed. Anyway, many hotels give you much less for the same price. P.S. the breakfast was fantastic!

Probably, the bathroom needs some renovation and a better air circulation system - smells strange almost all the time (like urine, maybe)

Clean, comfortable hotel close to all the sights and shops. Room, 502, appears to have been refurbished recently. Good bed and linen, spacious room, kettle and television in room. Large bathroom with good sized shower and bidet. Complimentary toiletries and good towels. All staff we encountered were very helpful. Excellent continental breakfast offering in the morning.

The tea tray in room. Only two tea bags and no milk. Had to top up from the breakfast, which is supposedly not allowed as the sign says no food or drink to be taken away? Not a complaint but wish hotels would adopt the Arabic bottom cleansing hose, so much less waste than yards of paper.

Warm, friendly welcome on check in, and was allowed to check in early. As it was both our birthdays , the Reception gave us a bottle of Prosecco which was really nice of them. Room was large, warm and well appointed, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was plentiful and very good quality. Choice of cooked breakfast, pastries, and continental with various hams and cheese , salad , all of it delicious in a nicely decorated dining room. There was a bar and underground car park which we didn't use. The hotel is situated about 15 mins walk from the Old Town, in a quieter part of Prague. This was a benefit because there were lots of reasonably priced restaurant/ bistros within a few mins walk from the Hotel. We found the closer you went towards the old town the prices went up dramatically. This is a really nice hotel, reasonably priced and would not hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely nothing, would stay again and recommend.

Breakfast options could be one idea more, 4 days and 4 days same breakfast. Breakfast was good, but could be more salami cheese options, turkey, chicken, beef pork salam and sausages, jam ? Mozzarella, cheddar Edam Emmentaler? Even at Home I have 3-4 types of cheese and salam. Last but not least - the Walls needs some improvements - sound proof ! I could hear one guy snoring at night 😁

Good hotel in Nove Mesto area in Prague - 1,2 km from Karls bridge and 400 m from Dancing house. So it is in city centre. Hotel is maybe a bit old fashioned but it is clean and comfortable. Wifi worked fine. In the room there was complementary water in fridge, also kettle and teabags. Breakfast had good variety of foods - scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon, boiled frankfurters, fried sausages. Green salad (tomato, lettuce, olives and feta), potato salad, egg salad, surimi salad etc. Variety of pastries. Good coffee and juices. Fruits, yoghurt etc. The surrounding of the hotel has plenty of restaurants, lot of asian places. There is excellent Korean restaurant like 200 m. Over the street is good cocktail bar with excellent Pisco Sour. There is also several fast food places in vicinity (Poke house, Meat Vandals etc). Next to hotel is minimarket - beer, snacks, souvenirs etc. The market seems to be open 24h.

Water pressure in shower was kind a weak at 5th floor.

The rooms we ordered were quite big and very clean. The breakfast was really nice in comparison to other hotels and the fact that it's a 4 stars hotel. There is enough space to have meetings, and bar was a nice addition. The old style of the hotel did not affect the quality of the infrastructure. The hotel was at a great location between the city center and outer parts of Prague.

- The curtains did not block the sun very well in my room. - Some of the staff was not that nice, but it was only a few.

The hotel location was great, near the tram and bus stops, as well as walking distance from cafes and shops. The room was very clean, quiet, with comfortable beds and a lovely shower. I also enjoyed the hotel breakfast options. No problems with WiFi.

It was a shame there wasn't any long life milk for tea in the room. Also, tv doesn't have many English channels choices. But this is me being very picky, as I spent the days exploring the lovely city instead of watching TV!!
