The MOOo Hotel is across the road to the Mosaic House Hotel that includes the reception desk for both hotels. Our suite was large, clean basically perfect for our needs. These hotels are situated slightly south of the Old Town, being just 10 minutes walk to the centre of the Old Town.

Nothing. Everything about the hotel was nice. There is a flight of stairs to the first floor and elevator for upper floors, so anyone with large suitcases (we didn't) would have to carry these up the first flight of stairs - but perhaps the Mosaic House Hotel would help there.

Our family (two parents and two adult children) stayed in this hotel for four nights in the beginning of July. We had apartment 12. The apartment was huge and can easily accommodate more than 4 persons. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom and each room had its own air conditioning unit, which was working perfectly. The beds were large and comfortable. The apartment had everything necessary even for a longer stay. The staff was very helpful and was eager to go an extra mile to help (like with more detailed cleaning that we have requested). The breakfast was not included, but we benefited from the Mosaic hotel. That breakfast was excellent. There is no hotel parking, but there is a valet parking arrangement with a nearby garage (5 minutes walk). Naturally, there is an extra charge. The hotel had a huge amount of different restaurants around. The tram stop is located within a 3-minute walk. And you can even walk to Old Town in some 20 minutes.

The only complaint is that the water was not flowing well from the shower drain - it should be cleaned.

The only problem with leaving a good review is that you don’t want your favourite hotel to become too popular—although they absolutely deserve it. Mosaic is truly wonderful, and I can only cross my fingers they’ll always have room for me. I’ve “flirted” with other hotels over the years (mostly because Mosaic was fully booked), but I always end up coming back. It’s been about 15 years now—maybe more—and the experience never disappoints. The hotel and apartments are beautiful, the staff are incredibly kind, and everything is always impeccably clean. Mosaic feels like a second home.

The MOOo Downtown apartments are run by the hotel just opposite (The quirky & fun Mosaic House Design Hotel) which is where you go first to check in & get your keycards. We were greeted late at night by a friendly receptionist who went on to explain everything about getting into the apartments, & where we could find the additional facilities provided by the hotel (eg the gym, the gallery library, & the breakfast cafe). We crossed the road & entered through the lovely lobby of the apartment block, then up the lift to our accommodations on floor 5. Every point was secure & only accessible by guests, so we felt safe the entire stay. At first, we had apartment 21 which was spacious, warm, clean & very comfortable. A bottle of complimentary prosecco was left for us in the kitchen/living room, as well as plenty of info about the place. The waterfall shower head was huge & really lovely. Each window had a view of the streets & the arty sculptures that are dotted about the vicinity too. The bed was large & very comfortable, plus there were plenty of towels, kitchen ware, & pillows + 2 TVs in the flat. Additionally, replacement coffee pods, teas, dishwater tablets & washing machine tablets were restocked as we required them. The fridge contained a few bits that could be used at an extra charge if you need them. The sofa was also a fold-out-bed if you require it. There are books everywhere for you to read too. The location is awesome, with a short walk to the main old square. Part way through our stay (through NO fault of the hotel) we had to switch rooms to apartment 18 on the same floor. This apartment was EVEN nicer, with a balcony, a beautiful bright and airy kitchen & living space, & a bathroom. The windows let in so much light & had great views of the surrounding bustling Prague streets. The bed in this flat was just as large & comfortable as the other, + everywhere was spotless and warm.

There was nothing at all we didn't like. This place and its staff team were wonderful from start to finish and I will 100% be recommending them to anyone I know who is visiting Prague - both the apartments (especially 18) and the main hotel too. If I had to be really reeeeallllyyy fussy, I would only say that the shower cubicle in apartment 21 is a little bit tight to move around in comfortably. But that really is it - we had a pretty much perfect stay.

The flat is in center location not far away from the river and not far away from the city center. You can walk both ways and you don’t need any bus or tram. The flat was very clean and we had daily cleaning from Mosaic Hotel that serves these Mooo apartment. There was central heating and hot water 24/7. No worries about getting cold. Breakfast was not included in the price but for 400 krona (16€)for adult and 200 (8€) for child you can get a fantastic breakfast at Mosaic Hotel. No need to go around and look for any other place for breakfast. The flat had 2 TVs , full kitchen appliance , safe, and also a well come drink. Very secure with card access.

If you're looking for spacious apart-hotel options in Prague's New Town, MOOo is an excellent choice. The apartments are run by the Mosaic Design Hotel across the street (where you can also have breakfast if you want), and are clean and modern with all the amenities you could need. Trams run on two nearby streets, and it's only about a 15-minute walk to the Old Town. My unit had a full kitchen and even a washing machine.

The only negative is that there's one full flight of entry stairs before you get to the elevator. So you're going to have to carry your luggage (and yourself) up that first flight of stairs.

This was an amazing place to stay. The location was perfect: away from the crowds of old town but close enough that we could walk everywhere. We stayed in the apartment for six nights and saw all the sights by walking. We were surprised as we are both over 70 and qualified for free public ;transportation but we never needed it we were able to walk everywhere. We enjoyed being so close to the river as it is so pretty to walk along . There was a little grocery store about a three minute walk away to buy some supplies. The apartment and the adjoining hotel are so clean and very elegant. We were very surprised that even though we had an apartment we still got daily maid service, clean towels, coffee, tea and milk were provided every day as were dishwasher and washing machine detergent. They even started my dishwasher ! The apartment and the adjoining hotel are so clean and located in a beautiful building. It was very convenient to have the hotel right across the street with 24 hour front desk so if you had any questions someone was always there to help you. Also the welcoming bottle of prosecco, chilling on ice in your room on arrival is a classy touch. Thank you! Loved Prague and Loved MOOo Downtown !

Spacious and cozy. The staff were very nice and friendly. The location is walkable to old town and new town.

The room assigned to us was out of hot water and the washing machine was broken. We reported the issue in the evening and the staff promptly arrived and tried to help. However, the issue was not able to be solved immediately and we were offered to use the next room temporarily. The next day we were offered to be moved another room with a better view for the rest of our stay. Although the issue is a bit troublesome, the staff were friendly and helpful. The visitors should also be aware that there is no elevator from floor 0 to floor 1st. If you have a large and heavy suitcase, it will be very annoying.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is incredibly convenient – right in the heart of the city, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and shops. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and very well-equipped. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, modern bathroom, and even a washing machine. The bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. I would definitely come back!

Cannot say enough about our 5+ nights here. We spent the first 3 in a stunning penthouse at the MOOo apartments across the street, which Mosaic House manages, then the final 2 in a queen room in Mosaic House itself. Everything was stellar -- the design is spot-on and delightfully cheeky. QQ Asian restaurant has earned its Michelin recognition, and the lobby coffee shop is a great place to hang out. Plus, the price was shockingly reasonable. The staff stood out when I had a medical emergency and Rene at the front desk arranged an ambulance. They really took care of me, and followed up when my wife and I returned after my hospitalization. Everyone there smiles, and is happy to help. A stellar operation.
