Location is great. It was clean, very spacious and beds were very comfy.

At start we booked 2 nights. We know that payment is not refundable if you skip or don't show up, but our daughter had some health issue and we had to stop for a night in Budapest so we showed up second night, and asked if we can "shift" our stay for one night or at least get a discount for another night. None was the option. Plus they've sent us to a parking that is not working (it's renovating at the moment - 26.06.2025) so I had some hard time finding and managing a parking in Prague, and easiest way would be to buy a daily ticket online and just park in front of the building. Also we had some problems with water heater, working a little bit, and then not working, and then again etc. in circles.

It was right in the heart of Prague, huge apartment and clean.

Check in was a distance away from the actual property, not sure it is suitable for people who are travelling without a car. The parking wasn’t very good. Can reserve it for 30€ but then it’s a 10 minute walk away from the actual apartment. If you have a car full of stuff it won’t be easy. We got lucky and parked on a street at the apartment, couldn’t figure out if we need to pay or not and we didn’t and did not get fined either. We only stayed one night and left early in the morning so that could be the case why we got lucky.

The view was magnificent, with the city of Prague at your feet. The rooms were very spacious and had an authentic atmosphere.

It wasn't very hygienic due to its age. There was no washing machine or dishwasher. Important for families with children. Instead of getting a hotel card from another hotel, there could have been a reception. Other than that, we liked it very much.

Everything. The location was really good, just in opposite of Anděl and not far away from Josefov, but also in reach of for example Antonín Dvořak Museum. The flat was very clean and enormously spacious, with really high walls, a beautiful balcony and a large table. The kitchen was very big as well.

The kitchen could've used maybe a few more utensils, such as cutting boards and knives. But apart from that, nothing to add.

Everything is organised simply, there is a parking space next to reception, no problems at all. We travelled with a large family, the licences were issued quickly, with minimal bureaucracy.

I can't point out the negatives, they just weren't there. Of course the flat could have been renovated a bit, but the location and cleanliness made up for all the shortcomings.

Lovely place. Nice and clean, rooms were spacious, kitchen had everything we needed. Ideal location.

Lights on stairs were turned on by a switch located near the lilt issue was iit was so dark if you left your room jn the evening it was dangerous walking down them.

The place is really in the Hotspot. For a family of four, the room was spacious, and the balcony view was absolutely awesome.

Only thing we felt uncomfortable was the bed , as all are single beds.. so we have to join them and sleep.

When I picked up the keys I was informed that I have to pay also the city tax. I didn't expect that and I would prefer to be informed about the whole price while making the reservation in booking.com

Location is fantastic

One mirror only in the bathroom, for 3 women was not enough... could have more towels, one is not enough for 4 days..could have soap dispenser in the toilet and in the bathroom ...

Location perfect for walking in the city centre. Apartment spacious, including kitchen tools and utensils.

It should be highlighted in the accomodation offer page that the apartment key pick-up is in different location. I haven't noticed such information and only found out after the order. It was a bit cold (19 degrees Celsius) in the room, due to historical windows not isolating so well when -2 Celsius outside.
