Our week-long stay at Cube Hotel was an absolute delight and easily ranks as one of our most memorable hotel experiences to date. The standard rooms were impressively spacious and well-equipped, featuring an empty minibar (perfect for storing your own drinks) and complimentary bottled water (both still and sparkling) available for unlimited order. The service was exceptionally efficient, setting a new standard for promptness in our hotel experiences, and the staff were incredibly friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a diverse selection including eggs, vegetables (though we would have appreciated more variety in fresh vegetables), cured meats, cheeses, pastries, fruit, and more. Situated amidst tranquil surroundings in the heart of Prague, the hotel offers easy access to trams and the metro, making exploration of the city very convenient. Overall, our experience at Cube Hotel was exceptional, characterized by spacious accommodations, impeccable service, and a satisfying breakfast spread. We highly recommend the Cube Hotel for anyone visiting Prague.

A minor drawback was the breakfast coffee, but since each room has a Nespresso machine with complimentary capsules, solved that problem perfectly. Another issue arose with fluctuating water temperatures in the morning, likely attributable to simultaneous showering by numerous guests.

I wish I could give this hotel more than 5 stars. We recently went to Prague with our 4 month old baby, and I can’t believe how thoughtful they were towards our little one -in addition to the outstanding customer service provided. We arrived from the airport way before their check-in time. Our room wasn’t ready but they were willing to keep our luggage. Little did we know that the manager upgraded our room! In some other hotels we’ve visited I’ve had to request a crib after finding out that they forgot to bring one to the room. But at Cube, once the room was ready we found not just a crib, but also a bottle warmer, extra crib sheets, a diaper pad, baby lotion and shampoo, and even a brand new teether toy for our baby!! How thoughtful!!! We were so impressed. Breakfast was on point, and so were the drinks in the lobby. Not to mention the property’s scent -I’m still secretly hoping I’ll find out what kind of fragrance they use to get one for my house. The location is super convenient. Can’t wait to go back and stay here again!!

It’s was super quiet for a city hotel - staff all spoke English and the beds were vey comfortable Breakfast was lovely with so much choice and plenty of it The parking system was really cool - cars stored on racks on top of one another - garage under ground so quite tight/ narrow access if you have a bigger car but all ok to do with care Distance to Charles Bridge was 11 min walk so nothing was too far and restaurant (Alma) next door was not too expensive with really unusual food combinations Mini market on opposite corner open all hours and sold an amazing array of items if you’ve forgotten anything Really recommend

Modern, well-managed hotel. Clean and comfortable room. The staff were friendly and courteous. Breakfast was outstanding, with many selections and freshly squeezed orange juice! The hotel is in a quiet New Town neighborhood, yet is only a five-minute walk from the bustling Národní třída station on Metro Line B. We enjoyed our stay.

Tip: The safe was a little tricky--make sure you push the reset button inside the safe before entering your own code the first time. Suggestion: It’d be great if the delicious breakfast pastries were made available for guests to enjoy throughout the day. There are too many items to sample during breakfast!

Probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Our room was fabulous! Very big and open with a modern interior and a large comfortable bed. Our bathroom was very clean and had a walk in shower. We fell in love with the room! The staff was also extremely kind and helpful and fast to react to any questions - like late checkout or a parking spot. (Parking is limited, so you have to reserve it. We did not know that before but were provided with a spot nevertheless.) The welcome drink was a great surprise as well. The breakfast was great with all different kinds of beverages and a large buffet. The location of the hotel is directly downtown in Prague and everything can be reached by walking. Nevertheless the rooms are very quiet and the streets around the hotel are clean and not too busy. The hotel itself is a bit hidden and features an old-building-style in the front and a very modern interior all over. Could not ask for a better stay! We already recommended it to friends who booked already. We will also come back to the CUBE for our next visit in Prague! Thanks for having us!

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. While it’s officially rated as a 4-star, it truly feels like a 5-star experience. The facilities are top-notch, the rooms are beautifully designed and equipped down to the smallest detail, and the staff couldn’t be friendlier or more attentive. Traveling with a 2-year-old can be challenging, but the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They thoughtfully set up a baby bed complete with a cozy blanket and pillow. To our surprise, they also provided a gift toy, special soaps for the child, a changing mat, a bottle warmer, and even a diaper pail — an exceptional level of care that made us feel truly welcome. If I return to Prague, I won’t think twice about staying here again. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for an outstanding hotel experience!

Exceptionally well soundproofed hotel! During our stay, we didn’t hear a single thing, neither from the street, nor from other rooms or even the hotel hallway. Everything is incredibly clean and comfortable. The location is splendid, with the National Theater just steps away and plenty of transport options for anywhere you want to. The staff were very accommodating, nice, and fun to chat with. What drew me in was the art installation in the patio and it was every bit as interesting and atmospheric as I imagined it to be. Good breakfast, free water, coffee, and tea during the stay. I can’t wait to be back!

There was nothing I’d change.

I had a wonderful stay in Hotel Cube in May 2025. I would happily recommend it and gladly stay there again I visited Prague to see Bruce Springsteen in concert ( hence the title of my review) plus to see this delightful historical city. My trip was fantastic on all levels, including my choice of hotel My room was well laid out, spacious and exceptionally clean. The balcony was huge with very comfy chairs plus table. Guests also had a lovely coffee machine, kettle plus teabags, and much needed free water on demand ( plus a fridge, excellent!) Loved the blackout shutters too! Breakfast was superb, with a wide range of hot and cols, savoury and sweet. I loved the fact that it include local specialities, notably sausage, mini open sandwiches, cooked vegetables in a light batter, plus wonderful cakes! Staff were so helpful and friendly. This included directions to my concert as well as to key tourist spots and how to get there as well as booking cabs It's in a great location too, nestled between the old and new town. Prague is very walkable, but if you need public transport, the metro ( yellow line) and several trams run nearby Overall, it's a big thumbs up from me. Now, is Bruce touring again soon?

A couple of suggestions for improvements: The main one is that staff switched off one of the 2 coffee machines each morning. This caused long queues for the oth plus bottlenecks as it was in a tight corner near other drinks Towels - only medium size available, not the larger bathsheet size. Staff were apologetic about this And there's quite a steep step up/ drop down between the bedroom and balcony. I found this quite difficult, but I do have arthritis. Again, staff were very sympathetic here and said they could consider my suggestions of putting a step there

The hotel is aesthetically pleasing with beautiful interior décor. Our room was spacious, with plenty of room to fully open our luggage and still move around comfortably. The breakfast spread was generous, offering a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, along with coffee, tea, juices, and a great selection of bread and pastries. The hotel also has a gym, although we didn’t have time to use it during our stay. A minor inconvenience is that amenities and drinking water need to be collected from the reception, as they are not delivered to the room. This wasn’t a big issue for us—we simply picked them up on our way back each day. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely recommend this hotel!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cube. The location was excellent - in a small, quiet street but just a few minutes walk from a tram stop and 15 minutes walk from key sights. The room was great (inner facing, so very quiet) and our terrace was lovely. Beds were super comfy to collapse into every night after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was excellent with daily changes to some dishes so there was always something new to try. Staff were absolutely brilliant - always helpful, friendly and engaging. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Prague.

The only negative (which wasn't an issue for us but might be for some) was that our room terrace was also accessible from a corridor used by other hotel guests and the door was left open for most of our stay, so anyone could've just walked onto our terrace if they wanted to! Other than that, really minor things that are personal preference: we would've liked a kettle in the bedroom to make a proper cup of tea, and bigger cups as the ones in the room were better suited to espresso. But we didn't ask for these things and I'm sure staff would've been happy to oblige. Also we would have liked the option to cast streaming apps to the TV as the only English speaking channels that we could find were 24/7 news.
