The hotel’s location is very good. It is possible to walk to almost anywhere in the city. There is a small elevator, which is very helpful especially on the first day when you arrive with your hands full of luggage. The room was clean and tidy. Everything needed to make tea, including a kettle, was available. There were enough power outlets.

Although we requested to have a refrigerator installed in the room, they said they would do it but never did. Moreover, after that, they did not respond to us with any explanation. After 8 p.m., there was no staff present at the hotel. The key to the outer door was given to guests so that they could open and close it themselves and monitor entry and exit.

The location is fantastic—situated conveniently between the new town and old town areas, with a ton of restaurants and coffee shops just steps away. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights was the thoughtful small gifts waiting for me upon entering the room—a lovely touch! The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The closet was massive, which was perfect for me as I used it a lot during my stay.

While the hotel has potential, there were a few issues that affected my stay. The toilet bowl was wobbly, which was a bit unsettling. There was no fan in the room, which made it uncomfortable in the humid weather. I didn’t necessarily need air conditioning, but a fan or a mini fridge would have been a great addition. The biggest downside was the weak Wi-Fi connection. It was frustrating trying to stay connected. Overall, the stay was okay, but these small improvements could make a big difference in comfort and convenience.

Booked this hotel very last minute when I saw the price compared to one I had booked that was further away from the attractions we wanted to see and despite the reviews being very mixed decided to chance it! It really didn’t disappoint, location was amazing and they even left us little goodies on arrival the reception staff were so friendly and helpful! Price was amazing and was a perfect hotel for me and my partner would definitely recommend to anyone planning to visit Prague !

The location was amazing and i was closed to everything!! Also the staff was very friendly and they help us with our bags the last day because we need a place to leave them and they tell us that we can keep them with them and they are gonna keep them safe in a room that they have!! Also they clean our room and give us new pairs of towels every day and that was amazing!!

The room it was okay but the bathroom was small and not comfortable at all... The beds was big and clean but not that comfortable also.. And we have only one closet for our clothes buts that was okay not that much a problem!

Location, clean

Waiting for check in for a long. I informed hotel that i arrive at hotel early and asked early check in. But waited for 6 hours. One staff said that there iş available room but needs cleaning, houskeepers wasn't there. Other staff said there iş no available room. I tolh her bother staff's word. The she said at 8 houskeepers'll start cleaning. At 8 housekeepers came. After 50 minutes playing with telephones they started cleaning and finally at 11 finished.

Hotel situated in the « new » old town and it was at 15 min by walk to the « real » old town. The room was clean, had everything necessary for the stay. We were very satisfied by it. We were afraid of the noise people were complaining about but we slept like little babies. We were at 5 min walk from a commercial center and the metro station and it was really convenient to go to the airport but for the city is so easy to do everything by walk so no need to take the bus. Also the hotel is giving vibe of a big building with different apartments it is very cosy, like a home. This is my second time in Prague and if I ever come back I will definitely book your hotel again.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect in the center of Prague with good transport links to go wherever you need to. The staff are incredibly friendly and even though they were unable to check me in earlier than my official time they advised that they would give me a call to let me know when my room would be ready allowing me the freedom and peace of mind to go and explore a little while I waited. The room was quite spacious and had everything that a solo traveller would need and the little goody bag that was present on arrival into the room was an amazing little touch that made me feel appreciated and welcome.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Within walking distance of all attractions. The employees are very kind and concerned. The rooms are clean, warm and comfortable. When we were leaving they gave us a small gift and we liked it very much. If we come again, we will stay here again. Thanks for everything.

The property is one of the most beautiful buildings in town, with a nice view but also to a short walk only from the centre. It is surrounded by a beautiful and well-maintained garden where you can sit or walk, and it is only a minute away from forests and nature. The rooms are large, with plenty of storage space, desk, armchairs. The beds are comfortable. The fitness and wellness section is great and very clean. Breakfast was very good, served in an elegant dining room.

I liked everything. Maybe I would have preferred down pillows and duvets instead of synthetic filling, but this is a minor issue for most people. I can imagine that when the hotel is full, the spa experience might be less perfect, but we were there at a low-occupancy period and we found it very relaxing. We did not try treatments and cannot comment on that.

Location, hospitality, cleanliness. We arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time, and the reception accepted our luggage so we could walk around the city. Likewise, after check-out, they kept our luggage until 7 pm. Thank you for that. The room was clean and big enough, and so was the bathroom. The hotel is 10 minutes from Old Town Hall, so the location was great. Also, the receptionist was really kind.
