The property was in a fantastic location, easily walkable from the Old Town and right outside a tram stop. On arrival we were given a glass of wine in the room as well as some chocolates. The amenities were good and the apartment was spacious.

The hallways smelt of smoke due to the proximity of smoking areas around the hotel. Our air conditioning unit was initially not working when we arrived and when we informed the receptionist we were told the maintenance person had already gone home for the day (at 6pm). However the maintenance person fixed the air conditioning while we were out during the following day without us having to prompt anyone.

The location was really very convenient. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. The room was spacious and clean, the beds comfortable, the shower room modern and clean and the washing machine a real bonus. Kitchenette was well equipped with a largish fridge. (Very easy to shop at Tesco...few minutes away) Lots of storage, small breakfast table and chairs, armchairs, coffee table. TV . Heating was on ( October) so more than warm enough.

The noise from the street ( trams etc), but we didn't notice it at all the 2nd night! So a minor issue for us. Washing up was a bit difficult...maybe supply a small draining rack and a tea cloth?

Comfy large bed, the room was very hot but there was air con and a fan but too noisy to leave on at night. Kitchen facilities with basic but functional equipment including a washing machine. Toiletries provided included 2x mini shower gels, 2 sachets of shampoo, cotton pad/q tips, hand soap. Excellent location opposite a metro and a team stop, 10 min walk to the old town, 5 minute walk to the riverside path, Tesco over the road, restaurant next door was nice (10%off as a guest of this residence) Minimal team noise but I was aware of this so asked for a quiet room prior to travel- hotel very responsive.

Room was a little on the warm side but can’t complain as it was summertime! An addition of a broom/sweeping brush for the room would have been helpful however you can request that your room is serviced each day.

-Great location, 10 minutes from old town and plenty of restaurants and shops within a few meters of the apartment -Good beds and spacious apartment -Noise from outside was barely noticeable with the windows closed. If required also earplugs are provided -Received a bottle of wine and some cookies

-Apartments are outdated, don't expect something modern or fancy -Wifi connection is poor and often disconnect -Tv is super tiny and has problems streaming Netflix etc, keeps on disconnecting -AC is old and makes a lot of noise, makes sleeping uncomfortable

Huge 2-bed apartment for our family (much bigger than we expected!). Its in a great location in the old town, walking distance to everything. We arrived late after the reception had closed (reception open 9am-9pm), however they provided clear instructions and even a video on how to get the key from the lockbox and enter the hotel. And on arrival in the room there were some nice biscuit and chocolate treats, plenty of bottled water and a small bottle of wine as well along with an expresso machine and coffee pods which was all complimentary and unexpected! The breakfast is at a separate cafe/restaurant downstairs which offers an amazing choice of a-la-carte options and huge plates too. The staff were super friendly and helpful. If we were ever in Prague again I would definitely stay again.

Nice comfortable room with two single beds, a fridge, table and chairs and lounging chairs and a tv. There's a microwave, kettle and a coffee maker. All utensils, crockery and glasses there. Trams were outside the door and a shopping centre with a Tesco's. Great place as a base to get to the old town and sight seeing places.

Beds were a little hard for me but that depends on your own preference. I had booked the room and breakfast and I don't think I would recommend that. There's plenty of other places to eat for variety and you can go cheaper than the (equivalent) €14 charged. Because it is not euro you will be charged your accommodation rate depending on the exchange. So in fact our total cost was over €25 more than the rate on booking.com when I went to pay. That did include a city tax but it still worked out a higher rate than what I thought I was getting.

The room was very spacious and there was even a little kitchenette inside. We could have made meals if we wanted to. The location was great, a short walk to old town.

The staff at the reception wasn’t nice. They seemed very annoyed and we didn’t feel welcomed. They don’t speak English very well so it might be a language barrier issue. It is located on a busy street with the metro line and it disrupted our sleep. The hotel provides earplugs but they aren’t great quality so they don’t help much.

Spotlessly clean, great size apartment. Warm when we arrived , could turn heating down or up. Arrival gift of snacks water and wine. Comfortable beds and sofa. 2xTvs , washing machine and coffee machine. Small walk to the main square but great facilities all around with Costa, mall and Levels fun arcade and easy access to everywhere with trans right outside. Quiet room on top floor with hardly any noise heard and a view from the back of hotel.

Bigger coffee pods would be beneficial if I was being picky but would recommend this place to anyone.

We found the room great, very spacious, including basic kitchen, made for a comfortable stay. The amenities also included TV with Netflix/Prime. Overall everything was clean and fresh, no complaints. We've also found in our room a compliment from the Hotel - a small bottle of champagne and some sweets, which was quite nice.

No specific complaints. During our stay it was quiet, so it's hard to tell if we were just lucky or it's always like this. In any case, the room included earplugs.

It was very well located. The old town square was a 7-8 minutes walk. The kitchenette was well equipped with hot plates, microwave and utensils. The staff was helpful and cooperative. The superior rooms we booked were spacious and well appointed. Loved it all together.

One of our friends lost his luggage which apparently was stolen from inside the sliding gates leading to the reception though we were informed that it was safe to leave it there.
