I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aurea in Prague, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome, offering a smooth check-in experience and helpful tips about the city acompanied by a glass of wine. The location of the hotel is unbeatable—nestled in the heart of Prague, just a short stroll from iconic landmarks like the Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. Despite being centrally located, the hotel is situated on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful night’s sleep. My room was beautifully designed, blending modern amenities with classic European charm. It was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed, good linens, and thoughtful details like a complimentary minibar and sweetse The view from my window of Prague’s historic rooftops was simply enchanting. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond arranging transportation. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness made my stay truly memorable. Whether you’re visiting Prague for business or leisure, Aurea offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and authentic Czech hospitality. I would highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!

For a hotel of this caliber, an upgraded gym with more modern equipment or an expanded wellness area, perhaps including a sauna or spa treatments, would add significant value.

Áurea Legends by Eurostars Hotel Company was the perfect finale to our 14-day Christmas market tour across Europe! This hotel truly set the bar high for hospitality and provided an unforgettable experience in Prague. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine kindness. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering to assist with our luggage and providing detailed directions to all the festive Christmas markets. Our room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious retreat after our travels. The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient for exploring Prague's charming streets and vibrant attractions. But what truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a wonderful stay. They offered excellent recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. If you're looking for a hotel that combines luxurious accommodations, a prime location, and outstanding hospitality, look no further than Áurea Legends. It was the perfect ending to our European adventure, and we can't wait to return!

Everything, the staff were incredibly helpful. Went to special effort to make it extra lovely for my partners birthday. The room was even nicer than the photos, couldn’t fault the cleanliness in any way at all. Plenty of amenities. Location was perfect, quiet, but only a 10/20 minute walk to most attractions. Breakfast was a terrific selection, really peaceful and friendly helpful staff again.

Where to begin? We arrived very late on Monday 29th August 2024 around 11pm (Czech time) to a beautiful white panelled entrance, from there to be greeted by the most friendliest, welcoming and helpful receptionist ever. He looked like he was from South East Asia and gave us a complimentary glass of wine each. What a way to start the holiday. Then when we entered our beautiful room - it was stunning - there were balloons everywhere, rose petals, a large bottle of Prosecco in an even larger ice bucket, chocolates and the most beautiful array of flowers! From that night every day was wonderful, all the other receptionists, breakfast staff, cleaning staff were always courteous, warm and friendly. The large king or queen sized bed was so comfortable and the en-suite perfect as was both the hotel and room temperatures (one day it was 32 degrees!) but the air-con was brilliant) the breakfast was out of this world. So much choice! Lovely eating space and a separate relaxation room where the hotel supplied you with light refreshments and snacks 24/7 including teas, coffees, sweets and fresh water. Probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Also double glazed windows that open really supported keeping the hotel quiet from the noise from the city streets. Outstanding hotel and when we visit Prague again - this will be our go-to residence. 10 Stars.

The property was amazing. The location was perfect. We loved everything literally from the reception to the clear rooms to the calm atmosphere and corridors. We just loved it. The reception team was super kind to us. We have had some requests and they were so happy to assist us with them and they decorated our room for our anniversary, super helpful team always smiling. Thank you for having us.

Everything was lovely. Location is great. The staff was very helpful. The room was spacious, very clean, and both the room and the bathroom has everything you need including dental sets, body lotions and soaps of good quality and everything. Bonus: The capsules for the coffee machine was renewed everyday. And they left haribos on the bed each day :)

This is an exceptional hotel in an ideal location 5-10 minute walk to Old Town or Wenceslas Squares. Fabulous cafes, shopping, pubs (Czech, Irish, Danish, etc.) all within steps; and yet the neighborhood seems quiet! The rooms are large, very well equipped, extremely comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The staff are very cordial and helpful. The housekeeping at this hotel is absolutely outstanding. Wonderful stay!

Not much could be done to make this better. Perhaps a free bottle of water each day?

We had an amazing vacation here! The amenities were fantastic, in a great location with a very comfortable bed. Staff were always so helpful and friendly and our room was even better than the pictures, it was always a delight to come back to stay after a day out in Prague! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The breakfast felt overpriced in comparison to local restaurants, we found ourselves instead exploring fine-dining breakfasts for almost half the price (service was still great at Áurea Legends though)

1. The location. The windows of the hotel face a small shopping center, the main square is less than 1 km away. Palladium is 1.2 kms away. Everything is close. And the place is super quiet! 2. The staff. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. 3. The room is spacious (many alternatives in Prague are way smaller).

The location was good, near the Kafkas hand monument. The room had excellent accommodations, and the girl at the reception was very kind and helpful.

The room was somewhat dusty, but after I mentioned it, they cleaned it. The boy at the reception seemed indifferent.
