Room was modern, spacious and clean. Really lovely finishing touches on the room such as lightning, marble type sink, and glass door which could turn opaque in the bathroom. Key code to check in and access room was very convenient and saved having to worry about losing room keys or leaving without them, etc. Fantastic location within walking distance of most major attractions and sights in the city as well as lots of bars and restaurants. Right beside a metro line also.

Did not receive the maisonette that we booked and was given a double room instead. We were not informed of this room change by the property, we only realised when we checked in and accessed the room. It took multiple attempts to contact the property to ascertain the situation regarding this however, once contact was made, they were prompt in providing compensation regarding this issue. Also, the air conditioning in the room is quite confusing and hard to figure out. Furthermore, we were not given any toilet paper in the bathroom which is quite unusual, and therefore, had to buy our own.

Fabulous accommodation, lovely and clean and extremely modern. Family room was perfect, although pictures online don’t show it, there are 2 completely separate bedrooms which was great. Excellent location, ideal for everything. Only thing that could be improved would be somewhere to store luggage after check out. However, very convenient to use Hotel Perla close by for 5€ per case. Will definitely stay again if we’re back in Prague.

The location of the facility is great. It has a charming atmosphere like Prague. The moment you step into the apartment, you step into another world. The design of the space is very nice. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the room is magnificent.

Luggage and clothing storage unit is a bit inadequate

The location, price and size of the room was amazing. Two minute walk to the main square !!

Mattress cover had hairs in it, as a man with a buzz cut it certainly wasn’t mine, but cleaner had no problem changing it and apologised, but these things can happen easily

The location is very good. It is in the city center and is a five to ten minute walk from most attractions. It is very convenient. There are supermarkets and Chinese restaurants downstairs. It was a very satisfying stay.

Location was excellent, appartment was excellent, room was very clean. Perfect place for wandering in the old town and close to tons of places for food and drink. I would happily stay there again.

It would be a bit easier to also have a card to get in other than the code, but that's really minor.

Beautiful and clean property. Location was great, we walked everywhere we wanted to see. Felt very safe too. Did not expect housekeeping but it was nice to have a brief clean and the bed made everyday.

We had a brief moment of panic prior since we didn’t receive the email with an access PIN number despite having registered into their portal. Tried messaging them a couple of times via booking.com’s messaging but there was no reply (could be due to outside of working hours but I messaged the at 7pm and they stated they respond till 9pm?) but when we gave them a call they picked up and we settled the issue really quickly. So make sure to have call roaming just in case! Also check in and check out seems quite fixed and there’s nowhere to store luggage since there is no reception so plan that in.

Every thing is so great! Great location, great room, great view! And the custom service (via WhatsApp) response very quick!

The room was stunning. Just my digital key doesn’t work for last day. And it was hard to find a solution because there is no reception. Definitely come back to Prague and stay same room..
