Quiet spacious apartment in the heart of Prague. The location is unbeatable, close to main attractions and convenient to public transportation (which is, by the way, excellent). Historical building recently renovated combines the best of old charm and modern amenities. Spacious rooms and high ceilings, large windows, modern kitchenette, 2 separate full bathrooms, the main bathroom features a claw-footed tub, in addition to enclosed showers in both. There is no central air conditioning in the apartment we stayed in (as in many historical buildings), but fans are provided on request and should help. Of note, they do have apartments with AC, they were rented out for our dates. There is an elevator, but it stopls between the floors, so you will need to take stairs (few steps) to the apartment. The building is very secure. It was surprisingly quiet in the apartment despite building being next to multiple restaurants and bars. The management company is responsive, promptly addressing every request. There is a staff member on property every day from 8-5, but they will have someone meet you, if you arrive late. They arranged transportation back to the airport for us and it was very convenient. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely rent from them again!

We were a family of three adults and one child, and we booked two rooms for two nights. The location is excellent—perfect for exploring the old town and all the main attractions. The beds were comfortable, it was quiet at night, and the blackout blinds made for a restful sleep. We also appreciated having control over the heating, which added to our comfort. Having two bathrooms was another big plus. A special mention for the thoughtful lighting design—it allowed us to adjust the brightness just as needed, which was a nice touch. The rooms were clean and well-equipped. We had everything we needed: towels, slippers, a hair dryer, and more.

The bathrooms were a great convenience, and with a bit more attention to deep cleaning, they would be even better.

It was good to see that the apartment did actually reflect the photos as sold. Spacious, warm on arrival, and comfortable. The 2 extra shower rooms in addition to the en-suite was our prime reason for choosing it, but we enjoyed the building, the location and the reception staff were very helpful - before and during. Thank you.

Just be prepared that there aren’t any mirrors in the bedrooms at all, only in the bathrooms. The large wardrobe in the hall is really the only hanging storage for the entire apartment. They are mirrored but smoked glass, plus there isn’t a plug nearby so have to use the hairdryer in the bathrooms. This only might be an issue if at full capacity and several people trying to get ready at once. Those mirrors would just help in the bedrooms, including the little area off the kitchen.

Everything was amazing, could not have been happier with our stay! The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. The host was so friendly, they made sure we had everything we needed every day, and filled up with coffee and tea in our apartment. We all liked that it was a building with history, but even tho it was old it was still clean and nice. Lastly I want to mention the pillows. For me pillows are a dealbreaker when I travel and sleep at hotels, bad pillows can ruin the whole stay. Here they had very good pillows, so i truly appriciate that! Totally recommend!

The apartment was very spacious and extremely clean. The staff were very professional, kind and spoke English very well.

The showers were the main downside to our stay. Whilst they were very clean, the water pressure was very limited and the drainage was very slow. Whilst the small fridge was leaking, once we alerted staff, the problem was resolved once returned after our sightseeing.

The location is excellent. The staff helpful and polite. The apartment was spacious and clean. We even had two bathrooms, both of them with a shower and one of them with a separate bath tub as well. The equipment and decoration were in very good order.

We had booked an apartment with two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with twin beds. The booking.com confirmation shows that. The confirmation from Almandine just said two bedrooms without indication of beds. When we arrived we got two double beds and so one of us had to sleep on the sofa which the staff quickly organised to turn into a comfortable bed albeit in the main lounge area. Beware and email the apartments to confirm the bed arrangements directly. The shower tap in the smaller bathroom was a bit tricky to use but my son got there in the end.

İt was very close to Charles bridge,astronomic clock and to the stores.(5-8 min.)

We rented for 5 People but it wasn't .My husband had an urgent operation therefore he couldn't come I informed them,but they Said they cannot pay back because I had to inform them 7 days before but it happened very unexpectedly.Everything was for 4 People .for example bed sheets,towels,tea ,Coffee.no paper towel ,the fairy was just a little in the bottle etc etc.

The location was fantastic, great for exploring the city and quick access to transit options. The amount of space we had in the 2 bedroom apartment was really nice and worked well with kids.

Given the price we were expecting a bit more but the location was very convenient. Things weren't the cleanest, half of the towels were stained or had holes in them. The kitchen was lacking in terms of dishes, it would have been nice to have more than 4-5 forks/spoons/bowls etc, especially when we had booked the space for 6 guests.

Overall a lovely apartment in a very central location. Spacious, with two bathrooms that were very convenient with our two daughters and beautifully decorated. Fully equipped kitchen and coffee maker

The mattress was very old and hard- we ended up using the sofa bed which was more comfortable (promptly arranged by staff). Also no air conditioning which we knew before booking, but felt it's lack as we stayed in the top floor rooms and visited Prague in the summer (temps around 30 but very humid) Coffee machine and capsules provided but there was no milk and no sweeteners

This apartment (deluxe 2-bedroom) was amazing. The beds were firm and comfortable, some of the best we have slept in while travelling lately. It was very clean, very tidy, the location is fantastic. We had the apartment in the second building, facing the backside. That meant there was no street noise, albeit it didn't have an elevator. But it was only two floors. We really had a great experience, loved every moment of it. The staff was kind and attentive, we would definitely stay here again.

Barely anything, the apartment is really wonderful. There is not a lot of shelving or space for toiletries in the bathroom, the closets are a bit small and the kitchenette has only very basic as far as utilities for cooking goes. Those are the only few things that in the end didn't matter as much as the wonderful stay we had.
