Great breakfast, great location, great room.

The first couple of days the reception staff were grumpy. The elevator doesn't go from reception, you have to schlep your bags up half a flight of stairs. Front door security is lax, people can get past unchecked.

Great location; it's right by Metro station Mustek (yellow line) and within a short walking distance of the Astronomical clock (Old Town city centre). The room was decent, and the cleaning was great. The breakfast buffet was rich, although the quality of the food was average.

We visited Prague during the winter. Room heating was turned off while you were not in the room. It would take a while (an hour) for the room to heat up once you came back to your room and turned on the heating. While the location was great, it was noisy during Friday and Saturday night as folks on the street were drunk. Mind you, we were staying on the last floor.

The breakfast was very delicious with a big variety of food. The staff were really nice and helpful. The room was so clean and we had everything we needed in there, even coffee and slippers. Thank you very much for a nice stay.

This hotel is highly reccommended!! Every service was absolutely perfect. The room was so clean and nice, and it has been cleaned by the staff every day. Also, the bed was extremely comfortable. Furthermore, the breakfast has been placed in a fancy premises, food was delicious, plentiful and there was a huge selection of it. Plus point for the 0-24 reception service, who helped us in everything in such a kind way. All important attractions were within walking distance from the hotel, it was convenient. If I visit Prague again, I will stay in Perla Hotel again!

Location of the hotel is excellent very good, in the very center, metro 5 min walk, lot of good restaurants around. The room for a single person was fine, servicing was right. The staff at the reception is very friendly and competent. It was nice to leave luggage in the storage until late afternoon.

The breakfast could be better, with more variety of foods and fresher breads. Lack of local produce, such as vegetables and Czech cheese.

Hotel in fantastic location, ideally situated for all sightseeing. Excellent value for hotel so central. Room was very good and clean. Beds were very comfy, air conditioning good. Wi-fi excellent in room.. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice - just help yourself! Luggage could be left during day. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Not a negative, but there was only 2 x pods of coffee left in room per stay. Would have liked that each day. Excellent coffee machine though.. (this may be the norm here)..

The location was perfect, walking distance to most tourists places. I really enjoyed the breakfast, different choices every day, great mix of foods. The stuff members where very atemptive.

The blackout curtains of my bedroom didn't fully close so there was always light in the room. The floor of the room didn't look clean at all, there was hair and dust. There was also a used tower in the bathroom under the sink.

Good location for access to popular areas. Safe and comfortable. Breakfast and staff very nice.

Very few electrical outlets in the room.

Everything was amazing! Food, location - wonderful!

I didn’t like the moment with the city tax. I did know that I need to pay it. Usually it is taken while checking in. But not with me, as your guest. I was asked to pay immediately while checking out, as the fact, when I was in a hurry with my suitcase and the taxi, which was already waiting for me outside. I overpaid the taxi driver - waiting minutes increased from 1 minutes to 10 (!) and I was almost late for my flight.

Friendly staff, they understood that our flight was cancelled and we only paid for the nights we actually stayed there. Breakfast was great, the room was cleaned and we only had to walk 5 mins to the city centre.

It would get noisy at night, but this is expected because of the position of the hotel. However, we had no problem sleeping, as we were tired from exploring the city.
