I stayed in Unitas hotel 7 years ago as a solo traveller, it was good. Therefore this time I chose to stay here again with my husband and my parents. It is located very close to all sightseeing attractions, almost walkable to everywhere. The hotel is absolutely clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast has quite good variety and changes everyday. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Mr Ivan gave us a lot of good tips and recommendations for local food, sightseeing route, etc. He greeted my parents who cannot speak English in Chinese which made him feel warm like at home. Mr Denis is also very helpful. Last but not least, one day I left two of my rings in the room, they were sitting right on the bedside table. I was a bit worried but when I got there, the room was made but my rings were untouched. Unitas made me feel safe, comfortable and relaxed, just like 7 years ago. I would definitely stay here again if I go to Prague. It was a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Very nice hotel with large comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff and good breakfast in the morning. Another positive is the car park in the courtyard of the hotel. Biggest plus is the location within walking distance of all places you usually want to visit and still in a quiet neighborhood. I can definitely recommend and will go there again.

Shower in the room only in bathtub, but ok - old historical building

Staffed 24/7, we had no problem checking in and out. Just take note that city tax is not included in booking.com payment so be prepared to pay on site when checking in. All staff we met were friendly, professional yet with a smile on their faces. Room is quite dated (this building carries some historical significant so make sure you ask for more info from the staff) but very spacious. Room was also clean and with all the basic amenities provided. Only less than 10 minute walk to old town square, the location is also pretty convenient. The street was surprisingly very quiet and we felt safe given the police station was just across the road.

Not much. Room a bit dated but still well maintained. Only one lift to service the whole building but we didn't have to wait long each time.

Excellent buffet breakfast. Hotel is located on a quiet side street, with only a 2-minute walk to the major street that divides the old town from the new town. That street contains many restaurants, minimarkets, and an excellent jazz club, all within a 5-6 minute walk from the hotel. Major tourist attractions in the old town are a pleasant 10-15 minute walk, but taxi and other commercial rides come to the hotel quickly, if desired. They are inexpensive, although we got ripped off by one taxi on a trip from Charles Bridge back to the hotel (not the hotel's fault). We liked the security of dropping off the room key at the 24-hour front desk when leaving the hotel. The bed was huge and comfortable. The room itself was quite large, as was the bathroom. The bathroom facilities were outstanding, aside from a minor problem with the shower water pressure. Everyone on the staff did all they could to be friendly and helpful.

The shower was quite good except that the water pressure was very good only, but not excellent.

This is a really fantastic hotel 💖 It is so central for walking everywhere ! My room was fabulous, spacious, warm, spotlessly clean, with a huge bathroom and a super comfortable bed with fab bedding 💗 I loved the slippers & bathrobe, the mini fridge, the coffee making facilities, the sweets and the lovely herb toiletries ! I also enjoyed the beautiful sitting room area near the breakfast room. The street is so quiet which allows for a great sleep. Finally the superb staff at reception, at breakfast & all the housekeepers really are very special, thank you 💖

The room was big, exceptionally clean and tidy, services were on point and breakfast was rich and tasty. Location is great, in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything in the city by walking distance. The staff and their services were perfect, they helped us with phone calls and recommendations. They even found a golden necklace that we forgot after checking out and made sure that we receive it back. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences that we have had. Highly recommended!

It was my second visit to Prague. We have made wonderful memories in this beautiful hotel that reflects the spirit of the city. First of all, we would like to thank them for upgrading our room. It turned out that we should have stayed in the family room. It was very comfortable. It was the first time I used a hotel's towels, they were spotlessly clean. The breakfast was very sufficient, having breakfast at the hotel every morning and leaving saved us a few hours. There was a very cute Montessori playground for children, which also caught our son's attention. The location was within walking distance of the central places. The fact that it was close to the tram was a lifesaver on rainy days.

For a hotel with such a good rating and at the price, I would have expected better coffee in the room than undrinkable basic instant Nescafe and a kettle, or if this wasn’t possible, to have some better available in the reception area. (If it is we weren’t told) Also the shower wasn’t good. Just a basic single hand held which we couldn’t hang up as it was too high. No shelf inside the shower on which to place toiletries.

This is a charming hotel in a great, central location in Prague. But don't mistake charming for small. My room was a regular room, but generously sized with a king bed, nice desk, open space and of course a coffee station and bathroom with bidet. Walking to key sites is easy, but when you're in your room, things will feel quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is both tasty and beautifully presented.

Nothing. My views were of the courtyard but even this was pleasant and attractive. Anyway, if you're in Prague, you should get out and about and look out your window less, regardless of what your view is.
