Clean, crisp, friendly helpful staff and an incredible breakfast - absolutely the best, most abundant array of breakfast items I’ve ever seen at a hotel breakfast. And beautifully presented. The rooms were spotless, beds comfortable, good location, and welcoming atmosphere.

The only negative was the noise from set up staff beginning at 6:00-6:30 am every morning. We were in room 112 and a pretty constant door slamming (a soft close feature needs to be installed) and clinking were very clearly heard in our room. The door did not tightly close, allowing any noise in the hallway and below to be perfectly heard inside the room. We mentioned this to staff.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Thanks to Assist Manager Mr. Hindrex gave us a very good information. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and how well everything was maintained. I am very thankful to Jhonne to recommend this Hotel. The location was also perfect—close enough to explore nearby attractions, but peaceful enough to relax at the end of the day. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options, and the overall vibe of the hotel was both cozy and elegant. Especially the staff Jhonne, Lim , Sveta was very helpful and nice . And the staff who made our room always clean and beautiful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable experience

The room was excellent and also the mattress was very good. Location was perfect for our means. All the main attractions could be reached by foot. Breakfast was very nice with lots of choices and sparkling wine was offered as well.

There's one thing that disturbed us a little and that was the irregular cleaning of the room. It happened a few times that the room wasn't cleaned yet after 15.00 or 16.00. As we used to leave the hotel early in the morning we came sometimes back around 15.30 for a short rest and the room was not cleaned yet so we had to wait a bit. However, this was only during the first few days. After that, the cleaning lady had figured out our rhythm. 😊 All in all, we were more than satisfied with our hotel and recommend it to other travelers.

Perfect location in Prague - one street from the river and 100m away from Charles Bridge. The breakfast served was incredible and made up of great quality hot and cold food, good variety for a few days stay and impressive presentation. Overall a very high quality hotel, friendly service and surprisingly well priced for the quieter season (February).

One downside was that the air conditioner would only provide hot air, meaning we had to open the windows to cool the room down and get fresh air, letting in outside noise and a little difficult to sleep.

Located right in the heart of the city center, this hotel offers unbeatable proximity to major attractions such as the Astronomical Clock, Charles Bridge, and a wide variety of restaurants and cafés – all within walking distance. A special thank you to Jimmy for his warm welcome, helpful recommendations, and genuine hospitality, which made a real difference, especially since it was our first time visiting Prague. We also extend our heartfelt thanks to Svetlana, whose radiant smile and kind spirit brightened our mornings and made us feel truly welcome each day. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Prague!

The only downside we experienced was that, unfortunately, the elevator was out of service during our last two days. Since there is only one elevator in the building, we had to use the stairs to reach our room on the fourth floor, which was inconvenient.

First and foremost the stuff, it is very rare to find such an attentive team with true respect and genuine interest for the client and thus you feel the hospitality and that you matter as an individual rather than just another visitor. The breakfast is served in the prettiest yard/garden you can imagine, like in a dream. The variety is big and all the tastes amazing. The stuff again super tentative. The location is unbeatable. In the heart of the old city close by foot to all the sites, you can cross and go to the castle area in minutes or go to the old town hall area. In a very quiet street away from the crowded places yet just a feet again from everything. The building is like from an architectural magazine, modern yet fits the old town surrounding based on a smart theme with books and flowers. Every corner is a feast for the eyes. The management should be teaching seminars in hospitality schools, she is pretty much how all managers in hotels should be. We had a small issue and her as well as the team went above and beyond to assist us. Will be definitely coming back for a Prague weekend to this hotel.

I really, really loved this Hotel! My Friend and I both booked a Royal Suite on the third floor and they were right next to each other. We stayed for 3 nights at the end of April - beginning of May. We had the staff open the adjoining doors so we could vist (when we wanted) and close them when we wanted our privacy. The Royal suites are the way to go - not only are they large and beautifull but they have drop dead gorgeous picture postcard views of Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. Mine had a sauna which was a plus and my friends had a fireplace. The Hotel is beautiful and very tastefully decorated and in the heart of everything. The staff were amazing and very helpful with any questions. Breakfast was also a plus and very good. I will definitely stay here again anytime I come and visit Prague (& I will be back). Such a total gem of a hotel. Much love to you all at Hotel Bookquet for my amazing experience.

Great location in the Old Town. Very nice decor. Clean rooms and shared areas.

Our room wasn’t soundproof (3rd floor) we could hear our neighbours from the room next to ours. We were woken up by them after 5am when they were getting up. They weren’t loud, but you could hear everything like they were in our room. Also, we received a confirmation from the hotel that we would have a double bed - unfortunately the bed wasn’t double- there were two single beds put together (two separate mattresses). Additionally, in the attic room they placed the router on the ceiling just above the beds. The router has strong green and red light on all the time and it was very disturbing in the night.
