Excellent location, very close to Charles Bridge as well as the Astronomical clock. It’s walking distance to restaurants, shops close by. Very spacious rooms with a nice view of the famous brown rooftops of Prague.

The jacuzzi-style bathtub was quite deep, making it difficult to get in and out safely, especially with no support rails or handles around it. The bathroom tiles were also slippery, and there was an unpleasant odor that persisted throughout our stay. Additionally, the rooms do not come with a kettle. You can request one from reception for a £20 deposit, but if your checkout is before 9 a.m., there is no staff available at reception to return the deposit.

The Hotel Liliova was an excellent choice for my stay in Prague. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Old Town, just steps from the Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities. The bed was particularly comfortable, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Although I didn't have breakfast, I really appreciated the hotel's central location, which allowed me to easily reach restaurants and cafes. I highly recommend the Hotel Liliova to anyone looking for a comfortable and strategically located stay in Prague.

The location is excellent, the room (I took "Standard") was quite small but well furnished (which made it crammed, and this can be a problem for a couple staying in such a room, but I was alone), and the desk was particularly helpful as I had to work part of the time. Internet connection was very good. The staff was pleasant (note that the reception is open only from 9AM to 9PM so they cannot be helpful if you need assistance at night - they do wait for late arrivals though).

I stayed 6 nights, during which time the carpet in my room was not vacuumed even once (and it wasn't terribly clean when I got the room in the first place...). The breakfast is a disgrace - I hadn't taken it as part of my booking and paid separately for a single breakfast - admittedly, the price was just 10 euros but I would have been happy to pay 15 and get more than the very meagre selection offered. There are breakfast alternatives around the hotel, but on Sunday, for example, breakfast at the hotel could have been helpful as many places around the hotel open late. Please also note that the lifts stop only between floors, so you always have some stairs to climb, which may be a problem for some.

staff were great, beds were comfy

The fridge in the room was too loud and there was creaking of floorboards like someone walking outside our door causing my partner to spend the whole night leaping out of bed and jerking the door open only to find no one there. This went on ALL NIGHT so we actually got no sleep whatsoever and ended up walking to Narodni Trida to try and find ourselves a coffee in the early hours and then leaving to get an earlier train home. Also there was no bar to speak of. We did manage to get a can of beer and a glass but we thought there was an actual bar.

The hotel facilities were first class ,example as follows,the room ,very very clean ,the bed was so comfortable I was very pleased . The reception staff ,Peter was very professional,polite and very helpful ,Peter helped me with a few things that I needed doing also arranged a taxi pick up for me . The staff at this hotel go the extra mile and are very friendly nothing is a problem with the wonderful staff at this hotel . The location is great I could not ask for any more 5 🌟for this hotel

There is nothing that I did not like

Absolutely excellent location with wonderful helpful reception staff. The room is decorated in an opulent kitsch baroque style which was exactly what I was looking for staying in the heart of Prague. The room is clean the bathroom marble and amazing with full bath and strong shower.

A little bit noisy from other guests but otherwise very quiet considering it is in the centre of the old town. The double windows ensure no street sounds at night.

The room I stayed in was magnificent, it felt like sleeping in a palace- so If you want to be a princess at least for one night, I fully recommend the experience! Hotel employees were also nice and helped with everything, however I was unpleasantly surprised by breakfast. It was pretty bleak with a few choices of pastries, bread and almost no vegetables, no dairy-free, gluten free or lactose free options- expected far more from four star hotel. Overall experience was nice though, 7.5/10.

The location was absolutely fantastic. It was so central and closely located to any possible monuments you would want to visit in Prague. As a group of girls travelling for a girls trip it was also walking distance to any food bars or clubs which made us feel so safe leaving and coming home each night. I could not fault it it was perfectly located. The staff were also very helpful and friendly and the access to the hotel felt very secure at night especially.

Very nice on the inside. kind of over-the-top with the gold trimming, and kind of gaudy interior design of the rooms. But that is also what made it so cool. Very clean and comfortable, and the location cannot be beat.

Unfortunately there is no parking. You have to find a spot in the area with blue painted lines, and give your plate number to the front office. This is supposed to "register" your car when the meter maids check. I guess it worked, but it was kind of expensive, and the car was sitting on the street all night.

Warm and quiet room - compare to the Grand Hotel Prague Towers, I stayed previous night. Comfortable bed. Warm bathroom and warm shower. Love the authentic character of the building and deco and of course great location :) Thank you so much! Izabela

There was a little bit of drains smell in the bathroom, and also on the other street. Maybe there is some issue with a drains in Old Town. Luckily, I could close the door and sleep well, so no worries.
