Well located, good size and good value.

It was generally fine but there was an issue with no warm water in the shower and the sink tap needs looking at as it leaks.

The apartment is located in the center of the old city. Everything is close, be careful with the super markets, look for a Tesco or another one cos the other tourists are really expensive and sell expired things. Except for the sofa ( in really bad condition) everything was clean. Tv doesn't work, but that wasn't an issue. The heating and hot water was amazingly good. They did a really good job with the renovation . Cos out flight changed let us stay 2h more, that is really nice. I would stay there again

The house doesn't have good sound isolation and if you have " good" neighbors you can hear everything. The second bedroom facing the main road has too much noise too. The house is spacious but it is totally missing furniture. The sofa was dirty and damaged , not safe and comfortable to sit. Not many things for cooking . The tub is slippery and doesn't have a handle, even the glass wall isn't well connected and it's a bit dangerous to slip. Cos of spam mail we needed to visit reception, not happy people, first time I feel that they don't like me there. Not a good start for our vacation. They don't reply to Booking messages. The house was ok , the cleaning was ok, the reception and booking manager was not.

The location is outstanding - very close to everything and the apartment is large. Check-in is easy with a door code provided before arrival. They are quick to resolve issues and reception is very short walk from apartment.

The apartment was a bit older and “tired” than appeared in pictures. No cutting board or toaster provided. They gave us a cutting board (only) upon request. The dishwasher “exploded” with water upon opening after it was discovered that it had short-circuited everything (tripped the power box and nothing worked incl lights). An electrician was sent quickly but we had flipped the switch in power box back on by then which powered lights, hot water etc. Dishwasher was not fixed however it was Christmas Eve so understandable. Overall they did respond well to these issues which we appreciated and it was still a good stay so would recommend on those merits.

Loved the location and the different themes of the rooms. Mine was Australia but I think it might have been mixed up as the Australian map wasn't even in my room. Regardless, the place was great.

If you have big luggage and they're heavy, skip this place because you'll have to catch a flight of stairs. Be prepared for this as it's incredibly difficult if you're alone. I was staying on the second floor so I had to go up quite a number of steps with 2 large suitcases - but the rooms made it worth the struggle.

Our booking was upgraded as the apartment we originally booked required repairs. We were swiftly rebooked and upgraded into a different apartment in the same area. We really liked how responsive and accommodating the staff were. We stayed at the Chateau 9 apartments, the apartment was very spacious. It had a small kitchen great to make breakfast and small meals. It was always realy warm and cosy in the apartment. It's in the centre of Old Town - less than a 5min walk from Old Town Square (super helpful for the Christmas markets). Local supermarkets, cafés and restaurants nearby. Everywhere in Prague is walkable. 15min walk to the popular bridge, 30min walk to the castle. Really great location.

It's a non-issue and this is not unusual for Europe either - but it has a very small elevator so either pack light or be prepared to carry your bags or send your bags up by elevator and walk up the stairs.

The location is amazing! You can walk EVERYWHERE and see all the museums on your to-do list in one day. Check-in was also quite simple (just a personal code sent to you). The "Australia room" is comfortable, cozy, and cute. It's great for a long stay or if you're planning to relax a little bit. The room has a little terrace, a small kitchen with all the necessities, and a nice quiet bedroom. Lots of restaurants are nearby, though I really enjoyed "Fat Cat." Keep in mind that you'll be staying in the city center and the prices for everything are crazy high! The couch is HUGE and comfortable. I haven't used the TV but the WiFi worked well. There are additional covers and pillows if you get cold or uncomfortable. Outlets and light switches are near the bedroom. The rooms were always warm. The overall vibe of the apartment is cozy and romantic. I highly recommend staying here.

The walls and doors are a bit thin so you can hear people walking, talking, and closing doors when you're in your apartment. I wasn't a fan of the shampoo and soap, so I'd recommend bringing your own. There are no shoes/slippers in the room, so keep that in mind too. The bathtub fills up easily (I guess there are some issues with the drainage?). But honestly, these were small issues for me and didn't ruin the trip.

Central location in Old Town to explore beautiful Prague on foot yet very quiet. Wide range of bars/cafes/restaurants nearby and a large supermarket 10 mins walk away. Very secure key pad system. Rooms bigger than expected and outside enclosed balcony a great airy space. Appartment had everything we needed and is newly refurbished. Sister hotel 2 mins away with very helpful reception staff (it was raining on our check out day and they let us stay in the appartment until 12pm to wait for our transfer).

- Location is superb, 6 mins walk to Charles Bridge and 4 mins walk to Astronomical Clock / Old Town Square - We were allowed early check-in kindly by them, and all details as to how to enter the apartment were emailed and texted on WhatsApp - Africa apartment is on floor 3, no lift, so bit of a struggle to get over there with luggage. - Toiletries were good, bed linen & towels clean. - large sized 2 bedrooms, living room & 2 bathrooms. loved the stay.

Very central location, in the heart of Prague’s old town. Apartment were clean and well prepared for us, everything was like in the pictures.

Parking cost us 50eur for two nights and it was just a spot in sort of restaurant’s backyard and not even marked as an parking slot. In a result our car was scratched by the grey van which stood next to us. Unfortunately, we noticed that too late. Whether it’s too expensive or not a paid parking at all. Apartment needs AC or a wind blower because it’s very warm inside, and if you open the window you cannot sleep because of the action in the old town streets.

Although we were aware that the apartment was facing the street and some noise would be expected, external noise insulation was non existent.
