Apartment could not have been closer or more central. Close to everything and right in the middle of a busy street although no noise could be heard once inside. The apartment had everything you can ask for. It was comfortable and very spacious. Air con was an absolute bonus as it was hot when we were there. It was a great apartment and I would highly recommend.

My only negative was the young girl on reception, long blonde hair, and a stinking miserable attitude. Met us on arrival and never once then nor throughout the stay did she smile at us, greet us, or speak. You do not need to be speak a language to be pleasant. After us saying hello or smiling the 5th time we took a leaf out of her book and completely ignored her and walked past her as if she wasn't there. Honestly so so rude and ignorant. Did she spoil my trip? Absolutely not, however she is the face of your business and a smile wouldn't have hurt her. Everytime we passed her she was sat on her phone and never once acknowledged our existence. Appalling attitude towards paying guests. Ruins a beautiful apartment.

The apartment is in a fabulous location making it easy to walk everywhere. The weather was quite warm when we were there so it was great to have such a handy location to refresh and chill for a little while in the late afternoon. The rooms in the apartment we had were large so plenty of space and very comfortable beds.

On Friday and Saturday nights there could be the odd loud group of people heard, which is what happens when you are so centrally located. The apartment had two sets of double glazed windows on every window so most sound was dulled or complete cut out.

Outstanding location and very stylish room. It was large, comfortable and clean, and all communication was timely and easy.

The first night - Friday - we realised that it was literally next door to a nightclub. It wasn't only the sound of the music (until 06.00) but also the fact that people were standing outside the bedroom windows (and the club) talking loudly all night. Weirdly there was no mention of this in the reviews... and nothing on the Saturday night. Maybe an odd exception, as Prague rules, it seems, say that 22-06 are quiet hours.

Location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was also pretty quiet at night as the room we had was not on to the street. Reception had someone there 24 hours a day and it was easy to access the hotel with the door code supplied. Staff were helpful when required. Room had air-con, both up and down stairs. We had an upstairs terrace off our bedroom and this was good to use. It was extremely hot when we were there and the terrace gets the sun all day. Toilets up and down stairs were a bonus.

Hard to find serious fault. Areas where improvement could be made are the high step into the bath to use the shower, we were fine with this, but some may struggle. The lock on patio door had to be worked a bit to lock it, it did lock, but could do with an adjustment to make it easier.

Central location, but the apartment was quiet at night. Big and spacious enough for 7 people. Well equipped kitchen.

Reception staff was borderline impolite.

The location was perfect, just off the old town square with everything within easy walking distance. The apartment was spacious and very clean. Having Netflix was good for the teens I was travelling with when we had some down time.

There is 2 sofa beds which the two teens were going to use but only one was made up with bedding. We managed to cobble something together and although on check in they could tell it was an adult travelling with 2 teens, however, maybe I should have made the sleeping arrangements clear. It was only a small issue. Everything else was perfect.

Amazing location, in the heart of the city. Very large apartment , clean and all facilities needed for a great stay.

The lift didn’t work properly. 3 story building via stairs every time.

In the centre of the old city of Prague and just around the corner from the famous astronomical clock. The apartment was a lot bigger than the photos show with a modern kitchen. Great to have ensuites for both bedrooms. Within walking distance to most attractions. Recommend the H brand Hop on Hop off bus as the guide Jennifer was excellent. Plenty of food and drink options.

Avoid staying on a weekend if you can, as you are provided with ear plugs as there is a nightclub next door which is open till all hours of the morning. Week nights were fine and quiet.

Fantastic location, absolutely perfect. Apartment was big and had all the amenities you would need. Plenty to see within a 10 minute walk.

There was no elevator. Huge negative point. I went with my parents who are in their 60s and we had to climb 3 floors of narrow stairs with heavy luggage. I can do that, but they cannot, that's just a huge negative point, if you're elder or going with elderly people and have trouble climbing up the stairs, don't choose this apartment. Otherwise it's great. The elderly male person at the reception also didn't speak English, which is a bit of an issue, but not a major one.

Amazing option to stay right in the very centre of old town of Prague, includes basically everything you may need, and it all just works with no issues! The place was really big, just so many space, very warm (not to say hot) but you can control the heating temperature. Also having a real working bathtub is such a big plus for a hotel for this price nowadays, absolutely a nice bonus for your holiday stay!

Would be cool to have at least 1 wash machine tab, because during my short stay I had to use it once but just for this one use I had to buy the whole pack of tabs which I then just left in the property :) Also it can be a little bit noisy, especially if you want to go to sleep before 10-11 PM, obviously because its located in a very touristic place, but you should understand it before you choose such option. I personally had no issues with that.
