Friendly stuff. Good location in old city near old square. The subway is under the next building. Rather big appartment in old style of 19-20th centuries. Two bedrooms and living room, big smart TV, two very comfortable double beds, saparate kitchen with big table, there are a lot of little things for a comfortable stay of a large family. Tasty breakfasts in U Prince hotel. We will surely return to this appartmnet but we wolud like to see some salt, pepper etc. as these are very needy things in the kithen. Anyway we bought and left some salt and etc. and hope the nest guest will enjoy it. Thank you.

There are very few glasses and cups (only 3) for such a large apartment, especially when there was a booking for 5 people. The doors of bathroom were without locks, which was very uncomfortable for а big family. Some technical problems about which the stuff was informed, and I'm sure all will be solved asap. I give you a nine to improve the shortcomings.

No elevator and our room was on the top floor. I guess I should have asked what floor we would be on. The bellhop carried two 50-pound bags up for my husband and me. Our sons carried their own.

There was a dishwasher but no soap No salt or oil to cook.you need to get everything if you want to cook in the kitchen The apartment is a few minutes away from the main hotel U prince and i dont think it is mentioned in the description The curtains were getting stuck The AC is only in the bedroom so if it is extremely hot and someone needs to sleep in the living room,it will be a bit uncomfortable A fan would be helpful

Central location in a lovely building a short walk from the hotel. Hotel is a very old building and has lots of character and charm. It is in a pedestrian area a stones throw from the square.

We had breakfast in with our stay which was held in the hotel. Walking there every morning wasn’t an issue at all but the breakfast room was incredibly small and very cramped. It really is an issue that needs addressing. People were having to stand from their breakfast so others could pass them. We mentioned this on checking out and the guy then told us we could use the restaurant. He failed to inform us of this when we checked in. Shower is very small Bed is very hard. We went with this place due to comments about comfy beds. Perhaps they are comfy in the hotel but they certainly weren’t in the building we were in.

I was a bit wary at first, since the apartment is part of the Hotel group and it is located ~ 5 mins from their main building. However, I can safely say the apartment was very good! I haven't been in too many places at the time of this review, but this was the first time the bathroom and the toilet was actually clean, like you'd clean it for yourself clean. The room is more than big enough, so is the bed. The apartment is equipped with the basics, hair dryer, few plates glasses and utensils etc for those looking to make some food themselves. We had breakfast included, which was in the main restaurant building, my fiancé and I were more than happy with the options and quality served, especially the pineapple slices.

Location was unbelievable - both bedrooms were facing out directly towards the Astronomical Clock. Apartment was huge, beautifully furnished and decorated (and very much in keeping with the character of the city). Breakfast buffet provided at the Hotel U Prince next door (which owns the apartment) was first rate. The price was exceptional value for our stay.

It was up four flights of stairs (with no elevator), which might not suit everybody (but so worth it!), could sometimes be a little fiddly to get the hot water going when using the shower.

The huge and comfortable apartment (Room 63 belonging to U Prince Hotel) is just 200 metres from the astrolocical clock and it's on the 4th floor of a historical building in a pedestrian zone. There's a lift and two balconies facing two directions. It's peaceful quiet most of the time. The bellboy was extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast (served in the hotel) is tasty and excellent quality, various fruits and cakes are available, although the range of dishes was the same on all the five mornings we spent there. Old style furniture and ornaments make this apartment special and romantic.

This place isn't recommended if you want to use your car at will many times during your stay as the hotel rents a parking lot 1 km away and you need to give the time of your leave to the receptionist in advance so that the bellboy could bring the car to the hotel which is also in the pedestrian zone. There's also a charge for that each time. We decided on renting a private parking lot on our own but on the recommendation of the receptionist. Floorboards are creaky and water pressure in the shower could be improved. We occasionally heard some noisy party-makers walking in the street at night.

Good size room with comfortable bed in a very good location. Wifi was easily accessible and reliable. Breakfast was varied and of good quality.

The apartment was some distance from the main hotel reception where the keys were to be picked up from. It was hard to find the hotel as it was not identified in the directions. Once I located the address of the hotel by asking a number of people in the street, a very helpful staff member escorted me to the apartment and gave me some tourist tips. This could be easily fixed by naming the hotel in the directions.

Upon entering the apartment, it was like entering a Castle Room. It was magnificent. Just like the pictures and more. The concierge took us to the room and explained all the amenities. Clean Iron and Ironing Board, tons of storage space, TV's in each room, modern and clean bathroom and so much more.

Prior to entering the apartment, we had to go through a urine smelling, filthy hall and stairwell. At first, we really thought we got scammed. Once we entered the apartment, we were relieved. There are no elevators so be prepared to climb stairs. Getting a good night’s sleep was extremely difficult. The apartment is located on the corner of several bars so nothing but hootin’ and hollerin’ all night long. Things were very quiet between 4-6 a.m. The apartment itself is about a 7 minute walk from the Old Town Square. As modern as this apartment is, I would have expected some USB Ports for charging but there were not any. Bring an adapter.

The apartment was amazing Very comfortable bed Kitchen amenities very good. Furnishings top notch. Fantastic surroundings with plenty to see and do. Breakfast was plentiful but the same every day. The bell boy who took us to are apartment was very nice. The receptionist was nice.

In-house Staff rude Need to at least say good morning. Not even a smile. No housekeeping for the whole week No extra towels or bin bags 🤔
