Excellent place in the heart of Prague city. Charming old building, but very comfortable. The breakfasts are simply incredible, a huge selection of dishes and everything is very tasty. I have never encountered anything like this in my travels. I would like to especially thank the friendly and polite staff of the hotel, attentiveness and care, especially during breakfasts. Incredibly convenient accommodation, in the heart of the city. Getting from the airport is very convenient and not expensive at all (it is not necessary to spend money on a taxi, a trip by public transport (costing less than 2 euros) takes about half an hour. Once again I want to emphasize the attentiveness and care of the staff, especially during breakfast. The room is very comfortable, equipped with everything you need. Excellent shower, crystal clear towels and bed linen. A pleasant bonus - organic body care cosmetics, shampoos and gels of local production.

Poor ventilation in the bathroom, I think the problem can be solved by adding an air freshener.

If you want central Prague, it doesn’t come more central than this. The buffet breakfast was a vast selection, to suit every taste, including authentic Czech items and they offered sparking white wine served to guest if you fancied a bit of fizz to start the day. We wanted to keep clear heads, so declined that. Staff serving the breakfasts where very attentive and pleasant. The view from the roof terrace (no bar on the roof though) is shown in one of the photos I’ve added, though you need to ask reception team to allow you 6th Floor access in the lift.

The breakfast buffet area is a little cramped (though not where you eat), so at busy times it’s can be a bit tricky navigating the buffet.

This traditional hotel is perfectly situated on a small square adjacent to the main square in the Old Town, so easy walking distance to everything! Staff were great - attentive, efficient but relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms aren't huge, but very well equipped - good range of toiletries, air con, great shower, mini bar, safe, iron, slippers, three different pillows, complimentary water, nice coffee maker and chocolates on arrival etc etc.. (the only improvement might be a proper hair dryer rather than those insipid hotel bathroom ones!!) Very broad array of cold food at breakfast with hot eggs and sausage/bacon, amazing cakes too and prosecco if you want it!. All self-service (other than the prosecco) but never overly busy. It's beside The Hard Rock Cafe, but even though our room was at the front of the building, on the street, right next to the Cafe, the secondary glazing meant we didn't hear a thing! They kindly supply ear plugs too - just in case. Uber from the airport was €28. Because of the marathon starting on our departure morning we got the hotel to book their taxi guy and it cost €40 but 100% reliable. They also started breakfast over an hour earlier to accommodate guests on marathon morning. Very impressive hotel. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel is right in the centre of Prague old town and is a minute walk from the famous Astronomical Clock and makes a great base to see the beautiful city of Prague. The hotel is an old beautifully decorated building and the staff were very friendly, always with a smile whenever we met them. Check in was quick and easy, our room was at the front of the hotel on the third floor and was spotlessly clean, the bathroom had a shower and once again was spotless, no black mould that you often get in showers. We had breakfast included and that was served in the basement with a great curved brick ceiling. There was both hot and cold buffet options that included just about everything you could want, including fruit, meats, cheese, bacon, sausage, eggs 3 ways, breads, pastries, honey still on the honeycomb and a glass of prosecco if you wanted it :) The buffet was constantly being replenished and we never saw any item run out. There were always at least four staff at breakfast and once again it was spotlessly clean. Another bonus was breakfast ran until 11am so was never over crowded. Overall we could not fault our stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Prague.

I recently stayed at Hotel Rott in Prague and had a truly wonderful experience. The rooms were impeccably clean—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, situated right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore Prague's main attractions on foot. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend Hotel Rott to anyone visiting Prague and look forward to staying here again on my next trip!

Breakfast +10 Locatıon +10 Attension & cleanliness +10 When we reached to the Hotel, it was very early and unfortunately I was very sick, although before check in time hotel manager Java Budisuska was very helpful and arranged a room for us immediately. I would like to thank her especially. The friendliness of the reception and the staff working in the breakfast section provide very good service and work very devotedly. The room cleaning service was also very good. If I come to Prague again, I will stay here again. Also I will recommend to my friends when they will visit Prague. Thanks to everyone

I liked pretty much everything. Girls at the reception were polite and welcoming. Finding my room was a quest, but after the first time I got used to it. Room was spotless, bed linens were clean. There was no sound coming from neighbour rooms, so it was quiet. I really enjoyed having a variety of pillows to choose from. The bed was comfortable, so I slept like a baby. Bathroom was super clean. There were a lot of towels and heated towel rail, that for me personally is a must have thing to prevent towels from dampness. Candies from hotel administration is a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent!

Well, if to be really picky, when first entered the room, there was a smell of standstill air, not as fresh as I would expect.. But 5 min of open window solves this, so not an issue at all.

We got a suite and it was tremendous. We really enjoyed the space since we stayed for almost a week. Loved the separate toilet room with sink and bidet. It’s a great location right around the corner from the square, but basically quiet. Also loved the individual a/c control since we like to sleep cool. Oh, and heated bathroom floor was great.

The breakfast room in a windowless basement was a little depressing. I also am not a fan of the half glass enclosure in the shower, where if you spray the wrong way, you wet the whole bathroom floor.

Location was perfect, around the corner from clock. Hotel is walking distance from Charles Bridge. Close to train station. Area around hotel very nice, we felt safe at night, lots of people on the streets. Reception people were very friendly. We had requested airport transfer and we lost flight, we contacted the hotel and canceled and later on requested for a later time and they were super nice. Breakfast was very good. There is a terrace on floor 6, you need to ask the reception to take you there, it is beautiful at any time. We recommend this hotel.
