Everything was perfect. I especially liked sound isolation, bedding as well as quietness of the room. We were on the top floor (5th) and I didn't hear any other guest or cleaner during my stay. The hotel is right next to the libraries, 1 min away from the astronomical clock, 3 min from the Charles' bridge, however, the street next to the hotel is not too loud (not on a tourists path). There is parking right in front, in-house steak house (expensive), all amenities in the room you would need.

The rooms are on a smaller size, but there is a common lounge area in the basement together with the fumoir for smokers. Entrance to the roof veranda with jacuzzi is extra (EUR120 for 30min during our stay).

Excellent location, less than 1 minute walk from Old Town Square & 5 mins walk to Charles Bridge. Less than 30 min by taxi from airport. Fantastic service, Josef the concierge was brilliant & very entertaining. Rooms were very comfortable, well equipped & peaceful. Certainly not the cheapest hotel but overall great value considering the quality of hotel, central location & excellent service.

The hotel exuded a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, complemented by exceptionally attentive staff. We booked a couple of massages, and the entire spa experience was perfectly relaxing. The online booking process was seamless and efficient, making it incredibly convenient. Very good breakfast. The hotel is just a one-minute stroll from the iconic Astronomical Clock in the main square and a five-minute walk to Charles Bridge. Most of Prague’s Old Town attractions are easily accessible on foot, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. They went above and beyond by arranging a hairstylist at our request, even though the hotel doesn’t have an in-house salon. (the location was just a short two-minute walk from the hotel). I recommend staying here for couples especially. We will come back for sure!

Location was just perfect.

Prior to my arrival, I booked a massage and received a confirmation email stating that my booking was confirmed. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the receptionist who sent the confirmation email had not actually confirmed the booking with the spa. As a result, there was no massage appointment scheduled for me, and the spa was fully booked for the day. Unfortunately, due to my busy conference schedule, I was unable to reschedule the massage during my stay. This experience was quite disappointing, as I had specifically looked forward to the relaxation and stress relief the massage would have provided.

The hotel is nice and comfortable location is perfect very near to the Astronomical Clock Pražský orloj also very close to city center, shops, resturant and other attractions there is George Prime Steak in the hotel i try it for dinner when arrived the food and service was perfect hotel is vey clean they have nice spa advance communication with guest via WhatsAppautomated msg they provide you with information for places to visit and restaurantsalso value is perfect due to service and location nice view

From our arrival right through to departure, the staff were all so helpful and friendly, notably reception, parking and concierge. We especially appreciated that they gave us a dog bed as we had forgotten ours. Room is comfortable and cleaning service efficient. Conveniently located near sights and restaurants. Spa sauna and hammam were welcome after hours walking around town. Fitness room is small but well equipped with essentials. We ate delicious dinner with fabulous cocktails once in restaurant. A bit pricey but wonderful. Overall just excellent!

Not much to improve on. Maybe the breakfast at 35€ is a bit off putting. Happily for us we found cosy cafes nearby.

breakfast service was not as expected. confusion regarding basket of croissants and no orange juice came when we asked for it. some staff did not seem to be trained correctly.

Location is excellent. Short walking distance to all major sights. Room was clean and comfortable. Concierge was extremely helpful providing information about local eateries and sights.

The room was too hot for a comfortable nights rest. The air conditioning indicates on and cooling, but no cool air flows for any length of time. Obviously this makes for a long night. The only relief was a fan and/or opening windows to a noisy street.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom and shower well appointed. Hotel location is central to everything in old city, and sightseeing on foot was easy. Associates from hotel were accommodating, polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fair.

Emblem Prague hotel does not have a restaurant belonging to the hotel, instead there is a restaurant that substitutes as a hotel restaurant and provides meal options for room service based on restaurant menu. The hotel just delivers them. Not exactly the best standard for quality control. No iron in room, have to request. Not enough towels provided, and after room cleaning some towels removed and never replaced. Oddly no complimentary "still water" provided, and everything you might need is an additional charge.

Excellent location; close to everything especially the square and the historical tower clock. very clean hotel and very comfortable atmosphere. staff were very supportive and friendly especially Mr Shaheer who helped us and Mr Jacob. thank you all . the hotel’s facilities were very good especially the spa and jacuzzi. it deserves being five stars hotel. will come again in future.
