We had a wonderful stay at the Mordecai 12 Apartments by Adrez, and highly recommend it for families! Our family of five (2 adults and 3 kids) stayed in the Apartment with Terrace, and we were thoroughly impressed by both the apartment and its location. The apartment itself is fantastic—spacious, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The terrace was a highlight for us, providing a beautiful spot to relax in the evenings. The layout is very comfortable, and it was great to have all the necessary amenities like a fully-equipped kitchen and cozy living spaces. The location is absolutely fabulous! We were able to easily explore the surrounding area, with plenty of local attractions, shops, and restaurants nearby. It’s perfect for those who want to enjoy both the city’s vibrant atmosphere and a relaxing retreat in the apartment.

There are a few things to be aware of. The description of the apartment doesn’t mention the floor and apartment number clearly. The elevator stops at the 4th floor, but the apartment is located on the 5th floor, so there are stairs to climb to reach it. Additionally, there are stairs inside the apartment itself. While this wasn’t a big issue for us, it’s something worth noting for people with mobility difficulties.

Location, location, location! This property was the PERFECT location. It was stunning and easily accessible to the main plaza, the Jewish Cemetry, the Spanish Synagogue and more. The location was also quiet and everything about the architecture was stunning. Loved how tall the ceilings were and the details to design in the space.

The air conditioning was only in the main room - which did flow through 1 bedroom, but the other bedroom had no AC. Thankfully, there was a floor fan, which was nice, but I wish the AC would have been noted ahead of time. The mattress in the yellow wallpaper room was also terrible, it was very soft and sunk in the center.

An amazing property in a great location, a short walk to old town square. We found it perfect for two adults and three children. It was well stocked with all the essentials and really felt like a home away from home. It is on the fifth floor but there is a list making it easy to get in and out. We couldn’t ask for a better stay and if we come back to Prague we would love to come again.

There is only a bath not a shower. It didn’t bother us much.

The apartment had everything I needed, and the location was perfect. The property management company takes a while to respond to correspondence. It is best to call or walk over to their reception office a few minutes away, however, I would stay here again. For extended stays, they provide cleaning services every five days.

I didn't have a safe deposit box, but the size of my apartment was perfect for an extended stay. It was just a couple blocks away from the Old Town.

Location Location Location! A perfect location, close to everything 👌 We stayed at the two bedroom apartment, it was very nice, cozy and clean. We stayed for 6 nights, so after the 5th day, the apartment was cleaned, and towels were changed, very convenient

The matraces are very fluffy and uncomfortable, and I would definitely recommend changing. A bread toaster and a coffee machine (there is a filter coffee maker) would upgrade the experience.

Location was excellent. Apartment is huge, great layout, big rooms, high ceiling, nice kitchen. Very clean

Curtains were broken, couldn’t quite close them. Quite a few lights did not work. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable.

Location in the city center, facilities, spacious apartment especially the bathroom, secured with a pin code

I didn’t quite like the check in process as you have to do so many steps to be checked in because there was no actual physical reception desk. All of this was done online and lots of information was given for somebody who was in vacation having no or little time to go through such detailed descriptions. Information was bothersome to read. On top of that, the Schengen visa was requested with no convincing reason at all. The pin code was not sent to us on time. We had to wait outside and then called the owner to give us the access code. The other thing was the stairs. Despite the fact that there was a lift, it doesn’t reach the apartment directly as you have to climb up the stairs to reach it.

Never felt like we were in each other's way even with 5 people! Excellent use of space. Super clean. And you can't beat the location. Basically a 2 minute walk to the old town square. Loved that it had a washer and dryer and a couple of laundry pods to do a little laundry!

No shampoo. Also, the shower was a hand-held sprayer but the holder was on the bathtub instead of on the wall. So a little bit more cumbersome to shower than if they just installed a holder on the wall up high. But we knew this when we booked it from the bathroom photo and decided it was still worth staying there because everything else about the place was so great.

Great location, walking distance to places of interest.

-There were no complementary tea or coffee in the apartment. Also there was a coffee mashine, but again, no coffee pods. It would be nice a gesture from the accommodation team to provide such things as it makes you feel more welcomed and it definitely doesn't cost a fortune. -Another think I'd like to mention - condition of both sofa bed and armchair in the living room. They were extremely dirty. Even though the sofa bed had a blanket to cover the stains, that wasn't helping. Once tried to extend the sofa bed to make myself more comfortable, but as soon as I saw mattress condition of it, I had to stop. Both sofa bed and armchair either needs a deep clean or replacement.

The location was perfect and the apartment was beautiful. The staff was very good and helpful. We had some things missing but after a call to reception most of those issues were quickly resolved. There was the most amazing deep tub in the apartment as well! Overall would recommend

The only slight complaint would be that there were no coffee filters for the coffee machine or any complimentary coffee/ tea/sugar. I already had my own coffee so that wasn't an issue and when called they said it could be provided. However I asked for coffee filters and never got them. While this can be easily remedied when calling the reception, it is a little inconvenient in the morning.
