It was a fantastic location and was nice and spacious

Tv is available but you have to log onto Netflix’s or apps and u can’t just get world news or plain music It has a microwave and kettle and coffee machine but only 2 plates and 2 knives and forks so if u wanted to you could not heat up food The reception booked us the hotel taxi home they did made us aware it was more than a uber but we booked and they said we can use card but they didn’t say it was £10 more then 3%charge for card use and driver got stroppy with no tip but it cost us £25 more in end and that was double the normal Journey

Hotel was well-situated, near the major attractions and old town. There were plenty of shops and eateries around the hotel, and there was a coin-laundromat around 7 minutes walk away. A tram stop is right in front of the hotel which makes it easy to travel around. The hotel has an elevator, aircon, tv and wifi. But do take note that from the entrance of the hotel to the reception level, there will be a short flight of stairs. Once you reach the reception level, there will be elevator that brings you to each level. Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, with high ceiling and big windows. Beds and sheets were clean and comfortable. Basic amenities and toiletries were provided as well. We booked a room with kitchenette, which had microwave/kettle/cutlery. Unfortunately the room that was assigned to us at level 2 had some unpleasant drainage smell. So we had to close the toilet door to prevent the smell from coming out. Aside from that, we had an enjoyable stay.

The location is fantastic! Even though the hotel is on a busy street, it was still impressively quiet in the room (I was on the 5th floor). Reception staff were friendly and helpful; the breakfast was very nice with a good selection and a peaceful atmosphere; it was never crowded at the times I went down. WiFi was fast and reliable; the room was clean and comfortable (very useful to have a kettle and fridge as well as coffee-maker); shower had very good water pressure, and the air conditioning worked well. Would definitely stay again!

The room was amazing. Spacious and clean and it had a kitchen also. The staff were also very nice and accommodating when it comes to housekeeping. The location of the hotel was also amazing as it was basically walkable to all the must see / visit places. There is also a tram stop right in front of the hotel which was so convenient.

Breakfast was great. We could walk to most places we wanted to see, and caught public transport which was conveniently located. The women cleaning and refilling the breakfast area were very helpful and friendly, could easily put them in the Reception!

No laundry facilities, no tissues. Reception wasn't that friendly, when we asked the woman where we could do our laundry she told us to do a google search. Compared to the other places we stayed where the reception was extremely helpful.

The location to everything is perfect! Clock is a few blocks down, cross the street and all bridges into old right there! You can go downstairs to a courtyard. Also, all drinks( water/juice/coffee/tea). Room was large! Building very beautiful.

This hotel rooms are not very clean. Bathroom floor was very gross. Towels looked dirty and stained. Housekeeping left all the dirty towels of the floor 2 doors down all day and night long. The staff was not helpful. Staff can easily tell you- hey these are the points of interest for tourist. No info given- even though everything is close by. No care and no pride.

Location is absolutely ideal!! The staff is super friendly and the room was always very clean, coffee supplies refilled, etc. We stayed 11 nights so had a room with a kitchenette: micro, sink, fridge. Very handy. If we had stayed for only a few nights we wouldn't have gotten the kitchenette. We absolutely loved the Quentin. Would stay again.

The pictures over the bed were a little spooky - people with no eyes - I would change them out.

After traveling to 5 countries this summer, this was the best hotel we stayed in. The room was spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, air conditioning worked phenomenally well, and the location was great. Breakfast had many options and was included in the price (only place to do so). Moving to the next city, we miss this hotel.

Literally the only downside was our bathroom nlonds were broken so they could not be closed for privacy. We spoke to the front desk about it and they said it could be fixed the following day but nothing happened. They offered to move our room, but at that point we only had one day left and had figured out a system to shower somewhat privately.

This Hotel is in a beautiful historical building well maintained , which is strategically placed in the heart of Prague , close to many historical sites , such as the Charles Bridge , The Astronomical Clock, the Prague Castle, the Old Jewish quarter, Opera house etc . It was very quiet though on a busy street, very safe and the room was spacious, clean with views of the city . It was also close to the tram and subway , or the hotel would arrange a taxi if you wanted which made getting around Old Prague, Lesser Town and New Town very easy . There is a daily local breakfast option which I recommend as it was both convenient and delicious, but there are also many excellent bakeries and cafes close by for a wonderful breakfast with a view as well. Their staff was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable, checked daily that we didn’t need anything and had recommendations for places that we should not miss while in Prague . It was truly one of the best Hotels that we have stayed at and we plan to visit again, thank you to the amazing staff and a special thank you to (Arsenhe sounds like R-Sen-e) who welcomed us to the Quentin Hotel when we arrived , went the extra effort to remember us and check on us daily and who spoke perfect English ! Amazing stay !

The hotel is a beautiful, old, spacious building with large comfortable rooms. The location is fantastic - close to the river and the university where I was attending a school. There were lots of shops close by and a lovely cafe with live music in the evening. The room was well laid out with lovely furniture and had an old castle feel to it. My room was in the roof but there were shades for the windows and skylights and an aircon which was appreciated as it was very hot during my stay. Overall I was very comfortable with the hotel and will happily stay there again.

The streets were noisy at times. I think this is a feature of the city so I don't feel like the hotel could do anything about this. I travel with ear plugs so I recommend this if you are a light sleeper. There are lots of shops very close by so you can stock up there.
