This Hotel is in a beautiful historical building well maintained , which is strategically placed in the heart of Prague , close to many historical sites , such as the Charles Bridge , The Astronomical Clock, the Prague Castle, the Old Jewish quarter, Opera house etc . It was very quiet though on a busy street, very safe and the room was spacious, clean with views of the city . It was also close to the tram and subway , or the hotel would arrange a taxi if you wanted which made getting around Old Prague, Lesser Town and New Town very easy . There is a daily local breakfast option which I recommend as it was both convenient and delicious, but there are also many excellent bakeries and cafes close by for a wonderful breakfast with a view as well. Their staff was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable, checked daily that we didn’t need anything and had recommendations for places that we should not miss while in Prague . It was truly one of the best Hotels that we have stayed at and we plan to visit again, thank you to the amazing staff and a special thank you to (Arsenhe sounds like R-Sen-e) who welcomed us to the Quentin Hotel when we arrived , went the extra effort to remember us and check on us daily and who spoke perfect English ! Amazing stay !

The location to everything is perfect! Clock is a few blocks down, cross the street and all bridges into old right there! You can go downstairs to a courtyard. Also, all drinks( water/juice/coffee/tea). Room was large! Building very beautiful.

This hotel rooms are not very clean. Bathroom floor was very gross. Towels looked dirty and stained. Housekeeping left all the dirty towels of the floor 2 doors down all day and night long. The staff was not helpful. Staff can easily tell you- hey these are the points of interest for tourist. No info given- even though everything is close by. No care and no pride.

After traveling to 5 countries this summer, this was the best hotel we stayed in. The room was spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, air conditioning worked phenomenally well, and the location was great. Breakfast had many options and was included in the price (only place to do so). Moving to the next city, we miss this hotel.

Literally the only downside was our bathroom nlonds were broken so they could not be closed for privacy. We spoke to the front desk about it and they said it could be fixed the following day but nothing happened. They offered to move our room, but at that point we only had one day left and had figured out a system to shower somewhat privately.

Location is absolutely ideal!! The staff is super friendly and the room was always very clean, coffee supplies refilled, etc. We stayed 11 nights so had a room with a kitchenette: micro, sink, fridge. Very handy. If we had stayed for only a few nights we wouldn't have gotten the kitchenette. We absolutely loved the Quentin. Would stay again.

The pictures over the bed were a little spooky - people with no eyes - I would change them out.

The hotel is a beautiful, old, spacious building with large comfortable rooms. The location is fantastic - close to the river and the university where I was attending a school. There were lots of shops close by and a lovely cafe with live music in the evening. The room was well laid out with lovely furniture and had an old castle feel to it. My room was in the roof but there were shades for the windows and skylights and an aircon which was appreciated as it was very hot during my stay. Overall I was very comfortable with the hotel and will happily stay there again.

The streets were noisy at times. I think this is a feature of the city so I don't feel like the hotel could do anything about this. I travel with ear plugs so I recommend this if you are a light sleeper. There are lots of shops very close by so you can stock up there.

Many thanks to the hotel staff, the reception desk and portier were very kind to me, showed me a huge number of attractions on the map, and recommended excellent sights. They were kind, showed me the room and explained in detail how everything worked. I also had a free upgrade to a room with a beautiful view. The rooms are spacious, with all necessary amenities. After checkout we were allowed to leave our suitcases at the reception. They called us a taxi and helped us carry our luggage to the car. Many thanks to the staff of the Quentin Hotel!

Incredible location, with very modern rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast was alright, nothing too special, but it did the job. The staff was very nice and helpful, including the receptionist and the breakfast staff. Elaborating on the location: 1 minute from a tram, 3 minutes from a metro, and about a 7-minute walk to the old city centre. That's all you need to know about how good it is.

The ventilation was a little worse than a normal room would have since we were staying on the very top floor with the ceiling windows. Though, it was still great.

Everything was done to the highest level. They gave us a free upgrade with an amazing view. Everything in the room worked perfectly. Many thanks to Lisa and Arsenii at the reception desk, they were super kind. At the beginning, Arsenii helped us find parking and helped with our suitcases, after Lisa described in detail all the nuances of our stay, and advised us an incredibly tasty and beautiful restaurant with traditional cuisine. Afterwards, Arsenii took us into the room and showed us how everything works, down to every detail. After checkout we were allowed to leave our things at the reception. Many thanks to the hotel staff, they are great guys. If you are in Prague, I definitely recommend this hotel to you!!!

The hotel building is beautiful and the interior is stunning. In the bedrooms, the beds are comfy and the bathrooms beautiful - with stunning walk in rain shower with a stool to sit on. There were even electric curtains operated from the bedside - fun and practical .

The breakfast was a little basic but this didn't bother me. As everywhere these days, you can't just switch the TV on and watch something. I used to like switching on and watching random local TV in a language I didn't understand.

This was an ideally located hotel in the old town of Prague just a short walk to the town square. The room was large and bed extremely comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and had great water pressure. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend staying here if you want to stay in the heart of Prague Old Town.
