The hotel is in an amazing location, a walk away from most of the sights. The rooms where very clean and warm, that was very good since we went in December and the temperatures where below 0.

We did had a little incident with the minibar: we usually don’t check the mini bar when we first arrive at (any) hotel room as we believe that whoever prepares the room also checks the minibar. But in this case,on the second day, one of the staff members came to the room to refill the minibar as we “had used it”. After a bit of chitchat we told them that we didn’t used it, moreover specially because we don’t drink alcohol and the missing beverage as a beer. Long story short, always check the minibar, because we were lucky to be in the room when they went to refill it, otherwise we could have been charged for something we did not used.

Everything about this hotel is amazing - clean, warm, beautiful room, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms with good quality products. Location is perfect and super central, just between Charles Bridge and Central Square. Breakfast is great, big variety, all fresh and delicious, breakfast space is cosy and beautiful too. Special thanks goes to super friendly stuff, they were all super kind and helpful. During our stay my husband had birthday and even though reservation was on my name, hotel made a beautiful surprise placing bottle of Prosecco, macaroons and greeting card on the table while we were away, that was such an amazing sign of gesture !!! We highly recommend this hotel and if we come again to Prague, we will definitely choose this hotel again !

You cannot find more central location in old town. We walked everywhere. The room was nice, clean, airy, and breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. All in all I am highly commend this hotel.

Very central location, however, we found neighborhood to be safe and quiet. Metro is about 5 minutes by foot, tram station is about 2 minutes by foot. Many restaurants nearby, there is also restaurant on site. Karluv most (Charles Bridge) is about 2-3 minutes by foot, Astronomical clock is about 5-7 minutes by foot. Very spacious room suitable for 4 persons. Breakfast is served in nice restaurant in the courtyard of hotel.

Not that we did not liked it, but rooms are accessible by (quite steep) stairs only, there is no elevator. Maybe obstacle for persons with reduced mobility, however, you may find such info on hotels webpage.

The breakfast buffet was great. A huge variety and selection that was constantly replenished as well as two well-functioning coffee machines that make everything from hot chocolate to macchiato. There is no elevator, so staff take your luggage upstairs. The location is unbeatable. Only a stone throw away from Karl's Bridge and a few minutes walk from the Old Town Square and Café Slavia.

The hotel could do with an eco-friendly cleaning option that allows you to choose "only swap towels" or "only empty trash" for people who stay longer. We used a translation app to communicate with the ladies who serviced our floor, and they were so nice to accommodate our request. Our bathroom had no shelf to put the toiletry bag, but that wasn't a big deal as there was one right outside the bathroom.

A fabulous hotel, full of character and original architecture yet modern with very well appointed rooms. We stayed in the Junior Suite which was so spacious and comfortable with a bedroom and separate sitting room! It had a wonderful bathroom with separate shower and a free standing bath. The bed was large and comfortable and the room was super warm and cosy despite the weather being very cold outside. Everything was beautifully clean in the room and throughout the whole hotel. The hotel has its own restaurant with traditional Chezch cuisine and a great bar. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The staff were all so helpful and friendly which made for a great atmosphere. Particular thanks to Yacob who welcomed us when we arrived and was very helpful with information and guidance. Also to the lovely man on the door who was so friendly and made us very welcome even though he must have been very cold!!

There was nothing about this property that we didn’t like!

Stunning hotel in a great location. Large spacious room for parents and 2 growing boys. Luxury toiletries and coffee machine in room. Staff are attentive and helpful. Online check in prior to arrival made our actual arrival stress free. Ensure you have cash to give a tip for the lads who carry your bags to your room.

We have stayed on a weekend and there is some noise from rowdy people leaving a nearby pub. However the hotel kindly provide earplugs in the room which work really well. Maybe worth considering if staying with very young children, but our 10 and 13 year old slept through it completely.

The room was lovely and clean, It was very quaint. However the walls are extremely thin, or we had exceptionally noisy neighbours. The bedding left a lot to be desired. 2 thin single quilts on a king size bed. Breakfast was plentiful and had a great choice. It did become quite busy as they offered an all you could eat buffet to the public for 300K (£10) a bargain to be fair.

One or two or the bar staff were offish. It may have been a culture thing. I asked to purchase a glass of pinot grigio, to be told I had to buy the bottle, which I did. However when next I asked they had no stock. Its possibly me being too fussy, however I did not like the wine that was on their menu.

Check in was quick & easy, desk staff was really helpful as we arrived prior to check in time we left our suitcase and went for a quick walk to get our bearings. Room was stunning, cleaned daily. Bathroom had a lovely big shower, under floor heating, towels changed daily. Breakfast was super good, everything you would want they provided, hot cooked, continental yoghurt fruit and pastries, all were refilled when getting low. Also it was my birthday while we were there and the hotel had placed a bottle of champagne and cakes in our room.

Having to come home after such a lovely few days.

Breakfast was excellent, the staff were incredible. I wish we had an opportunity to ask for a room that had elevator access since my age made it difficult to get upstairs each time - but the exercise was good for me. We are planning to return to Prague within the next 2 years and I will only stay here. The location is perfect and their dinners were very reasonably priced and delicious. You can walk anywhere from this location easily and the room had a mini fridge which allowed us to keep items cool for future use. We really liked that you could open the windows and the little window by the toilet which clearly was original, was so cute and useful. They even offered large umbrellas if it was raining and you don't have one.

Only thing I would suggest and it is not that I didn't like it but that the bathtub, which was used as a shower for us is slippery. We just left a towel inside and that solved the problem but it would be a really good idea to add some sort of stickers or something to avoid the slippery aspect when getting into the shower/bathtub.
