The hotel is in an amazing location, a walk away from most of the sights. The rooms where very clean and warm, that was very good since we went in December and the temperatures where below 0.

We did had a little incident with the minibar: we usually don’t check the mini bar when we first arrive at (any) hotel room as we believe that whoever prepares the room also checks the minibar. But in this case,on the second day, one of the staff members came to the room to refill the minibar as we “had used it”. After a bit of chitchat we told them that we didn’t used it, moreover specially because we don’t drink alcohol and the missing beverage as a beer. Long story short, always check the minibar, because we were lucky to be in the room when they went to refill it, otherwise we could have been charged for something we did not used.

4 nights stay.. Very clean and modern with a touch of originality of Prague, top floor room was amazing and had pretty good views over the roof tops, we only had breakfast at the property but the food and selection was great! Bar and table service and all staff were very efficient and helpful. Hotel is literally 100 yards away from Charles Bridge, get up 5am and Walk the bridge for sunrise and beat the crowds as it was so worth it for great pictures and a peaceful walk. Prague castle is a must for visiting and to climb the tower for the incredible views from the top! would recommend booking the Airport transfer with the hotel as it was super easy and well worth it, thank you again U Malvaze! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not much at all that we didn’t like! lot of steps to get to the top room but the room at the top was worth the climb! A couple of cold drinks in the fridge couldn’t have gone amiss or the odd complimentary beer but overall the stay was lovely

The staff were so friendly and didn’t hesitate to help in the hotel and the restaurant. They gave us a map on arrival and took us to our room. The breakfast is very varied, tasty, hot and cold buffet. We also had an evening meal one night, which was perfect in every way, traditional Czech cuisine. They go above and beyond, making you feel so welcome. They even made us a coffee, after we’d checked out, while we were waiting in the foyer for our taxi back to the airport. The location is perfect, right next to Charles Bridge. You step straight onto the beautiful cobbled streets of Prague. It’s right in the centre of the old town, but quiet inside the hotel just with a little touch of street life in the background if your window is open. Our room was very big, we loved it and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We can’t rate this hotel high enough and I could go on. We would love to stay here again one day. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip so special. You have a beautiful hotel.

Just a point to remember; there is no elevator but I messaged in advance asking for a room on a lower floor and although they can’t guarantee this they did accommodate us. We arrived and had a room on the first floor which was perfect for us. They listened and answered.

The hotel was in an excellent location. It was about a 5 minute walk to Charles Bridge and close to other tourist attractions and restaurants. The room was spacious, modern and cleaned daily. The bed was comfortable. The large ensuite bathroom had L'Occitane toiletries. The breakfast was varied with a selection of fruit, pastries, bread, cold meat, cheese, yogurt, fruit, cereal, fried or boiled eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms and baked beans. Milk alternatives were stored in a separate fridge next to the coffee machine. The reception staff were very helpful and gave good recommendations of where to visit and marked this on a map of Prague. They also advised how to purchase a ticket on public transport.

Some nights were noisy outside due to people shouting at each other but there's not much the hotel can do about that due to the central location.

Everything about this hotel is amazing - clean, warm, beautiful room, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms with good quality products. Location is perfect and super central, just between Charles Bridge and Central Square. Breakfast is great, big variety, all fresh and delicious, breakfast space is cosy and beautiful too. Special thanks goes to super friendly stuff, they were all super kind and helpful. During our stay my husband had birthday and even though reservation was on my name, hotel made a beautiful surprise placing bottle of Prosecco, macaroons and greeting card on the table while we were away, that was such an amazing sign of gesture !!! We highly recommend this hotel and if we come again to Prague, we will definitely choose this hotel again !

You cannot find more central location in old town. We walked everywhere. The room was nice, clean, airy, and breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. All in all I am highly commend this hotel.

Very central location, however, we found neighborhood to be safe and quiet. Metro is about 5 minutes by foot, tram station is about 2 minutes by foot. Many restaurants nearby, there is also restaurant on site. Karluv most (Charles Bridge) is about 2-3 minutes by foot, Astronomical clock is about 5-7 minutes by foot. Very spacious room suitable for 4 persons. Breakfast is served in nice restaurant in the courtyard of hotel.

Not that we did not liked it, but rooms are accessible by (quite steep) stairs only, there is no elevator. Maybe obstacle for persons with reduced mobility, however, you may find such info on hotels webpage.

The perfect location, very close to the Charles Bridge. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold food choices. There is a restaurant with the standard traditional meals with 15% off for hotel guests. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The rain shower was great and the toiletries were nice. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

The taxi service Radek Zboril Praha the hotel called for us was an unscrupulous shyster charging x 2.5 the fare we had paid to arrive at the hotel. Not their fault. Beware of Prague taxi drivers!

A fabulous hotel, full of character and original architecture yet modern with very well appointed rooms. We stayed in the Junior Suite which was so spacious and comfortable with a bedroom and separate sitting room! It had a wonderful bathroom with separate shower and a free standing bath. The bed was large and comfortable and the room was super warm and cosy despite the weather being very cold outside. Everything was beautifully clean in the room and throughout the whole hotel. The hotel has its own restaurant with traditional Chezch cuisine and a great bar. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice. The staff were all so helpful and friendly which made for a great atmosphere. Particular thanks to Yacob who welcomed us when we arrived and was very helpful with information and guidance. Also to the lovely man on the door who was so friendly and made us very welcome even though he must have been very cold!!

There was nothing about this property that we didn’t like!

The breakfast buffet was great. A huge variety and selection that was constantly replenished as well as two well-functioning coffee machines that make everything from hot chocolate to macchiato. There is no elevator, so staff take your luggage upstairs. The location is unbeatable. Only a stone throw away from Karl's Bridge and a few minutes walk from the Old Town Square and Café Slavia.

The hotel could do with an eco-friendly cleaning option that allows you to choose "only swap towels" or "only empty trash" for people who stay longer. We used a translation app to communicate with the ladies who serviced our floor, and they were so nice to accommodate our request. Our bathroom had no shelf to put the toiletry bag, but that wasn't a big deal as there was one right outside the bathroom.
