Our booking experience was very stressful and my original reservation was cancelled and had to be rebooked. We had 3 rooms and booked together and had multiple problems with payment due to names occupy rooms not matching credit card. Booking.com NOT helpful and unable to reach a person at property very frustrating.

The property is located right near Charles bridge which is brilliant it’s close to most things and you can walk to lost site seeing spots. There is no staff and it is all virtual even the entry into property.

Over charged me which I was not happy about considering the booking was for a lower amount. Unable to use tv with fire stick which was annoying but we lived without it. Also when I contacted the hotel to ask whether I could check out late no one replied to me which was not the best. A 10am check out is too early consider it was a 3pm check in. I feel a 12pm check out would’ve perfect.

This is a beautiful old property. Located between the Charles bridge and old town square, both are a few minutes away. We had a suite, it was gorgeous with an original painted ceiling. Lift access to all floors. This is an internet hotel, so no reception service and you get a code for the door which also operates your room key. Outside there are bars, shops, ATM’s and all you need. I would have given 5 stars, but there was a couple of issues.

Slow or no reply to messages sent to reception. We had no hot water for our last two days. There was a partition door to another apartment and they were noisy, we could hear every word

its very clean and nice room. including free espresso and tea.

Location is nice but quite noisy especially late night. i got confirmation message and access code about property. There is no staff and no information about how to enter the room. Only the place send me an email and ask pictures of our passport. but i see the mail after finding the office of place, its nearby but no information about it. i asked someone to find it. its very hard to compleate this step, if i don't find someone most probably i can not enter the room.

The room was spacious, clean, wonderfully comfortable, and easy to access with the electronic key. I received all the information I needed to make it easy. The location is a perfect halfway point between Old Town Square and the Charles Bridge. Many breakfast locations in the area made it easy to start the day.

The toilet, once flushed you had to wait for a while before it would flush again. It is not fun with multiple family members in the room. There was a beautiful coffee machine with about one day of coffee provided for the entire stay. There didn't seem to be a location near the apartment that allowed for the purchase of more pods. I love my morning coffee.

The location is the best for this area. Both of my girls, 18 and 16, loved the location. Starbucks and restaurants across the street! My daughters were in heaven and thanked me for selecting this hotel makng their trip to Prague very enjoyable. That says a lot considering that we visited Prague 1 at least seven times in the last four years.

We never received the six digit code to enter the hotel or room, therefore, I spent almost an hour trying to find Central Reception downtown Prague. In the end, I was finally able to reach them by phone and they texted me the code. I would suggest having Central Reception call each guest a day or two before to ensure they received the code and answer any questions that they may have. Again, loved the stay, but it was stressful since this was my first stay at your hotel. Parking is a nightmare so I would recommend going out of your way to assist future guests understanding parking options and assist them in making parking reservations.

The location was great and the room size was much larger than expected.

The entrance and stairway lighting was very bad and unsafe. The stairway was treacherous and the automatic light does not come on until you are more than halfway down the dark and dangerous circular stairway. This is an accident waiting to happen. It's an easy fix, and should be done immediately before someone falls down those stairs. Also, working with Booking.com and not directly with the hotel was difficult and stressful.

Location, location, location! This boutique hotel is in the middle of everything. We loved the prime location, steps away from beautiful sites, as well as convenient to restaurants and coffee shops. The family suite was spacious and beautifully decorated. Housekeeping was quick to respond to a minor request, and we appreciated the secure entry into the building.

We could not find the remote for the A/C in the room and were unable to use it. However, that was not a problem given the mild temperatures during our stay.

Amazing location, right in the heart of Prague's Old Town district. The communication and automatic check in and check out process was excellent, smooth and easy. The suite itself was lovely, spacious living room, nice decor with character, comfortable bed and quiet bedroom, and a nice shower / bathroom. Bottled water and a coffee machine too.

N/A. Everything about the palce was perfect.

Traditional and out of this world

They are not flexible at all. My flight was moved, I notified them 1 month before and asked if they could move my checkout to the day before, they declined it even tho there was still time do something or at least try. I would have totally agree to pay for that extra night if the suite does not get booked, however they didn’t even try
