Very good location, safe entrances with many card-locked doors. Lovely wooden furniture in the room, comfy beds, a bath tub was perfect after we got cold during traveling. There was a kettle, cups and a small fridge in the room too. Personally I appreciated to have a single normal bed in our triple room, not some foldable sleeping sofa. On the ground floor there is an amazing chocolate cafe offering a variety of hot chocolates and desserts, a must-visit one. Overall we are glad to have booked exactly this apartment!

One (but understandable) bad thing was that the room windows were to the street, not to the inner yard - street is small but noisy, close to some bars, at night there were a lot of loudy drunk people passing right under the windows. We could hardly fall asleep, especially on weekend. The mirror in the bathroom was quite complicated to use for make-up.

Location was excellent and just off main street so it was nice and quiet at night, bars ,restaurants and café very close to the hotel, rooms were serviced everyday apart from weekends, air-conditioning was a bonus and all radiators worked great when needed, would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend. We like to give a big shout out to the lady who serviced our hotel room she was always smiling and happy she was lovely and it was nice to see and would say hello if she saw us 🤗

No coffee or tea supplied, not enough hangers in wardrobe, it would have been great if reception was open earlier and also later in evening.

Great location! Basically in old town and close to all tourist attractions and good restaurants. Clean, a lot of space, comfortable beds and place for your bags. Fridge and kettle in the room are nice touches.

The fan (or ac) in the room was quite noisy and it was difficult to control it but were thankful it gave us some cold air in this hot weather

This hotel was centrally located in the old city. The room wasn't super big but functional, especially since I was alone. Still okay for 2. I got a good rate which made this place a very good deal.

There is no air-conditioning, which matters because the room faces the street. The street is fairly quiet, but there is a bar across the street, so keeping the windows open could be problematic.

Very good location, excellent rooms, very friendly staff. Off the beaten path but close to key locations.

My one worry is a woman alone could be a bit vulnerable. The street door opens and closes very slowly with the key card at night, so someone could easily follow you in. Also, there's no staff around at night, so slightly unnerving. But this is hypothetical...I never felt unsafe.

Location is at the heart of the city and in the inner yard, so we avoided all the noise from the outside. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants were all in 10 minute reach (max). Place has pretty much everything you need to enjoy the tome in Prague.

Air conditioning was quite loud and if you are a light sleeper it might be a problem, our fridge was not working and pillows were not very comfortable.

So close to everything to see in old town we were able to walk everything. We loved the bar seen down below out the window but some might not like the noise if they go to bed early.

We had big heavy luggage. Their first floor is above the cafe and there’s only stairs, no lift. We managed to drag our luggage up but wasn’t easy. No prob if you travel light.

The Red Chair Hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Prague- so many things to see and do as well as eating, drinking, shopping, all on the hotels doorstep. It is also great value for money. For a family of 4, our room was very large and comfortable. The room was warm, beds super comfy and the shower was great with plenty of hot water. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would definately stay again.

The room didn't include coffee or tea, however they brought so.e when I complained. quiet room near main tourist area but far enough removed to be quiet. The management fixed everything that I told him was wrong with the room.

No TV, We checked in down the road from our room, not easy to find. 10 Euros for breakfast which is pretty standard across Europe, however it was the most basic I ever had in 7 years and the coffee was the worst I ever tasted. There was no toilet paper in the room at check-in. The shower handle and valve was broken at check-in. it was replaced and repaired.

I got a beautiful, spacious room with high ceilings and huge windows, comfy beds and a big bathroom. The hotel is on a very quiet street, only a couple of minutes from the Charles Bridge and Old Town Square. When I saw how central it was, I worried it would be noisy at night, but it was totally peaceful even over the weekend. Check-in at a nearby hotel was super quick and friendly and the Choco Café downstairs is absolutely amazing.

The only thing I can think of is the lack of shutters or proper curtains. There was a streetlight right outside the window and daylight from about 6am so it was never really dark enough.
