Hotel is very central, but not very noisy at night (but there was noise from the street at a certain point). Staff at the reception was nice. I liked the style of the hotel and the furniture. Coffee facilities. Clean bathroom.

Well, it was almost New Years, but I payed 150 Euro for one night! Way too much, considering the room was just 12 square meters and everything was pretty basic. Breakfast was not good. No fresh coffee, food was very basic and not much choice. Was in the cellar, felt a bit claustrophobic: small, no windows, not many tables, everything is very close together. Tv didn't work and was left to the bed, so I couldn't use it. The sink in the bathroom was way too small. Old carpet in the room (not good, if you are allergic, so I didn't sleep well).

The hotel is in the heart of Prague, allowing you to walk almost anywhere. The economy room was rather small, making it difficult to move around with two suitcases. I expected a bigger bed, but it was a single, so there wasn't much space. The bathroom was clean and had a bathtub, but for a clumsy person like me, the wood in the bathroom was rather sharp. Even though I didn’t even stay for a night here, overall, I would recommend staying here.

There were some noise from the street.

The hotel was just perfect, we liked our room and breakfast was fine too (selection and quality of food was good). Parking is 34 Euros per night, but the car is parked safe right next to the hotel in a yard. You can't beat that. We slept very well because the double windows kept any noise outside. The building is really historic and especially the breakfast room (cellar) shows that. The ladies at the reception were very helpful. All the sights can be easily reached on foot. We will definitely return!

The A/C could have been a bit stronger. We'd turned it up at full volume but were still very hot. The internet connection was a bit patchy at times.

I was on a stag so my room very much was just for sleep to put my weary head down to rest I wasn't overly concerned with luxurys for this stay. However everything was very good, the location was fantastic, shops and bars all around us and central to pretty much everything. The hotel itself was designed internally in an old fashioned way but it looked lovely with art and decor on the walls like swords ⚔️ and other cool items! The staff were very polite & helpful with any questions & Requests. The room was very good value and breakfast was included which also more or less had everything you needed and did the job! The only things I would point out is the shower would take ages to heat up, I found early in the day the water wasn't warm but around 1-2pm after about 5 long minutes or so the water would eventually get warm but overall not the best system temperature wise I mostly had cold showers but the rooms were always hot cold showers kind of did the trick. The other thing I would suggest is asking reception for a remote for the AC cause it's high up and a remote is the only way to operate it and trust me the rooms get hot! But overall pretty much top marks from me. Room service cleaning wise was on hand every morning and if I said no I could ask at reception and they would organize the room to be cleaned when I went off for the day.

Excellent hotel, would highly recommend. Spacious, comfortable and clean room, helpful staff and tasty breakfast. Hotel and room atmosphere / decor matches old city vibe. Great location. We had an early flight and couldn't stay for breakfast so asked if we could have something prepared for when we checked out - and we got mini breakfast packages. Loved it all and we will definitely be back for more (missed on the boat trips due to recent floods). I found new favourite desert- Trdelník - the one to die for 👍

Don't have any negative experience

I really enjoyed my 3-night stay here. My room was a good size 'single', more like a double, bed was comfy and there was a bath with a shower. The bath was a luxury! The hotel is well located, a short walk to the Old Town Square, and 15 minutes to the Charles Bridge. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good, a good selection of cereal, hot dishes and breads and rolls. Lots of places to eat nearby. Would totally recommend Betlam Club Hotel as a place to stay.

I found the staff to be quite friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and also during breakfast. I would book here again just for that alone.

If I had to pick something I'd improve, it would be the entry key situation. Having to carry around both a room key along with a key fob for late night entry was a small inconvenience. Several other places I stayed on my trip had just a numaric keypad for both, which was much more handy. Having said that, this wasn't a huge issue.

We loved the location so much. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We stayed in the attic rooms and it had such charm.

The ceiling was a little low and we had to duck to get in the bathroom and around the beams. So just be mindful when booking to see what level you are on if that would bother you. We had children with us so really our room was perfect for them because we had extra space.

This Hotel was absolutely beautiful, the rooms were basic but very clean and even provided mini Toiletries which was a lovely touch, breakfast included was well stocked and loved it been in the cellar. The location was fabulous so close to all the main places and the staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful, even giving us some great recommendations of things to do, also on hand all the time if we needed anything. Superb value for money here, highly recommend!

We loved everything!

Cozy hotel, on a probably elder, elegant house. Our room was at the attic, elegantly furnished, in a wooden style. Private bathroom was very okay. The hotel is located very conveniently to the main square and old town, at walking distance, as well as to the river, yet in a very quiet, small, square Betlem, in addition, surrounded by elegant restaurants. Breakfast was well mentioning, everything with "home made" details. Personnel is gentle and helpful. Really recommendable.
