huge. cool design (if you're into the medieval). location is perfect. great value for money. the code-instead-of-key is a great solution - no need to wait for anyone at check-in.

no closets!! (why? - there's tons of space) kitchenette lacks facilities (why no microwave?) little things that could make the stay great were missing (why not leave some coffee capsules & dish-washer tablets? we ended not using both, since it took us 3 days to find a supermarket that sells them and we bought the wrong size..) it wasn't clean in some of the corners of floor and ceiling (although the ceiling being so high is indeed hard to vacuum..)

we had a very unpleasant experience during the luggage drop-off process at the reception of the nearby hotel, where we were instructed to leave our bags for a few hours before our late-night flight. We had arranged this in advance via Booking.com, and the request had been confirmed. However, the woman who assisted us—sitting not at the main front desk, but at a desk further inside to the left—treated us with a level of rudeness and disrespect that we have rarely encountered in all our years of travel across Europe and beyond. Her tone and attitude were unacceptable, and we left feeling extremely disappointed.

The apartment is equipped with TV, owen and electric kettle. The apartment is very close to main street and you can walk everywhere. The visible places have been clean and bathroom looks new. You will get a code to enter the building and it will work only in specific time and on the minute of check in and also check out, you are informed about that in an email. So be careful on check out and take your belongings with you othervise you won't be able to come back (check out at 10, code not working arround 10:05) it is very good system. We reserved parking spot, it is kind of crazy to park there, as it is narrow street, but like everywhere in Prague.

We missed microwave. Pillows have been too big for us. A little bit sticky around the window, would need more clean up. Also under the bed...

It’s absolutely beautiful, one room has a high domed ceiling, the other a high ancient painted ceiling. It’s big. Beds are big and comfortable. Bathroom clean. Kitchen small but functional. Entry code system works well and the place is right in the middle of old town.

Because of the amazing historic ceilings there isn’t noise treatment possible, so you hear people in the flat above. And thee is a bar on the courtyard that plays music until 10 or 11pm each night. This is louder in the painted room than the domed room and is the only downside to the apartment.

Great location, could not have been better! Very clean and large apartment. Easy key code access. Lots of heating and hot water. Great brewery below.

Small things but definitely needs scissors, mirrors, full length mirror, all of which would all make it better. The main problem was paying for it which needed three different cards as bank security could not be passed because of how booking.com shared the payment details with the apartment company. The little courtyard it was in was very very very dark at night once the pub lights went out!

The apartment is centrally located, in a quiet area, the Versaille-style wooden floor is amazing, as well as the view. It is nicely heated. My bedroom had a stunningly decorated ceiling.

There is a kitchenette and a nespresso machine, but they do not provide coffee capsules, tea bags, not even sugar, nothing. Such beautiful space could use a decorator or someone who loves interior design because there are odd and ugly pieces of furniture laying around the flat. There is no shampoo, only shower gel and the tap water is never really cold, so it's unpleasant to drink.

Very clean and comfortable accomodations, historic building nicely restored inside, spacious rooms, nice kitchen. Very central location in the old town: a few minutes walk from the most important touristic attractions. The price is very quality and location. It was also allowed to have two kids in a double room with a bed and a sofa for free but there was no linen for extra people

Difficult booking process, you have to upload all the IDs online and type in the data. There is no reception so if something goes wrong you have to go to the reception at another hotel, it is very close but still takes time and efforts, especially when you have luggage and kids. Very central location can be both advantage and disadvantage: difficult and expensive parking, crowded with drunk people in the evening etc. It is not a problem of the hotel of course but p to you to decide. Overall it is negligeable issues considering the price and quality of the appartment.

Excellent location

We stayed in the 2-bed apartment and it was fantastic. Beds huge and comfy. There were plenty of towels, handsoap, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs, hairdryer, iron provided. Such a great location and felt safe. Would 100% book again. Small issue of a spot missed during cleaning which wasn't nice but everything else was great. Be aware there are steps to the apartments and no lift, so you have to carry your luggage upstairs.

The room was quiet, great and clean. The staff was helpful and cordial when we had questions and were closely located.

The system kept prompting for us to use the portal, but that was not exactly clear where to go. I would have preferred a link in the text to get to the portal (instead of in an email) than having to go to the office.
