Check in was easy but there no place to unload a car when arriving except for parking on a side street and hope you don't get a ticket. The apartment was huge and had a nice kitchen area, living room and bathroom. It had an AC unit in the living which is great if you plan on hanging out in there. Apartment is in very central location, lots of bars, restaurants, and things to do. Parking is about a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

It is in a lively area of Prague so there is a lot of street noise until very late evening/early morning. In the summer when you must have windows open because there is only AC in the living room it was very hard to sleep due to the street noise. I wish the AC was in the bedroom for a comfortable nights sleep. Also I didn't like that I had to provide my CC information on a sheet of paper for a security deposit. I would prefer to hand over 100 euros deposit than put my CC information on some random sheet of paper to be held until I check out.

The breakfast was great- freshly made waffles, cereal, hot food, pastries, fresh bread rolls, varying veges different days. Location could not have been better- very central and in picturesque Old Town. Cathedrals with nightly concerts 2 mins walk away. Loved having a cuppa on the balcony overlooking the rooftops. Just lovely....

Irish pub is directly below and noisy. Double glazing helps and didn't need to use the ear plugs supplied!

The room was spacious and clean. The location could not be better. Just 200 meters from charles bridge, we enjoyed our morning run. There is a marijuana store next door - just saying :D

Although advertised parking space available with reservation, the fact is there is none. We had to park in a parking building around 700 m away. The walk to the parking building was nice though and we were lucky to find parking.

Location and friendliness. Despite being in the center of town, apartments were extremely quiet . They were large and kept extra clean . We were given extra linens and towels upon request. We were offered free breakfast due to the fact that they changed our apartment after two days.

The tub in the first apartment was difficult to get in and out . It did not have the possibility to shower ( no curtain, no ability to hang the shower head on the wall) The tub in the second apartment had a better shower, but was very deep , which made it hard to get in and out. They were both slippery.

The location was perfect. In the very center of the city. Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms. Our room (the one, we also saw on the pictures before) was in the building next door. The entry through a souvenir shop may have been a bit of a surprise, but the room itself was totally fine.

Especially in the early morning it was a quite noisy from the street. But for a room for that price and in that location that's okay. Just keep that in mind. If you're okay with some street cleaning noise in the morning, you won't find any better place to stay for this price in the middle of the city center.

The location is great for seeing the sights of Prague. Comfortable, clean with full kitchen. Bathroom was clean with instant hot water. Air conditioning unit as well. Our unit had a sofa bed so my son was able to have his own bed!

There was just one tea towel so was difficult for a 4 day stay to wipe hands and wipe some mugs and plates we’d used. I went out to buy a tea towel souvenir and upgraded our experience. I would suggest more kitchen towels and one for the bathroom too.

The location was unbeatable, the staff were extremely accommodating, and the unit itself was simple yet comfortable.

Be aware that the central location means it is a busy, sometimes noisy neighbourhood.

The staff made a surprise for us due to my wife's birthday. We found a beautiful card with very warm massage and a gift 🙌 Many thanks to the hostes! The flet itself is huge, high ceilings, comfortable bed, top location, which gives you opportunity to see the city in any time of the day or night, you can get anywhere by foot, you have your own kitchen were you can cook, you even have a washing machine. The fasad of the building is under restoration, so it there are constructions and nets outside of the windows, although they didn't bothered us much for someone workers walking right outside their windows could be uncomfortable, i hope the works will finish fast (massage is from July 2025). Anyway I think the price for this type of apparent and location was quite law and that could be connected to that type of works, so form me the price issue was a plus.

The balcony couldn’t be opened or accessed due to renovation works, but since we stayed only for one night, it didn’t bother us much. The downside is the café on the ground floor — the music played all night long, so it’s unlikely you’ll be able to keep the window open. The noise is quite noticeable, especially if you’re a light sleeper.

Great location! The building has a nostalgic charm but has been renovated and modernized, which gives it a unique mix of old and new. You can still feel the historic vibe through details like the staircase and parquet floors. Due to ongoing renovation work and the limited view from the back of the building, we were offered complimentary breakfast — a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated.

On Saturday night, we could hear live music from a bar right outside the building until about 2 AM. It might be a bit noisy for some, but if you’re into nightlife, it’s actually a fun bonus!
