We stayed in the hotel fot 4 nights. We came late at night and did self check-in. It was easy and convinient process. The hotel is located in very central location, right near the karl bridge and five minutes walk from the old town square. Despite the central location, the hotel is in a quite street. The room itself is big and clean. They clean the room everyday and the staff is very nice.

There was one problem that bothered us and it was that every room have the same code to enter (as it was said in the check-in massage) so everyone can enter anywhere and we rocommend to change it.

The location is superb. In the old town, close to everything.

I might be very picky, but the room was too warm, especially those days when I was there the weather was kinda cool or even cold, I don't know when the temperature reachs to 30 or more, how the room would be, since there's no air conditioning system only a fan. And the beding was a little bit strange, two sheets, one covered the upper 2/3 and the other one, which is not so white, covered the lower 1/3. And the room is quite noisy: the fridge was loud and the wind would hit the door making you feel that someone was out there and wall was a little bit thin. I am not so satisfied with the price, it's almost 100 Euro per day.

The staff were excellent and very accommodating with our booking and requests. The location couldn't be better for first time visitors to Prague (albeit it's central location can be a bit noisy at night). Breakfast was convenient and varied. Would absolutely recommend and stay again myself.

Some smaller conveniences were missing in the room such as an iron or kettle and it was not clear if the gel in the shower was for hair or body or both? Having said that, we were lent a kettle when we asked for one so that was lovely and we have no regrets.

I accidentally booked for one day later than when we arrived. But, when we got there, they were able to rearrange our schedule and fit us into the hotel. Super helpful staff.

I messaged early asking about parking, they told me to just stop in and we could discuss parking when I arrived. So, we did that. But they didn't even have a place to temporarily park to have that discussion. In fact, I was out in the middle of the road, and dropped my friend off to go talk to them. Then I found myself in the middle of walking paths. In short, figure out parking before you get there, park, then go to the hotel. Don't try to even drive by the hotel.

The location is awesome, the room was very clean and quite big

We didn’t like the breakfast, for the price (10euros) it felt like it was not really worth it, basic or less and not much variety. Also the breakfast time was very limited. We would return but wouldn’t get the breakfast again

Exceptional location, right in the heart of old Prague, yet in a quiet side street, away from the tourist crowds. Basic but clean rooms with old world charm. Staff are excellent and friendly, always happy to recommend a day trip.

This is not a dislike, but the hotel is in a historic building several centuries old. So it has limitations inherent in the building, for example no lift, no air conditioning. If you are travelling with reduced mobility or health issues, take this into consideration.

We had a beautiful suite at the top of the hotel, spacious, light and bright, views all over the rooftops of Prague. Couldn't have picked a more central spot to the old town, walking distance of most of the sights of Prague. It even had a fridge. Owner even offered to switch rooms the next day if I found the stairs too difficult as I was walking with a stick and it had no lift, but it was the best room.

There were cups and glasses and a kettle but no tea or coffee, but we just bought a jar of coffee and some milk to make our own.

Location is right in between the Charles Bridge, and Old Town Square, astronomical clock! Great location. I did not eat breakfast - unapplicable. My room was quite hot the first night. I wasn't sure if the interior heat was on, or what, but even with the window ajar, I was overly hot! The staff who greeted me and the checked me out were very professional and thorough.

Location was perfect. Greeted well upon arrival. 14 foot ceilings in room. Room was large with a small fridge for water / beer! Best to stay here as a base only.

Decor is a little dated, but it didn't put me off. If this hotel spent a little money on better furniture for the rooms and improved the decor it would be incredible to stay there.
