We stayed in the Full Fresco Baroque Room, it was STUNNING. Such an impressive scene as you walk into the mural painted walls and the four poster bed. Hotel was gorgeous as you enter the court yard too, staff were lovely and the location was perfect on the river. The welcome bubbles on arrival were also a lovely touch.

Room was a little dark in the day with limited mirrors which made getting ready diffcult. I think it's worth it to stay in this specific room but next time we'd go back in the same hotel but with a river facing room with better light. Bathroom was probably the main thing that meant I didn't give this full marks, - it was a little dated and the shower temperature was off - either scalding hot or freezing cold.

The hotel is located in a historic building, which is itself very beautiful, full of charming decorative elements and character. Our room was spacious, bright, and had a lovely view. At first, the initial room we were offered felt a bit dark, so I asked if it could be changed. The receptionist immediately responded to my request and kindly offered us a large, bright room with a view, something we are very grateful for, as it truly made our stay special. Although the room was next to the street, the soundproofing was excellent and we didn’t hear any noise from outside. The bathroom was comfortable, the bed extremely cozy, and the location of the hotel was also very convenient. I would like to give special thanks to the staff member who helped me with my luggage (unfortunately, I didn’t ask his name). In fact, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even helped my husband organize birthday congratulations and a small celebration for me, which was a wonderful gesture. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Thank you very much to the whole hotel team, we truly hope to return one day!

Location ! Kind of old charm property with 2 very picturesque courtyards etc….! Great staff , all of them ! Good breakfast.. With an exceptional concierge called Allan! 👍also a special mention of the receptionist upon arrival, who handled the change of the room after we found out about the NO elevator ! Very patient and friendly!

The fact that nowhere is to be found in descriptions that the rooms in the old Palace part have NO ELEVATORS !!! I am 83 years old! My room was booked there, ( 2 winding stone staircases up!😞) so we had problem in finding same type {King Size Suite) in the more modern part! In the end a similar type was found for 2 nights (we booked 4) and no guarantee that we could stay in the room for the whole duration Fortunately it turned out we could stay the 4 nights! We were not informed about this and after 2 nights we were faced with a room with a lock that was blocked! Bad communication with the reservation dept.? That is my only critical observation! We would certainly recommend this lovely and well located property!

Location is excellent. The hotel is in the old town next to the river. The staff are very nice and the food is good although the menus is limited. The room was nice and very clean. The courtyard is really lovely for drinks and dinner in the evening.

Small things. No shelves in the bathroom. We had our wash bags on the floor while we got ready. There were drinks in the fridge and no bottle opener. We asked twice still nothing. Asked for soya milk twice - nobody came. Went down to dining room and collected some ourselves. Small things that could make a good hotel excellent.

We had an amazing 3 nights stay at The Mozart Prague. The location is PERFECT, walking distance to everything you would like to see in Prague such as Charles bridge & Old Town. The staff are super nice and very helpful. We stayed at the beautiful Full Fresco Baroque King Room, which is by far the most interesting/artistic hotel room we've ever been to. We really enjoyed it all. One comment, the food of the room service could be improved. Thank you

Everything about the hotel was amazing. The location is perfect!!! Walking distance to all you need to see in Prague. Breakfast is incredible and i cannot commend more the STAFF. Me and my husband love to travel and the staff at the MOZART is one of the most welcoming bunch we have ever met, even the night staff smiles everytime they meet guests. I had a massage at the hotel spa and it was so good that I had the best sleep for a very long time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Beautiful hotel. We were in a gorgeous room overlooking the river. The food was lovely, we ate breakfast at the hotel. The staff were friendly. Location is great, on the river, right near the Charles Bridge. We walked everywhere in Prague.

The sauna was a bit random. A walk away and I didn't want to walk through the hotel and across a courtyard in my robe to get there.

Good hotel very close to Charles Bridge and with views of the river from the front rooms. Excellent breakfast. Easy walking distance to most of the sights. Very pleasant and helpful staff, especially Allan the Concierge who went out of his way to suggest things for us to do and recommended very good and reasonably priced places for lunch and dinner.

We stayed in the suite 320 for two nights - it’s a beautiful rustic suite but you do have to go two floors up to reach it. The room is located in the back courtyard and is quiet - you neither hear the street noise nor other guests. The mini fridge had various sodas and water that was included in the hotel room price. Nice touch! The location of the hotel is superb! 3 min walk to the Charles Bridge, 15 min walk to Lesser Town, 10 min to the Town square. We took Uber from the airport, cost was about 500 CZK + tip. It took about 30 min. Staff are friendly and check-in and check-out was fast. We definitely recommended this beautiful hotel if you want to be close to the old town and Charles Bridge.
