nice small hotel in the very center. Location is perfect. It is on a quiet street, we had no problem at all with the external noise. Breakfast is much better than typical European breakfast. Better variety and excellent cakes and coffee. Stuff is friendly and helpful. I forgot something in the room, they were kind enough to mail it to me (for a postal fee).

the internal walls and room doors seems to be thin and not soundproof. We had a bunch of drunk German teenagers in the room next to us, and can here everything they do in the room and their screams in the hallway.

The hotel is wonderful. The room is quite small but perfectly comfortable for a sightseeing trip. Excellent breakfast! Great location in the city center.

There was one small detail that I didn't like: the bed was covered with a protective mattress cover under the sheets, which crinkled like regular plastic, similar to a hospital bed. :) It seems there are now more modern mattress covers that don’t make noise and don’t cause discomfort while sleeping.

We had an excellent stay in Prague. Location wise, It's in the heart of the city. Great to Roam around and the staff are very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, Lots of variety to choose. The Rooms are very clean. We really had a Great time staying in this Hotel. Can recommend.

All is Great

Hotel was great but got hit in the head by a massive dripping dildo attached to somebodies door - see pic.

The hotel was spotless. Great to have a hospitality tray in the room (not all hotels on mainland Europe have one).

There was no shower mat in the room. The shower base is slippy and we had to put a hand towel down so that we didn't slip. YOU NEED TO LOOK INTO THIS! We were surprised that there was no policy re re-using towels; on a short stay, guests don't need fresh towels every day! Let guests know that towels only need to be changed if they are put into the shower. There is no mirror in the room! There is only the mirror in the bathroom above the sink. Does the water in the lobby need to be flavoured? It really tastes odd! It actually made my wife feel a bit sick. Why don't you just put regular water in the lobby? - everyone can drink that.

Location, fantastic breakfast, very comfy bed, clean.

Noise. We stayed over a weekend and slept with the windows open. The street noise from party goers apparently from neighbouring bars late at night was unbelievable. The last night we slept with the windows closed. The girls at the front desk were not the friendliest. However the breakfast staff were lovely.

The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay more pleasant. When started raining they provide to us a big comfortable umbrella.

However, there wasn't always hot water in the bathroom, and I only had a hot shower once in two nights. Additionally, the garage was full, so we had to use another hotel's garage for our car.

Location was great. 10 minute walk to the old town square, river and Wenceslas Square. Breakfast was good and staff were very pleasant. Room was made up every morning.

I loved the room's facilities, the rich and delicious buffet breakfast and the perfect location of the hotel next to all the important city's attractions.I also appreciated the professionalism of the hotel's staff.
