It is very clean. Staff were friendly. Convenient location. All were within walking distance. Even surrounded by a lot of places to eat. Air conditioning was good.

Its proximity to the tram rail. Can hear the noise all night. Although it didn’t bother us much as we were too tired with lots of walking. Had difficulty finding it as the entrance was inside a shop building. there were no signage from outside. The entrance of the property is not very welcoming. Our room is very basic. No source of drinking water. Has to buy from reception or from the shops below.

1) The location is a HUGE advantage. 2) Overall, the price-to-quality ratio is great. 3) It was easy to find the hotel because they'd send us pictures of how to get there before our arrival. 4) Friendly front desk staff Even though the outside traffic noise wasn't that bad for us at all, keep in mind it may affect your stay if you're sensitive to noises. If this is the case, consider booking a room without windows or with windows facing the courtyard.

1) During our 4 night stay, the housekeeper entered our room only once (on the 2nd day) to replace the towels and empty the trash cans, even though we hung the 'Please Clean My Room' sign every time we left the room and even when we were in sometimes. 2) There were no slippers. 3) At first glance, the bed sheets were clean but then we noticed a couple of blood stains on them.

Really nice hotel and great value for money. Super central and safe location. 24h front desk and lovely basic room with everything you would need. Extremely clean room and bathroom. Nice little foyer to sit in while waiting for uber and front desk let us leave our luggage with them. Bed was very big and comfy with smart TV and plenty of plug sockets in room. Also room service came to clean and give us fresh towels for only a 3 night stay.

The only minor thing I would say is there was only one pillow which was a bit uncomfortable but to be fair we probably could have asked for another at the desk.

Friendly staff and in a super location, less than 6 minutes by foot to the Old City Center (while snowing) and only 4 minutes from Václavské nám. The room did not have windows, we booked it that way, making it warm, especially on nights when it goes -10 or -12 like when we were there. Unfortunately, when you leave heaters for part of the night, keep in mind that you need to find a way to add humidity. The staff was helpful during our checkout, something I cannot say about most Czechs working in service jobs. Thank you, guys.

Noisy neighbors moving furniture and shouting while on the staircase. Moreover, our room was above the Rock Club, we could hear the music. For us, that love rock music, it was ok, but other people, might not find it as much interesting (I need to say that the noise was not so loud, you could get just the sense of it)

Perfectly located in the center of Prague, within walking distance of most of the city's attractions. The area is very charming. The hotel is close to the Máj shopping center, a large Tesco. Many shops and restaurants were also open at night. The room was comfortable and very clean, with nice new furniture. We booked a room without a window, it was very quiet and perfectly suited to the purpose. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would love to return here next time we visit Prague, we recommend this hotel, very good value for money. Thanks for everything!

For longer stays, it would be nice to have a small fridge in the room, but no other problems. It’s a very good place.

The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to all the tourist attractions. The hotel is clean, and the receptionists are very friendly. The room is a decent size, and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is a bit small, but the shower is quite spacious. We opted for the room with a window overlooking an interior patio in the gallery, which lacks a view of the outside.

The bedding is sparse; you're given two fairly warm single bedspreads, with no option for a lighter one. The ramp leading to the rooms is too steep, which always gives you a negative impression.

Excellent location amongst the hustle and bustle. A short walk to the old town square and some of Prague's main attractions. The staff were friendly and super helpful. My bag was lost on the way to Prague and they made sure to keep me updated on the whereabouts of my case and let me know immediately once it had arrived at the hotel. The room was comfortable and cosy, shower was nice and hot. Nice and quiet with the room facing the inner courtyard area (not any sort of view as such, but at least it was quiet due to this, seeing as the front facing street is quite busy,l

Not SUPER EASY to find at first, but you just need to go into the front doors to the small "mall" a few doors down to the left from KFC and the reception is just upstairs one floor from there (sign is clear to see through the window). Room a little bit on the small size for the doubles, but more than enough for what we needed it for. Would have been nice to have had some more substantial shower gels/shampoos etc, but that is more a comment than a criticism. Everything was brilliant overall.

Excellent location, almost everything is at walking distance. There is a shopping mall nearby with a food court which was every convenient for us. Hotel staff is very friendly, specially "Areeb" (I hope I spelled the name right) for being very kind and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean, since rooms where facing the streets it can be noisy but this was expected given the hot location.

Location, Location. Narodni Stay is located in the central part of the old town where there are plenty of shops and International cuisines like Basak Korean food, Ice cream and bubbles teas, KFC, Czech famous kneadlin potato dough, Jazz Clubs , Thai massage and many more. The air condition was great too.

If you enjoy a cup of tea all the time, just to let you know there's no kettle, no fridge in the room but you can buy hot drinks at the reception area but It' 's a bit of a walk depending on your room location.
