Location of apartment is great - in walk distance of city sights and nearby the shopping area! Host has booked parking lot per our request, that's also helps. During the booking time, host has answered all our questions and this is much appreciated. By the time of arrival we could not find the location of our parking lot and host has assisted us via phone and guided the direction of the parking. The apartment is small but nice, located in the old building but renovated in a modern style. It has 2 toilets what is very convenient when you are travelling with 2 kids :) Thus, we enjoyed our stay in this apartment that is surrounded with Christmas fairs!

1. There is an elevator but very small and our stroller didn't fit there; however, we were able to leave it on zero floor near the elevator in the general corridor with lockable from outside door. 2. On the first our night of stay (Thursday, 21 Dec), there was a music playing very close till 5am. Good thing we were very tired from long walking and slept deeply despite it. Another 2 nights were silent tho. 3. I was lacking a floor mop (travelling with kids, it's impossible to avoid any liquid spilt on the floor) but for someone it might be irrelevant :)

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—within walking distance of all major attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The apartment itself was stylishly decorated, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch stay in the area!

The apartment is near by popular turism objects. Also was clean and nice.

Not very easy to found main enterance, because there is tree hauses together in the information photo :( The enter code was worked only on fourth time. We stayed in november and in apartment was a little bit cold. Also in the mornings shower water was cold. Better go shower only in the evenings :D Internet with free wifi is veeerrry slow, because all hause is on the one wifi password. And a lift was wery loud! We wanted to change our apparment to smaller (hoping there will be warmer (because here all five floor hause is with this booking apartments)), but we didn’t get answers all the time we spend in Prague (4days). :(

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect - walking distance to Wenceslas Square, Old Town Square, the Charles Bridge, and the train station. I barely ever had to use public transportation while in Prague. The neighborhood itself was lovely - safe to walk around, filled with shops and near major walking streets. The room was just lovely, clean, efficiently designed, and with some nice quirky design touches that I appreciated. I had no face to face or even voice to voice contact with the staff of the apartment. And I have to say, I didn't need it. I had some concerns with the all web, all-online communications but their system worked flawlessly and I have no complaints. I have no immediate plans to return to Prague in the near future but if I ever do I would definitely check prices for this apartment first before looking for another place.

There was an app that you supposedly could load onto your phone so you could use your phone to tap and unlock doors but it never worked for me. But I memorised the code for getting in and out and that worked so well so I didn't try that hard to get the app to work.

The location right in the city center is really great! The metro is easily accessible on foot. The apartment is well equipped for making quick meals.

Apartment on the 6th floor but the elevator is not very good quality, it looks like a construction elevator and it could break down at any time. Price may be a little expensive for the size of the apartment.

Good location and just a short walk to the Old Town Hall.

Sound insulation could be better. I could clearly hear people walking up and down the stairs. It was not easy to find the door to the building.

The position is strategic. In the heart of the old city, everything is very close; from the sights to metro etc. Warm, comfortable with all the necessary things for a pleasant stay. I also liked the keyless entry as I didn't have to think about also the key to the apartment.

The only inconvenience was born because of lack of reception as we needed to leave our luggage for a small time. The property provided though some links but the nearby places were full or removed and not updated, so we lost a couple of hours for a further research.

We stayed only one night, but everything was absolutely perfect! The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed — a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, and even a microwave. It's incredibly stylish and located right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient for exploring. Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again!

It had a great location, walking distance of some big landmarks. Really modern studio, with nice furnishings. Bathroom was a good size as well. Toiletries, towels and a hairdryer provided.

The building lift was quite noisy. You could hear it everytime someone used it, as it shuddered through the walls. You got over it eventually; but was aware of the noise the entire stay.

It has all the facilities that you would need and it is in a prime location.

We were in a studio that faced the elevator, and unfortunately it was very noisy as we could hear the elevator going up and down throughout the night. In addition to noise from the elevator, we could also easily hear the people from the accommodation directly above us talking. With both, I can imagine this being quite an issue for any light-sleepers. It would be a good idea to invest in soundproofing the studio space for a more comfortable stay for future guests.
