Staff were incredible. Nothing too much trouble. Made to feel welcome. Perfect location. Didnt need a single Taxi. Lovely Breakfast. Beautiful enclosed courtyard, and a secret hide away chill out lounge at the top of the spiral stair case!. Rooms are HUGE!!!! We had a sofa and sitting area off of our double room, a super king bed, and 2 bathrooms! Room no. 6, and this was just a standard double, I think. So much character in the building, the host, and the rest of the staff. It wont be too long before I book again!

Nothing for the price point. it out performed everyone of my expectations, and I'm particular for sure. SUPER quiet room as well, apart from city noise with the window open. We didn't hear a peep from other guests. Sound proofing must be very good.

Every corner is designed with such taste and creativity – it’s like staying in a retro boutique dream. The staff? Incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. You immediately feel at home. Tbe breakfast is fresh, varied, and served in an incredible nice and stylish patio or room. There’s even a cozy little cinema room and a beautifully designed bar, perfect for winding down after a day in the city. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of Prague, yet it’s completely quiet. You’re steps away from everything, but it still feels like a hidden sanctuary. Honestly, even if you had no plans to visit Prague, this hotel alone is worth the trip. A true highlight – I’ll definitely be coming back!

We loved the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff: the customer service is excellent. The decoration is so well done, and one can tell that every little detail has been carefully taken care of. Excellent breakfast in an ideal setting The location is just perfect as in a quiet street but close to everything and within walking distance of the main sights and Landmarks. We like everything! The fridge was not working, but it can happen and was a minor issue as we, the staff, provided a bucket with ice to cool the water.

The hotel is located in historical building, just couple of minutes from Wenceslas Square and Old Town Square. We have been welcomed by the hotel owner Chris, who is an amazing host and who takes great care of the hotel and his guests. We have been provided with welcome drinks at the small cafe, which is right next to the reception and ended up talking to Chris for some time, which we really enjoyed. The design of the hotel is beautiful, mixture of old and new, very nicely done! The room had everything we needed, we slept very well. Breakfast was served in cute breakfast room with access to the inner courtyard open terrace. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to choose from. Shout out to David, who was cooking/serving breakfast and at the same time operating the reception. Very funny and friendly guy. It was dreamy stay! Thank you, we will be back soon!

Our second stay at Nana Macs. Would we stay anywhere else in Prague? Simple answer is 'NO'. Nana Macs is just perfect, our suite room was absolutely wonderful. A great size, perfectly clean with a nice bathroom. Breakfast is superb. And we loved the new bar area too. This property is super stylish, the city centre location is just ideal. And the atmosphere inside is just wonderful. David, Chris, Ivana - are some of the most charismatic people you are ever likely to meet in hospitality. Thank you and see you all soon!

Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—just steps from everything, yet still quiet and convenient. The room was clean, cozy, and well-designed, making it a great place to unwind. The absolute highlight, though, was the staff—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. Their hospitality really made the experience feel special. Also, thanks so much for the warm welcome message on the mirror in the room. It was deeply personalized and truly touched my heart. A big thanks for the thoughtful breakfast box prepared for my early departure—it was such a kind and attentive touch that made my morning so much easier.

Everything! We had a very warm welcome from Chris, who really went the extra mile. The room was beautiful and comfy, with some lovely touches like a posh coffee machine and towelling robes. Breakfast was immense and an entertaining experience with the fabulous David. We loved all the banter, being served eggs to 'Abracadabra' was a personal highlight! The welcome drink in the speakeasy style bar was much appreciated too. The location was fantastic, in the centre but just that little bit away from the hustle and bustle so we got a great night's sleep. Everything was in walking distance. We want to come back just to hang out with Chris and David again! Thank you.

Nothing I didn't like.

Everything was perfect. The staff is super kind and nice; they waited for us after the check in time due to our delayed flight and they prepared us a breakfast for our trip back home (we departed from the hotel at 5 in the morning). In general, they have been very very nice, loved the morning talks with David; great atmosphere in the breakfast area. The structure is amazing, the style of the building is very nice, the decoration is welcoming as well as the Christmas decorations. The room is stunning, very clean, beautiful and big, everything super comfortable (from the bed to the temperature of the room and the bathroom). The location is right in the center of Prague, you can find everything nearby (restaurants, center, museums, parks, supermarkets etc.). To sum up, this hotel is definitely the best I have ever been in.

By far the best stay we’ve had in Prague! Everything was simply amazing, from the warm and welcoming check-in, to the beautifully designed room full of charming details, to the spotless cleanliness throughout the entire property. The breakfast was another highlight: generous, varied, and absolutely delicious. Special shoutout to David, the friendly and helpful host during breakfast, his energy and kindness truly made our mornings memorable. One thing is certain: we no longer have to wonder where to stay when we come to Prague. Nana Macs is our go-to from now on.
