The self-contained, code-access, split level studio apartment with balcony, high ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows was clean and tastefully decorated with a bright and modern look. It had everything one might need, including clever storage/wardrobe space (two sections under the stairs! :-)). I liked the (mainly quiet) location, in a courtyard-like area, just off the busy touristy trail of Wenceslas Square. Most places were within walking distance with the nearest trams, metro system (Mustek stop) and metro-based supermarket being very close by.

The apartment was very warm due to good weather. Although there was no air-conditioning facility, a standing fan was readily available for use. The shared balcony is situated above a restaurant and a smoking area so it could be a little noisy at times, and cigarette (and weed) smoke would sometimes waft up into the apartment - both outside the owner's control. Telephone support was responsive and helpful Note however that practical support is available between 9am and 9pm so if you need, say, batteries for the remote control outside these hours, you'll have to wait until the morning - or buy your own.

Clean, bright, good rooms. Very good location. Quiet.

The requirement to send high quality photos of our passport to them was something we were not happy about. We were also asked to provide all our full names and addresses and dates of birth. This seemed like overkill. The passport photo requirement is dangerous: showing them the passport was not an option. The apartment needs some maintenance: the door handles on the two glass doors did not really work. The hand towel for the toilet was missing. Communication about which flat to go to could have been clearer (it is never sent to you: you must click on a link to the virtual key to see it). The Nespresso machine leaks. The water pressure in the kitchen is not good. The flat entrance door appears to have been forced.

No 43 is a lovely clean, spacious (huge), excellently furnished and stocked apartment at the top of the building. Accessing the apartment, there is a lift to the 3rd floor, then one flight of stairs to the apartment. The apartment itself is split over two levels with a double bedroom, bathroom, living area and kitchen on the ground floor, then upstairs to a separate double en-suite bedroom. Wonderful location just on Wenceslas Square, opposite Primark, so ideally located for just about everything. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very highly recommended 5🌟

Smell of cigarette smoke evident. Not an issue, just unusual to us, as the UK seems to be virtually smoke free these days, but smoking is still commonplace in Europe.

The unit is spacious, clean, 2 comfortable big beds. The location was also great and everything was walking distance.

I didn't like the fact that the bathroom and shower were completely divided by a wall and two separate doors. If you go to the bathroom and want to use the shower, then you have to walk out into the hallway and then go to the next door, which is the shower room area. I also was bothered by how the unit smart lock couldn't be opened by the key app on my phone while the building gate was okay to open by the app. It was a hassle punching the 7 or 8 digits code to open the unit with no lights on near the unit door.

The sound proofing was very bad. I could hear a couple upstairs partying for most of the night. The one table in the sitting area is tiny and impossible to work from especially if using it to eat from as well. No washing machine, Once I was checked in, the owners did not reply at all to several questions concerning nearby laundry services.

Although there is no reception in the place but there is security man who treated us badly even with the people come to rent , it seems that he is raises and don’t like the arab people . He didn’t allow us to enter our car inside only to put our luggages near to door and it was difficult to us and he was shouting to us and in-fact he allow the other to put their car inside . And also when asked him about the name of the place to know if we arrived to correct building he keeping answer i don’t know and ignoring us and he didn’t want to answer single word . Although he is not the receptionist but he present the place .. Also there is no A/C in the apartment and it was very hot in the apartment

Apartments themselves are really cool for the price. Clean and was very quiet despite it's location on one of the loudest streets. One day the was a bikers fist and we thought that a hard night awaits us, but inside it was absolutely quiet.

Stuff was absolutely robotic. They send us only what they had to sent - pass for the doors. We requested taxi from the airport, asked multiple questions to clarify some things, but got zero answers. To be honest I was not entirely sure that my reservation was waiting until we arrived to the place which is very frustrating.

We stayed in the luxury 3 bedroom apartment. We were a group of 7 people, and the apartment was perfect. The beds were big and comfortable. The sofa bed was also big and comfortable. There was one shower with a toilet and then one extra toilet, which was very handy with a group of 7 people (and ventilation in both, which is pretty rare). There is also airco. We didn't need it, but it's good to know it's there. And being able to check in with just a code is REALLY handy. The location is also great, right next to the old town. We will definitely go there again.

The only thing was that there were no coffee cups, so we just bought our own. But that's a small criticism.

Loved this stay! Huge room, super comfy bed, great shower. Good amount of kitchen utensils. Couch and tv worked well. Great location. 10min walk to main station, 10mins to old town. Supermarket and heads of takeaway food options nearby. Loved this stay!

No baggage storage available (they recommended one but it’s pretty expensive. Cheaper to store them at the train station). There are some big cobblestones on the way to the enterance (like all of Europe) but just to be aware for elderly/mobile challenged people. We had to sort of lift our bags over the cobblestones.

Apartement is great located, in walking distance from main train station, from few metro stations, not far from Charles Bridge, Lucerna Prague orloj...etc. Apt. is good equiped for 4 pers. ( max 6 - in this situation is 1 bathroom definitely not enough) , only small details are missing ( extra toilet paper, few nespresso capsules for begining...). Apt. has no A/C, there are 2 fans ( one in each bedroom ). Beds are comfortable. In one bedroom there is no wardrobe. But in general, ina the case of coming back to Prague, we certainly come back.

Because of the summer and open windows sometimes is really noisy during the night ( 2 from 3 night we hear noise from yard or from building and elevator - people leaving early, or comming from pubs around 4.00-05.00 a.m. ).
