I must say the cleaning lady is fantastic. The kitchenette and the bathroom are spotless. I also like the space which is more than big enough for a family of four.

A couple of things: First, the toilet seat is too high which only made for two feet tall people. Second, the apartment is at the fourth floor, so when there is a problem with the elevator, you have to walk four stairs, and as at the top floor, it could be quite hot at night in summer. Other things to improve could be add more cushions on the sofa, a larger TV, provide hair conditioners as well, and addition of a clothes washer would be another big bonus to long stay users.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The ground floor had a bedroom, bathroom with shower, lounge and kitchen area. Then there were stairs within the lounge area which led up to another bedroom. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had a full size fridge freezer, the air con was great as it was very hot when we stayed. The sofa bed in the lounge was a really good size. All very clean. The location is great, around a 10 minute walk to the Astronomical Clock and around 20 minutes to the river. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Paul’s is excellent for breakfast and only a minute away. We walked everywhere during our stay as the location was so good. The information provided with regards to how to get to the apartment was very helpful and we had no problems getting in. We used a luggage storage place on the last day which was suggested on our welcome email and was only a few minutes walk away.

Just a few minor things that would have made the stay more comfortable: •The towels provided were hand towel size so not ideal for after a shower. •One of the bedroom windows didn’t open (although we had aircon) and the blind wouldn’t go down fully. •There was no extra bedding provided for the sofa bed. We took a pillow and duvet from one of the other beds but didn’t have a sheet other than the plastic waterproof one. •A hairdryer would have been a nice touch. •There is no lock on the bathroom door and it’s an opaque glass. Didn’t bother us but maybe something to be aware of.

I stayed in this room and was truly impressed! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring the city. Although it's located in a very central area of Prague, the room was surprisingly quiet, which made the stay even more pleasant. It was located in Building B and had a lovely balcony, which was a great bonus. The location was excellent, with all major sights, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. Plus, the metro station was right next door, which made getting around even easier. I would highly recommend it and would definitely choose it again for my next trip to Prague!

The requirement to send high quality photos of our passport to them was something we were not happy about. We were also asked to provide all our full names and addresses and dates of birth. This seemed like overkill. The passport photo requirement is dangerous: showing them the passport was not an option. The apartment needs some maintenance: the door handles on the two glass doors did not really work. The hand towel for the toilet was missing. Communication about which flat to go to could have been clearer (it is never sent to you: you must click on a link to the virtual key to see it). The Nespresso machine leaks. The water pressure in the kitchen is not good. The flat entrance door appears to have been forced.

The self-contained, code-access, split level studio apartment with balcony, high ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows was clean and tastefully decorated with a bright and modern look. It had everything one might need, including clever storage/wardrobe space (two sections under the stairs! :-)). I liked the (mainly quiet) location, in a courtyard-like area, just off the busy touristy trail of Wenceslas Square. Most places were within walking distance with the nearest trams, metro system (Mustek stop) and metro-based supermarket being very close by.

The apartment was very warm due to good weather. Although there was no air-conditioning facility, a standing fan was readily available for use. The shared balcony is situated above a restaurant and a smoking area so it could be a little noisy at times, and cigarette (and weed) smoke would sometimes waft up into the apartment - both outside the owner's control. Telephone support was responsive and helpful Note however that practical support is available between 9am and 9pm so if you need, say, batteries for the remote control outside these hours, you'll have to wait until the morning - or buy your own.

No 43 is a lovely clean, spacious (huge), excellently furnished and stocked apartment at the top of the building. Accessing the apartment, there is a lift to the 3rd floor, then one flight of stairs to the apartment. The apartment itself is split over two levels with a double bedroom, bathroom, living area and kitchen on the ground floor, then upstairs to a separate double en-suite bedroom. Wonderful location just on Wenceslas Square, opposite Primark, so ideally located for just about everything. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very highly recommended 5🌟

Smell of cigarette smoke evident. Not an issue, just unusual to us, as the UK seems to be virtually smoke free these days, but smoking is still commonplace in Europe.

Everything was great, ideal for a family with children or friends, the price/quality ratio was amazing

access to the building - I don't consider this access method to be completely secure, it would require something along the lines of two-factor authentication there was no air conditioning - the day we were there the weather wasn't that warm, but I can't really imagine it being there in the summer with high temperatures there was no washing machine and dryer - for a stay longer than a few days(more then 2-3 day), this could be a problem

The unit is spacious, clean, 2 comfortable big beds. The location was also great and everything was walking distance.

I didn't like the fact that the bathroom and shower were completely divided by a wall and two separate doors. If you go to the bathroom and want to use the shower, then you have to walk out into the hallway and then go to the next door, which is the shower room area. I also was bothered by how the unit smart lock couldn't be opened by the key app on my phone while the building gate was okay to open by the app. It was a hassle punching the 7 or 8 digits code to open the unit with no lights on near the unit door.

The sound proofing was very bad. I could hear a couple upstairs partying for most of the night. The one table in the sitting area is tiny and impossible to work from especially if using it to eat from as well. No washing machine, Once I was checked in, the owners did not reply at all to several questions concerning nearby laundry services.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience staying at this apartament. Everything was excellent from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The location is perfect: just a short walk from the main train station and also close to all the major attractions in Prague. Whether you're traveling with family, as a couple, or even solo, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague
