The location is perfect. Bath instead of a shower can be good if you like this kind of relax. Big bottles of soap, shiwer gel, shampoo, conditioner - I don't like tiny bottles in a hotel. Very helpful personnel, if we stay for another day, I'm sure personel would help us with the climat control issue. Breakfast is not diverce, but tasty and because it's in a neighbor restaurant there is plenty of room for guests. Really big table and comfortable chair. Nice beds, not too soft.

Ceiling in a room on the fourth floor is sloping, we hit heads a few times. Electricity schema is strange: a lack of a socket by one bad, but a socket on the out wall that you can only duck to; double switchers, but you can't turn the lites partially. We had an issue with climat control. I lowered the fan power for the night, put it up in the morning, but it didn't increased the power, so the room was warm in the evening.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They always had a smile on their faces and provided useful information about the local area. They gave advice on how to save money with local attractions. The location of the hotel was amazing for getting around the city, some really nice bars around. Sound proofing of the windows was a bonus as the street below was noisy when the window was open. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

The air-conditioning in the room didn't work so we were hot and because the street was noisy we couldn't have the window open.

The hotel is at a very nice location - close to everything that you need basically. The staff was incredible, super helpful and gave ua some great tips about places to visit. They also were kind enough to give us a nicer room since we had some troubles with parking. They will give you a discount code for mr parkit if you need it. The room itself was very nice, the staff also lent us an umbrella for one of the days since it was raining. The breakfast was good as well. Overall, nice place, great location, great staff and a comfy bed. :)

My one thing - the bathtub had hair in it before we used it, so it was probably not cleaned well from the previous guests, though it looked clean otherwise. Also, it seems like the pillows generally used in hospitality in Czech are veeeery soft (your head just sinks in the pillow type of soft), which is not everybody’s jam, but you can always ask for another pillow from the reception.

A value-for-money choice in a very central location of the city. You can walk everywhere in the center of Prague. Quite clean with very comfortable mattresses. The reception was very helpful and polite. The breakfast was nothing special, but it had the essentials and was complete. We will definitely choose it again on our next visit. Special thanks to Mr. John at the reception, who helped us with a complete guide to the city and told us about all the must-see attractions. I guess you can never go wrong with Greek hospitality.

- Lobby staff are excellent, great customer service - We landed at 9am and our room was ready 6 hours early which was a life saver - Breakfast was great and felt luxury - Room was big and slippers provided. There was also a fridge which was great. Netflix on the TV too! - Great location - 15 min walk max to everything!

- One flaw, and that was on one of the mornings, we had the ‘do not disturb’ sign on our door, but had a knock and a man came in to check the heating was working. This was strange as we didn’t want to be disturbed but he apologised at the time.

The Icon is in a great walking location to all central attractions. It is on a quiet street. They need to change their name - there is NO LOUNGE at all. The chairs in the picture are the chairs at check-in. There is nowhere to sit and have a drink etc. When I asked he said they got rid of the lounge years ago. Would recommend staying due to location

I was there when it was quite hot but my room A/C was not working. The night person made it worse by putting heat/fan on. The next day the other person gave me a fan. I know that Europe isn't designed for heat waves but my A/C definitely was not working even though they said it was at 21 degrees. I was sweating like crazy.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days. From the very beginning I would like to note its high level: • good cosmetics ("Rituals" brand); • excellent breakfasts, where the range of dishes is constantly replenished until the end of breakfasts, everything is always in stock; • excellent, comfortable pillows; • cleanliness. During my stay at the hotel, an extraordinary situation happened: I left my car in the municipal parking lot opposite the hotel (parking cost EUR 23.50) and at night my car's license plate numbers were stolen in this parking lot. I would like to thank the hotel manager, Valeria, who immediately reacted to this situation. She called the police, helped me throughout this entire situation both as a translator and as a psychologist :) I also want to thank the hotel employee, Janis, who helped me to put new license plate numbers on my car. The hotel and its employees have really proven themselves from the best side. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The reception staff was very helpful and even upgraded us to a deluxe room. The facilities in the room were complete even with a smart tv with Netflix. The breakfast was great with special omelette and crepes by request.

The air con is a gripe. It takes a long time to cool down the room making it quite uncomfortable on hotter days. The conditions of the room is also a little run down. May need some touch up or upgrading.

The hotel has an amazing location. The staff is very friendly and kind. The continental breakfast was good, full of options like: juices, fruits, yogurts, pastries, charcuterie and you can order omelette or any type of eggs you want. The bedroom was spacious, very comfortable, clean and the air-conditioning left our room fresh during our stay. The fridge inside the bedroom was a plus because the city was very warm.

Comfortable room with enough space. Breakfast was good. Helpful staff. Walkable from train station, but be careful if you have much luggage, due to hill and cobblestones. Public transit is free for seniors, and connections are close.

A little far from attractions if you have mobility issues. Public transit is a little hard to decipher. Hotel had a problem with AC malfunction, but provided us with an acceptable alternative.
