Excellent hotel and very good value for money. Stayed in a Superior room and lots of space for our 5 night stay. Bed was firm and very comfortable. Bathroom modern and spotless. Shower over bath may not be everyone’s preference but this seems to be very common in Prague hotels generally. However water pressure was excellent with constant hot water so no complaints from us. Breakfast had a wide selection of items both hot and cold and for those who wanted it there was a choice of ice creams and sorbets too! Location was excellent on a quieter street just off Wenceslas Square. We walked everywhere even to the castle and didn’t need public transport at any time during our stay in Prague. Staff were always very pleasant and helpful.

We loved everything and had no complaints at all.

The room and bathroom are big enough. Beds are confortable. The hotel location is great, it is within walking distance to both old and new cities. We were satisfied with breakfast. Everywhere is clean at the hotel. We can stay this hotel again. The places of the electric socket in the room are not good and the quantity is not enough. There are 1 on the wall and 2 on the work table, not near the nightstands. I requested receptionist for check out at 12:00, but he didn't let us late check out for even 1 hour.

The hotel is located in the center of Prague. The breakfast was great. The staff is very friendly with very good English, they were very polite and helpful. In addition to the lobby you can wait or spend time on the rooftop.

The sink in the bathroom was too small, and the bath could be a bit more comfortable. The room could be a bit more cleaner but all in all it was ok. The air conditioner works very strange and we couldn't turn it on. Not a problem just a note, if you're traveling with large bags and not getting to the hotel by car, the closest metro station is about 10 min walk on "rocky" road.

Everything was great! We arrived really early the 1st morning, but our room was ready so we could enter our room and then have breakfast. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I have experienced; well furnished until the end, with fresh vegetable and fruit, tasty bread, good coffee, eggs and bacon... We spent the weekend to celebrate my best friend's birthday, so on that morning the staff brought us a bottle of prosecco with compliments of the hotel! The hotel has a small spa that you can privatize, great value for money and so relaxing! They also propose massages, we had some and they were very good and professional. Our room was really pretty and beds are extra comfortable. We had a beautiful view from our balcony - and by the way I think we were upgraded to that room because when booking the hotel I saw those balcony rooms but they were more expensive. Friendly and prompt service from the reception desk, and the nicest lady called Gisela. Thank you very much! I will certainly book this hotel again if traveling to Prague!

All was OK!

The hotel was comfortable and the staff were excellent. We hadn't expected such a good spa as well. It was a wonderful get-away for Valentine's Day. The breakfast was also comprehensive; it had everything we would have wanted and it filled us up nicely for the day. The location couldn't have been better either, especially for the price. A couple minutes' walk separated us from Wenceslas Square, the main square in front of the Museum. The hotel is also well-connected by public transport. Across the way there is a relatively cheap mini mart (a blessing considering so many others are extortionate). We would certainly stay here again.

I found the bed a little hard, not that it prevented me from sleeping. There are also no plugs by the bed, at least in our room. The floors are carpeted and some old stains were discernable, which is why linoleum or wood feels more hygienic. But these really are small things. For a weekend get-away, it probably doesn't even matter.

All staff were incredibly friendly and helped point us in right directions to check out local attractions. Staff also remembered it was my birthday and gave me a bottle of bubbly with continental breakfast which was greatly appreciated! Hotel is located in a great place, very close to main town and few good bars on the same road as hotel. Also has a balcony on 7th floor for any guest to use, with nice sights across town into the hills.

Bed may be a little firm for some peoples liking, I didn't mind it though.

The location is great and the staff was very accommodating! We were able to get two rooms next to each other and as we were traveling with a baby they were able to accommodate all our needs from a cot in the room to high chairs in the breakfast

The curtains weren’t as blackout as we’d like but still totally fine. There was an issue with the airport shuttle forgetting to bring the baby seat for the ride from hotel to the airport, but we were refunded so in a way nice, but still was not ideal

it was lovely the bed super comfy with many pillows they changed bedsheets and towels every single day the view was amazing perfect spot close to everything old and new town the breakfast had many options for every taste all delicious and they also made me a special cake because they saw it was my birthday a gesture that shows how welcoming they are and with great attention to detail also the room was warm and the price very reasonable a true vfm

there was nothing that i did not like if i ever visit Prague again amarilis is my place to go

We highly recommend the hotel for a stay in Prague and sightseeing. Perfect location. Very nice service. Good breakfasts. You can find a place to park your car on the street in front of the hotel - you just need to provide your car registration number at the reception and pay for the parking. This is much better than parking your car in a parking lot outside the city.

One note: the hotel has 1 parking space in the garage - beware of large cars such as combi or SUV, it will not fit and the car lift is very narrow only for tiny cars.

The room was great, nice and big and very clean. the staff was nice and welcoming. the breakfast was very good. The room was cleaned every day. The roof top has very nice view and great to watch the sunset. quiet street away from the noisy center

the hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the main attractions. I though it was more in the center .
