It was a very wonderful stay, the hotel is clean and in a quiet area, close to most tourist attractions, 10 to 15 minutes walk, the reception staff are very professional and respectful of the guest, the breakfast is excellent, the room cleaning is excellent, I spent three beautiful days, thank you very much

We were living at this beautiful hotel for three days and from the first minutes we were impressed with the service. We would especially like to thank Yana and Radek for their professionalism and kindness during check-in.

Hotel staff Rade, Vera and Yana took excellent care. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Prague. These guys know how to make the customer happy. Thank you Rade, Vera and Yana :)

We enjoyed the room, enough space for 3 to breath :) Location is great as it avoids the very downtown noise. We felt safe at night, walking distance from km 0. We found some good restaurants in proximity, which gives room for long wandering. Reservation in advance for dinner is recommended. Breakfast was great with plenty of options for vegetarians as well.

Although it is obvious that a lot has been invested in the hotel, the soundproofing is poor. The walls are extremely thin (drywall) and you have the feeling that the neighbors are in your room. Especially if they are watching TV, listening to music or talking. It's the same with those who are in the rooms above you and you always hear them when they walk. We stayed in the hotel for three nights and slept very badly because of that.

The hotel is very near to the tourist attractions. They are serving a rich breakfast. Room is cleaned every day. I would stay again at this hotel.

Some rooms are looking to the ventilation shift, which lowers the natural light entering the room. At least a free bottle of water provided in the room during arrival will be a nice gesture.

Location is very good. Not far from the center by walking. Price for parking place is reasonable and also parking area is close to the hotel. Breakfast is delicious.

When paying by card, the exchange rate with euros is very unfavorable. I had to pay 243 euros instead of 228. The parking space needs to be booked in advance, and there is no information about this, no one answered my call at the hotel, and no one answered the message on the booking platform. As a result, we arrived in the evening and there were no parking spaces, we had to look for a space in other garages, which took quite a bit of time.

Spacious room. Convenient location. Some of the rooms face a busy street, but the windows are soundproof, so it is not an issue at all.

Breakfasts can be improved. In theory there is a choice, but in reality all the products are of average quality. If the hotel was much cheaper, then I wouldn't complain, but with this price one expects more.

The room was amazing. We have been looking for a modern, comfortable hotel in the centre of Prague and we have found it! The room was clean, modern and quiet. We requested a room not facing the main road and they met our request, ee both agreed it was one of the best nights sleep we had had in a long time. The bathroom was large, beautifully designed and modern, with complementary amenities and everything we needed. The staff were pleasent, spoke excelent English and Czech, and even made small talk which was nice and inviting. All in all an amazing and excelent experience, we will definatelly stay again.

There is nothing particularly that was bad about our stay. The only thing is the location on a busy road, but you understand this when you book. And the fact that they accepted our request for a room not facing the road is excellent.
