The location was perfect as it was close to Newtown but away from the crowds . Close to a metro station parks and shops and easy to walk everywhere. The breakfast was awesome. I never ate anything all day after breakfast !! And the hotel staff were genuine helpful and kind (and soooe excellent English as I can’t speak Czech ..)

The receptionist Redek was extremely helpful at all times. Nothing was too much trouble. All staff very friendly. Loved the buffet breakfast with much variety and supply of food.

I found the bedding (Doona )too hot for me. I would have liked a sheet to use at the times I was too hot during the night. Otherwise it was perfect.

It was a very wonderful stay, the hotel is clean and in a quiet area, close to most tourist attractions, 10 to 15 minutes walk, the reception staff are very professional and respectful of the guest, the breakfast is excellent, the room cleaning is excellent, I spent three beautiful days, thank you very much

We were living at this beautiful hotel for three days and from the first minutes we were impressed with the service. We would especially like to thank Yana and Radek for their professionalism and kindness during check-in.

Hotel staff Rade, Vera and Yana took excellent care. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Prague. These guys know how to make the customer happy. Thank you Rade, Vera and Yana :)

We enjoyed the room, enough space for 3 to breath :) Location is great as it avoids the very downtown noise. We felt safe at night, walking distance from km 0. We found some good restaurants in proximity, which gives room for long wandering. Reservation in advance for dinner is recommended. Breakfast was great with plenty of options for vegetarians as well.

Although it is obvious that a lot has been invested in the hotel, the soundproofing is poor. The walls are extremely thin (drywall) and you have the feeling that the neighbors are in your room. Especially if they are watching TV, listening to music or talking. It's the same with those who are in the rooms above you and you always hear them when they walk. We stayed in the hotel for three nights and slept very badly because of that.

The hotel is very near to the tourist attractions. They are serving a rich breakfast. Room is cleaned every day. I would stay again at this hotel.

Some rooms are looking to the ventilation shift, which lowers the natural light entering the room. At least a free bottle of water provided in the room during arrival will be a nice gesture.

Location is very good. Not far from the center by walking. Price for parking place is reasonable and also parking area is close to the hotel. Breakfast is delicious.

When paying by card, the exchange rate with euros is very unfavorable. I had to pay 243 euros instead of 228. The parking space needs to be booked in advance, and there is no information about this, no one answered my call at the hotel, and no one answered the message on the booking platform. As a result, we arrived in the evening and there were no parking spaces, we had to look for a space in other garages, which took quite a bit of time.
