This hotel was excellent in all areas. It was close enough to train station w a 15 minute walk. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and we were able to arrange for breakfast on the go on the last day as we had an early train to catch. We would stay there again. Highly recommended!

A very comfortable hotel in the old town, within walking distance to many of the sights. The hotel is extremely clean, the mattresses are very comfortable, the bathroom is clean and has everything you need. Breakfast is a buffet, extremely varied. There's also a free brunch from 12 to 4 p.m. We will be happy to visit the hotel again. Very good value for money.

The rooms are a little bit small. Our room faced the facades of 2 other buildings. But that wasn't a problem. Otherwise, there is a terrace on the roof of the hotel with a view of the city.

This hotel was close to the train station and to the public transportation systeml. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The front staff were helpful at extending our stay for a night without having to change rooms. They also arranged for us to have a breakfast on the go as we had to leave early.

The room was very clean, they changed the amenities daily. The breakfast was excellent. I am vegetarian and there were lots of options for me. My friend is not, and she also enjoyed a wide variety of options (see pictures). We were able to commute/walk easily to the touristic areas. The staff was helpful and more.

If you want to have a laundry service, each piece of clothing is charged 4€. We found it too expensive.

The safe is one of those small ones, so will not fit a 14" notebook in it, but otherwise good and easy to use.

booked taxi the night before check out,. It was hotels taxi transfer, price as shown by Kieran on a laminated A4 page was 850 koruna, but on arrival at airport the driver demanded 950 koruna. NOT A NICE END TO HOLIDAY. I met a friend on the flight home and he was over charged as well. I AWAIT YOUR REPLY

The room was very clean and comfortable. A good breakfast was included, and the hotel also offered a complimentary brunch. Bath essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and towels were provided, and slippers were available upon request. Elevators are available. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, within walking distance of key attractions. It is also close to the main train station, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.

There was no early check-in option, possibly due to the high season. The location is good, but the street has a steep incline, making it a bit challenging to walk.

I did this booking for my brother and his girlfriend as a birthday gift. After having booked a hotel that I believe was not a fit, I cancelled and chose Archibald for them instead. They were extremely happy with their stay, experience, cleanliness of the facilities, breakfast, staff, closeness to the city center - everything in general!

The only thing that I believe was a bit saddening is that I called the Hotel in advance and asked if the city tax may already be charged from my credit card, so that my brother would have to pay 0 for the stay. I gave them my card information and was assured that the fee for the city tax would be deducted by front office, but later found out that when my brother checked out, they had to pay the city tax by themselves and nothing was deducted. My brother was fine with it though and generally I'm happy about the guest's treatment in this hotel. Thanks to all hard-working staff members here!!

The location made travel around Rome very easy and affordable. I had a great stay and enjoyed the friendly service .There was decent buffet breakfast, everyone can find what he likes.(fresh salad ,vegetables, fruits, various cereals and yoghurts, eggs, sausages, cheese, jams ,butter, pastries and etc) The location is fabulous ,very close to the center and to all attractions .I haven’t use public transport at all. Room basic but clean and comfortable, air-conditioner worked amazingly, there was a hair dryer, kettle, tee and coffee. There were two Complimentary bottles of water in the room and it was very nice . I will definitely come back again next time.

Pillows were soft,so I used both but it more refers to my personal preferences

Nice tidy rooms. Well fitted out bathrooms. Convenient for tube and tram

Staff were a bit stand-offish but probably a language barrier. Corridors were dark and you have to walk a few steps in pitch darkness before the sensors pick you up and turn the lights on. It’s a bit freaky!!! Locks on room doors don’t work apparently so you have to rely on the electric lock. Not so great for a solo traveller. No one picks up when you call reception desk from the room
