Let me be clear - I am a gold card holder with Hilton and Radisson, so I travel quite a lot and stay at a lot of 4* and occasionally 5*. Thus, plenty of experience to compare. The Plaza Prague hotel is the ABSOLUTE BEST value for money. A 10/10 experience. Great staff at reception, Kristian was so helpful with any question we had. Jan and Diana were quite kind too. Clean, delicious food, discount for the lovely Italian restaurant downstairs and a Prague pass gift. What an absolute gem of a hotel!!! Definitely coming back!!!

The price was good, garage in the basement was included in the price. The location means that you can walk into the center for most of the trip along the Donau in approximately 1 hour. The staff were helpful and friendly. Good and clean room with a good bed. Good bathroom with good lighting. Great food in the restaurant and friendly waiters. Good breakfast buffet with everything and the staff were efficient with cleaning and refilling. We had a great stay at the Plaza. Right from the booking there was good email contact. On arrival, they were immediately ready to help with parking. At check-in we got a voucher for a welcome drink in the restaurant. There was a welcome card and a bottle of wine in the room. Check-out was a good and quick experience with a good conversation. Thanks to Diana, Lenka and Jan at the reception

Nothing to complain about....... Even the weather was perfect

It's a very good hotel. The employees were very friendly and were able to answer all questions well. Many thanks to the reception staff (Diana, Maria and Jan). The breakfast was very good and we were very happy that my 🐕 was even welcome in the restaurant. They even brought him a bowl of water. It's a dog friendly place in general and it was possible to bring him with us for free. What suprised me was the large number of sockets in the room. I don't know that from other hotels (sometimes you have to unplug lamps there for getting a "free socket"). Great! It was possible to park the car in the garage. Reserving the parking spot was uncomplicated and free.

The hotel was generally nice. The location was quiet, but there wasn't much to do in the surrounding area. A big advantage was that the tram to the city center passed right in front of the hotel. We chose the breakfast-included option. I really liked the breakfast — especially in the early hours, the pastry items were fresh and constantly replenished. The staff, especially Diana, were very helpful. Since we were traveling with a baby, a baby crib had been arranged in advance as per our request. It wasn't brand new — it had some cracks and tears — but clean bed linens were provided. The room and bathroom were clean. There were also some thoughtfully prepared complimentary gifts in the room.

The toilet and bathroom were separate — maybe we missed that detail when booking, but we would have preferred them to be together. We wanted to have dinner at the restaurant downstairs, which offered a Michelin menu. We planned to order from that menu, but they informed us that the red meat option was unavailable. So we ended up having pizza. Also, since we were staying at the hotel, we were supposed to get a discount at the restaurant. I mentioned this, but the response was something like, “You should have put the card on the table at the beginning; we needed to know in advance.” So we ended up paying the full price without a discount. Apart from all this, it was a pleasant experience. Note: The Margherita pizza was delicious :)

The Hotel was great, the staff were superb, Jan, Hina and Honza were extremely helpful, the house keeper on our floor was also so friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend downloading the app Bolt similar to Uber, from the hotel to the old centre was 75/80kc, they are super quick and professional. I would also recommend the breakfast, an extensive choice, something for everyone.

Everything was great during our stay

The hotel was in a perfect location to explore all parts of Prague, with the tram stop being a 1 minute walk from the hotel, and you could be at all main attractions within circa 15 minutes this way. There were plenty of restaurants and bars, yet the neighbourhood was quiet at night after 11pm, which was nice considering it's still in the city. The room we stayed in 606 was a good size with nice views and the bed was extremely comfortable, one of the best we have had.The breakfast had good quality and variation.

There is very limited space in the parking garage below, and it's incredibly tight, so everyone has to be able to park well. There was a misunderstanding when we first checked in as we had requested a space to be reserved when booking, which was confirmed, but upon arrival, it had not been done. The staff were still attentive and made sure we were able to get a spot later that afternoon. We appreciate the effort they put in to resolve this.

It is important to note right away that this is a very solid hotel worthy of four stars. The staff is very polite and professional. The breakfast is rich and very well organized. Despite the crowd, it never ran out of anything. Location is far from the center of Prague but by tram you can be there in 15 minutes. I would be very happy to give the hotel a ten. BUT...

The room is definitely not dirty, but it is far from perfect cleanliness. The previous guest's pubic hair remained lying on the bathroom floor all three days of our stay. The headboard has not been dusted for months. The bed is quite hard and too narrow for that category. But these are all minor flaws. My biggest complaint is the garage, which is advertised as a big advantage of the hotel. I reserved a place in the garage in advance and this was confirmed to me in writing. When I arrived the garage was full and I got free parking on the street. It is not the same. This seems to happen regularly so don't count on a garage spot even if they promise you one.

Service!) definitely & absolutely!) from the moment we’ve stepped in till the moment we left! Wonderful girls on reception have had answers on every question before i’ve even asked and truly have made a great impression for the whole czech inn🙏🏼 we were given welcome drink card (although we do not consume alcohol) we could choose iced tea- that’s cute)))) and Prague pass card is a very nice option) there are 3(!) parking options while many Prague hotels don’t have any! Nice rooms with city view, comfortable beds ) btw u can also take a bike for free We’ve fully enjoyed our staying🤍 my best recommendations🤍

We travel a lot and it is really rare (if ever) to get so many complimentary things as you get in this hotel. There was the whole bottle of red wine (Merlot), sparkling water and still water waiting for us in our room. You get a welcome drink in hotel’s bar, 15% discount on food in their bistro and other selected bistros. You get a discount card for many attractions (museums, ..). The parking in their garage is for free. And when you check out they give you 20 eur coupon for the next visit in any of their hotels, magnets, .. The hotel staff is really friendly and always trying to help. We had a really good lunch at hotel’s restaurant.

Staff were very friendly, the rooms nice and big with small amenities and touches to make you feel comfortable during the stay. Air condition was also very useful on a warm summer day. There is a parking garage on site but rather tight, the staff were nice enough to cover the cost of street parking for the duration of my stay so i parked there instead. Breakfast was very nice, lots of options and tasted great! better then what we usually get at European hotels. On checkout you get a nice little magnet as a souvenir, a very nice touch that i have not seen elsewhere.

Two things that were not great. The restaurant is rather small compared to the number of guests eating there making the breakfast experience less relaxed. The toilet, while looking very clean, smelled a bit off. Location is not convenient, but we knew that when booking. We used uber to get to the city center as for 4 people it ended up cheaper then transport ticket, and easier.
