Our stay was awesome! I came for my birthday and they even had a birthday detail with me! The blonde girl from reception that helped us (I don’t remember her name) was so sweet and very attentive to us. Also all the workers from the hotel were very nice. They care about every little detail to make your stay perfect. The room was big and with all facilities that you need; mini bar, TV, hairdryer, kettle… Also the buffet breakfast has all types of food and was very nice! The tram is only a 5min walk away and it takes around 20min to the Old Town. It’s a nice hotel and in a very quiet area. If I’m coming to Prague again I will stay here again!

A neat and clean hotel. Very friendly staff, especially the guys at the reception. A plentiful and diverse breakfast with fresh ingredients every day. Secure parking available in the hotel courtyard. The hotel is just a few minutes from the tram station, and you can be in the city center in about 15 minutes. It’s located in a quiet street with little traffic.

Considering the price and the hotel's classification, I have no complaints. If someone expects a super modern hotel, they will have to pay significantly more. For the price of this hotel, you get everything the hotel promises.

Easy access to the centre via tram at Delnicka, then a couple mins walk. Staff were great, new guy was training and took us to our room, very friendly and helpful :) Nick checked us out and was also super friendly. Loved the extra touches (bottle of wine in the room, Prague pass, welcome drinks in the bar and free drinks at the panorama cafe) staff couldn't have been more helpful. We took advantage of the panorama cafe ticket and went there on Saturday afternoon, well worth the view! Staff there were also friendly and my free glass of fizz was delicious:) would stay again! Rooms are big, nice separated bathroom, and comfy beds.

We were delighted with our stay. the staff was nice and helpful. The hotel room was unexpectedly large and bright thanks to two large windows. The breakfasts are excellent, a large selection. We received 2 bottles of wine as a gift. 2 tram stops from the metro. 2 large and 2 small grocery stores nearby. next time we will come here again.

Would highly recommend this hotel , very clean and good food, city centre is only 10 mins away by tram, with the stop 1 min from hotel entrance, staff are very friendly especially libuse and jana who gave great advice on sight seeing

Hotel was pretty nice especially the stuff. We had to leave early they even gave us water, candies for the road for us to be more comfortable. Because we had a baby we couldnt use SPA but just for that they gave us a voucher for next visit and a bottle of Prosecco.

The reception & restaurant staff is very kind, helpful and courteous - as is the cleaning team. Made all the difference to our stay. The staff at reception make you feel valued and taken care of. We slept well here. We liked our bed and its huge, comfy pillows. There was ample storage space for clothes and props in the hallway. A bottle of Merlot was waiting in the room upon our arrival. There is also complimentary coffee, tea and water. The breakfast buffet is often crowded, so come early or a bit later, around 10am. We didn't use the wellness area & gym, nor did we use the parking. The neighborhood is rather quiet and has a local, residential vibe. There are plenty of upscale restaurants, but also Döner Kebab's, grocery shops and cultural spots such as La Fabrika. Grab tram no 14 from a nearby tram stop and ride smoothly towards Prague's centre (approx 12-15 min). Use public transportation or grab a taxi to the nearby Prague Zoo.

The WiFi is either weak & wobbly or non-existent, regardless of where you are in the hotel. The hotel's restaurant, Colorcafé, is overpriced.

I liked that my family could stay in one room. That is always a bonus for us because we are a family of 5. Breakfast was ok, and the rooms were always cleaned. There was parking at the hotel, although it was full a lot of the time, but the staff was very accommodating and helped us with parking.

The one thing I didn't appreciate was that a couple of nights, people would come in after midnight, making a lot of noise, and there was no way to reach the front desk from the room. The water would also get cold in the mornings, and the water pressure would decrease, and you had to wait a minute or so for it to turn warm and the pressure to come back.

There are many points to praise and I would go from top to bottom: 1. Hotel staff is extremely polite and capable, very Customer service oriented. I would take an advantage here and give all my praises to one of the hotel’s members and her name was Bohdana. She is what one Receptionist should be, and even more. She knew what to say and how to act in guest’s favour and benefit. True heart of this Hotel! 2. If you stay in this hotel you can get some vouchers for discounts, for certain cafes and restaurants, but most importantly for museums or other buildings of cultural importance to the city. 3. Location and comfort.
