The location was relatively close to the city center, a subway station is at about 4-5 min walking distance from the hotel and from there... 4 subway stations to the city center. Or, if you want... a 30 minutes walk from the hotel to the old center of Prague. The room was ok, clean, the bathroom was spacious.

The staff was not very friendly or helpful, i asked for an invoice for my accommodation and even though the guy at the front desk said i will get it, that didn't happened. Also, another reason for disappointment was about the high prices for food and drinks at the hotel restaurant.

This is a great hotel, simple but stylish. Great value for money. Breakfast was included which is always a bonus for me. Hot and cold options were available . A good start to the day. I was given a complimentary sauna at the wellness centre and a wee glass of Prosecco too, to welcome me. I couldn’t fault this hotel at all. 2 mins from the underground and the tram both of which are very easy to navigate. Overall all a great hotel that doesn’t burst the bank and the complimentary touches would certainly have me returning again and recommending it to my friends.

It was just an overnight stay, but it was perfect. It was booked literally short term. I first booked in a different hotel, where I asked nicely about the possibility to check in earlier but how they answered wasn't really so friendly. Not even providing alternatives. Of course I know that it depends on the availability of a room, but how you compose a response of a customer inquiry matters a lot. In short I cancelled it. Fortunately I found this Absolutum hotel, which actually is perfect in terms of location, cleanliness and all. Most especially how accommodating, how flexible the management overall. After booking, I immediately asked for an early check in, and they politely responded that they would check possibilities and yes it worked PERFECTLY WELL. I am grateful. Thank you once again!

A nice, modern, and clean room. The room has air conditioning and everything you need for your stay, including towels and slippers. The staff is very friendly and always helpful when needed. If you order breakfast, parking is free. The breakfast was delicious. The location is good, the hotel is close to the metro, and it's four stops to the National Museum. I definitely recommend this hotel.

If you are looking for a quiet and cozy place to stay, this is it! We had fantastic room in the roof, with beautiful wooden walls, lovely bathroom with HEATED FLOOR! Bed was super comfortable, we spend most of the morning just rolling around the bed and resting after our travels, I loved the shower. The shower in this room was probably the best shower I have ever had in a hotel room, shower heads - massive, pressure of the water - excellent ( this was a roof room ) , temperature - HOT HOT HOT. The hotel staff were very accommodation, The lady at reception let us pay later as we were rushing for a concert, she land us a plug because we forgot one, and she gave us a late check out, as we were coming back late from the concert. Breakfast was so lovely, the restaurant had such a nice atmosphere. It was a fantastic stay!

We didn't like that we couldn't stay longer :-) There is always next time. :-)

The stay was very pleasant. I was greeted by the lady at the reception upon arrival and I was given a voucher for Prosecco in the restaurant as a welcome drink. The room was large and cosy. I was very impressed with the fast internet. The beds are good and also the bedding. The bathroom is well designed and fully equipped. The advantage of the hotel is the wellness area, which is nice and cozy with an excellent service. The spa has a large sauna, a cooling pool and a lovely relaxation room. Massages and private baths can be booked on site. The breakfast is amazing and overall everything was of very good quality.

The room I was changed into after I complained about the room they had put me in was gorgeous - the one on the photo. It was very functional and absolutely gorgeous.

The category of rooms is advertised with a large very light room with a bathtub. They however put me first in a room half the size which was very dark allegedly was in the same category as the other room. They did react to my complaint about it swiftly and I was moved to another room the following night.

There was nothing to faulter. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The wellness center is small and cosy. It is limited but has everything for one to enjoy a relaxing time. Public transportation is easily accessible. Sunday the restaurant is closed which is understandable as the staff needs their time off. There are a few recommendable restaurants in walking distance.

Nothing to complain about

Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff! The room had a slanted window to open from above which was nice and fresh in the morning. The location was perfectly close to the tram stop and not just at all. Most of the hotel was wheelchair accessible and flat leveled. Though the wellness center would have required stairs, the staff were kind enough to accommodate and find a way for a person in a wheelchair to fit. Huge thank you!

The comfort of the beds and flat pillows could be improved

Very clean hotel. The restaurant had really good food and the staff was very nice. They also had a sauna on site which was very relaxing .Also, I loved the heating flooring in the bathroom. Our dog was very welcome here. Also was not too far from downtown and we walked from the hotel. The parking lot was also safe and we were able to park the car for two days.

The room was a bit chilly.
