The first time I checked the map to see where the apartment was located, I wasn’t quite sure about the distance. But I trusted the reviews—and I’m so glad I did! The apartment is in Prague 7, which might seem a bit far at first glance, but don’t worry—the public transport system is incredible. The trams are just steps away from the apartment, they run frequently, and the best part! A 3-day ticket for unlimited access to all public transport in the city is only 11 euros! Getting to the main tourist attractions was a breeze. As for the flat itself, it exceeded all my expectations. It’s such a wonderful space, with a super comfy bed and plenty of room to relax or even entertain. Everything about it felt cozy and inviting—I absolutely loved staying here. So, if you’re considering booking, trust this review. You won’t be disappointed!

It's always challenging to book a stay through the app and hope it would be at least close to what you were imagining. This apartment is an absolute pleasure! Everything was clear from the beginning: check in process is pretty simple, the manager is always available through the email or a phone call to answer any questions, the apartment is very specious, clean, and comfortable. The beds are super comfortable. Kitchenette has everything you need - cups, glasses, utensils, plates, pots. The location is amazing- it is about 30-35 minutes walk to the Old Town Square, huge park close by, plenty of coffee shops, stores, and restaurants around, very easy for any taxi pick up if you need it.

I would recommend adding at least one simple cleaning and towels change every 3-4 days. Of course it depends on the number of people staying and for how long, but for our big group it would be nice to have towels cganged and the floors wiped in the middle of our stay. Also, I was missing the simple coffee maker 😊. Good thing they have coffee shop close by, so my mornings started from it.

The hotel is very easy to find and the location is great ! We spent 6 nights there and it was amazing. The apartment is very clean and well furnished. The person in charge was great, very nice and super reactive. They would answer any question super fast and was super helpful in solving some problems we encountered (they even came to the apartment to drop us a second key that we could not retrieve from the machine the previous night). The kitchen is pretty well equipped (even tho I would ass some cleaning element) so it was very easy to cook and clean the dishes there. The wifi worked perfectly. It was a vey cozy apartment that I totally recommend and I would gladly go back there.

I do not think there are much things we did not appreciated. Maybe the fact that the elevator is kind of hidden and there is no sign to announce it so we had to clim 6 floors the first night with all our luggage before we realized the next day that there was actually an elevator.

Neat & tidy apartment with great aircon (worked well when the outside temp was 32 celcius) Good location for taking a tram to all the sites (would have been too far for me to walk) Generally quiet location without bars / restaurants emptying out at night. Felt like where people live in Prague rather than super-touristy area Plenty of quilts, pillows, sheets etc Reasonably stocked kitched & had teatowels, cloths, dishwasher tabs etc. The automated check-in worked okay (I was glad I'd read the review to know what to expect) and overall more convenient than having to arrange/call someone to let me in.

The pans, especially the frying pan, could do with a refresh You can hear the trams from the street outside - didn't bother me (they're electric) but if you need silence be aware The support number given was answered quickly in daytime, but says no support evening, nights and weekends other than true emergency - needed to contact them when the wifi stopped working which was fortunately a tuesday morning!

The price was very reasonable and the location was good, close to the city center with safe surroundings and plenty of places nearby. The apartment was a one-bedroom with a living room that had a sofa bed, and the bathroom included a bidet spray and a washing machine. The living area had a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen with a large fridge and a dishwasher. There was also an elevator, and the contactless system with machines was very convenient. A staff member even offered help if needed, which I appreciated.

The air conditioning in the bedroom was leaking water, and the TV in the living room wasn’t a smart TV (unlike the one in the bedroom).

The apartments are in Prague centre, in a hipster area of the city which was a good area for us. There was plenty of room in the one bed apartment with cot for 2 adults and 2 young kids. Lift always helps. Check in and check out via machine in the actual apartment block.

Everything was great for the price. The below is just an FYI for other bookers. Check out via machine didn't work although there was a mitigation if just putting the room cards in a box. There is a £100 deposit that you must pay before you can get your key cards via a third party app so remember to budget for that. We had a heavy pram and the lift is only accessible after either going up or down a flight of stairs. This includes when getting off, so it does make it tricky however this is a minor gripe and only really mattered when we arrived and left when we had all of our suitcases with us.

My wife and I stayed for two nights and had a great experience. The apartment is very comfortable, well-equipped, and it’s clear the host has thoughtfully prepared everything you might need. The location is excellent, with a variety of restaurants nearby— (don’t miss the one at the Mama Shelter hotel); it has great food, music, and drinks in a very cool setting. The apartment is a pleasant 30-minute walk from the city center, which we enjoyed, especially the walk through Metronome Park. There’s also a lovely park nearby for relaxing, and frequent trams make it easy to get around the city.

My experience with self check-in was really poor (I've used better ones in some places before): - It takes too long. I don't know why some data has not been asked while check-in via internet and had to be provided on place. - A system error occurred while issuing access cards.

Spacious well equipped apartment with good links to the city centre and many good cafes and restaurants nearby.

The self checkin kiosk was not accepting payment for deposit and local tax. We and other guests had to pay using other means which delayed check-in by about an hour, and it was not clear if the telephone helpline would still be working after 1730. When we did access the apartment the sofa-bed had not been made up as requested. The woman we spoke to on the phone was however very helpful and was able to sort out these problems, and the rest of the stay was fine.

Apartment is nice and clean. It has all that you need, and the upper floor is good for the kids. There is steep stairway to the upper part, but the kids managed them with no problems. Close to the centre by Metro or tram, even walking you would need about half an hour.

Parking is hard to find. There is only 1 street that you can park and doesnt charge you on weekend and that is Milady Harkova. But it is not easy to find free spot. Everywhere else is complicate as Prague has some strange parking system that not even locals understand when you ask them. I didnt see that the 2500 CZK damage deposit (around 100 EUR) is needed when you check in and you have to pay it on the check in machine with the card. You should state that more clearly on the booking process. It completely surprised me. I got the deposit back after about 5 days.
