The breakfast Is amazing. All kind of stuffs can be found: bread, yoghurt, pancakes, homemade cakes, eggs, bacon, ham, veggies, fruit.. and more! The room was very spacious and they gave us a crib for free + a bathroom with bathtub as requested! Moreover, since the second day we would have left before breakfast, they gave us a breakfast box with 2 sandwiches, couple of croissants, fruits and juices! Highly recommended! Also the position is very strategic, since in 10 mins walk you reach the Old Town!

A very good 4-star hotel! The rooms are clean and in great condition. Breakfast is delicious every morning, offering eggs, bacon, sausages, grilled vegetables, as well as pastries, fruits, and cereals. The hotel is located in a quiet area in the city center, making it easy to walk everywhere you need. Keep in mind that when checking in, you will need to pay the city tax, which is standard in Prague.

The only small downside for me was the pillows. I often have issues with hotel pillows, and here they were too soft and large for my preference. But that’s just a personal preference.

I had a comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. The bed and pillows were very cozy, and the mattress ensured a restful sleep. The bathroom, with its heated floors, was a nice touch and was cleaned daily. Breakfast options were great, with something for everyone, and I especially loved the latt. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, a great stay with wonderful amenities and service, but the location could be a consideration for some.

The only downside was the location. While it’s convenient for reaching the Old Town, you need to walk through a dark alley to get in and out, which might be uncomfortable for solo female travelers.

Location is good, stuff is veeeery helpful and was the nicest ever. Big bath, good view. We tried some tasty Czech bubbly from the reception - good choice if you want to try something that is not beer in Prague, but is local 😁 Hotel is clean, simple in design and seemed too cheap to be this nice 😄

Breakfast did not have any soy milk or other plant based alternatives - please add an option to order some VG breakfast if possible. Bed and pillows were very soft - not used to that, but not necessarily a bad thing.

Location was great, breakfast was superb!

When i asked at check-in for a late check-out and willing to pay, I was told by the guy that checked me in “ no we are full”. I asked again the next morning to a lovely guy and it was no problem at all. Paid a small fee and kept the room till 5pm…

We checked in here Sunday evening for 2 nights. We got a Bolt from the airport which was £15 and checked in easy. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed including a mini fridge, safe and sufficient wardrobe space. The hotel was spotless as was our room. We didn't realise we had breakfast included but we popped in each morning and the selection was great and looked very fresh. We just had some pancakes and pastries before leaving for the day. The hotel is in a great location with so much around within walking distance. Would definitely use again and recommend. Perfect base for a city break

The room was spacious and clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and we loved having a tub. Also the breakfast was amazing!

I did ask in advance if there was space in the parking garage available. Even though they agreed online to reserve me one, when we arrived there they said I should have confirmed for the parking spot one more time, even though online nobody asked me to. Gladly there was still one space available. But it was a bit pricy and the communication online could have been better I think. But all in all they were trying to very accommodating in person!

Perfect location, walking distance to the old and new town, also to lesser town. If you want to take a break from walking, tram 15 takes you quickly across the river to the castle and lesser town. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated.

The only reason why I didn’t not give 10 is my issue with the breakfast. It is served from 6:30 to 10:30 but you will find full variety only in the morning. From at least 9:30 many items are gone and not replenished.

Room was big, the windows open!!! that's a bonus for us to be able to breath in the morning. Comfortable beds. Breakfast very good, fresh, good coffee, nice cakes. Location is good, it is not in the middle of the middle, it is like 15 min walk from the famous clock but that was ok. It has good restaurants around with decent prices. The place for taking boat tours is near the hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. The AC is like very very efficient(too much for us), we asked them to shut it down and they did.

The shower door wouldn't stay closed.

Exceptional hotel (Christmas period). It's the first time me and my girlfriend decided to go to a hotel instead of an AirBNB and the experience was great The Breakfast was very good. We'd usually eat a lot there so we could save food money throughout the day (oops xD). There were good cheeses, omlettes, bacon, sweets coffee and many more. Sometimes we couldn't wait for it to be morning so we could go to breakfast. The rooms were cleaned daily. The rooms had good heating and th4e bathroom even had floor heating. Smart TV, though we did not use it, we used our Chromecast.

They said in their booking room details that the room has coffee maker, but there was none. Probably the electric kettle and the couple of instant coffee bags were considered the coffee maker. A small disappointment nonetheless.
