The apartment was extremely well furnished. The location was very good. The staff were very helpful. The kitchen had everything for a few days stay if you wanted to cook. The bathroom had both a shower and a bath which was unique and was upto a Very high standars. There large smart tv# in the living room and bedroom which was useful as my partner could watch Netflix while I watched Euros. The tram stop was right outside the apartment althougj you could walk to lots of tourist places. There is a large supermarket and a Mcdonalds across the street.

Good value for money! The apartment is new, clean and well furnished. My favourite was the bed, it was like a cloud. I could have slept many more hours!! Also, the kitchen was all Miele appliances… are you kidding me!! The Nespresso machine was present, it felt like home. Great and friendly staff! Thanking Franco that have welcomed me and suggested the best places to go. Position is perfect. Main attractions are all walking distance. If you’re hungry, you just have the best restaurants a few walks away. The best apartment so far 😄

Everything. My 2nd stay at R16 residences. Charming staff. High spec of decor, cleanliness & appliances (Smeg, Miele, LG). Rituals toiletries in bathroom. Shower was amazing. Very comfortable beds. 24hr reception. Swift return of damage deposits.

I had an exceptional stay at R16 Residences Prague! The location is absolutely perfect - just a 10-minute walk to most of Prague's main attractions, with a tram stop right outside the building. While housed in a beautiful century-old building, the interiors have been completely modernized with elegant design. The apartment is impeccably clean and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping service. The bedding is luxuriously soft and comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. The room amenities are outstanding and thoughtfully equipped. The full kitchen includes everything you need: coffee machine, induction cooktop, range hood, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and complete cookware/dinnerware. Smart TV, electric curtains, and conveniently placed USB/Type-C ports add to the comfort. The bathroom is clean, spacious, and features a separate wet and dry area. The attention to detail is remarkable - they provide and replenish laundry pods, dishwasher tablets, and coffee capsules daily. Special mention must go to Franco at reception, whose exceptional service, friendliness, and professionalism truly deserve recognition and promotion ;) Overall, this property perfectly combines historical charm with modern luxury, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Prague!

Wonderful apartments! Everything is new, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The interior design is absolutely stunning — very stylish and carefully planned down to the smallest details, creating a truly inviting atmosphere. The location is excellent — right in the city center, making it perfect for exploring. The kitchen area is fitted with modern appliances, all new, clean, and in perfect condition. The bathroom features an amazing shower, and the lighting system is well-designed for different times of the day and moods. The beds are fantastic — great mattresses and comfortable pillows ensure a restful sleep. The internet is fast and reliable, which is also a big plus. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist. The cleanliness is impeccable, making the stay even more enjoyable.Overall, the experience was very positive. If I visit Prague again, I will undoubtedly stay here!

As for the drawbacks, the soundproofing could be better — noises from the corridor are quite audible. Unfortunately, on Saturday morning, some renovation work started in the building, which disturbed the chance to sleep in longer. Additionally, the windows in the building are old, and in the living room area, there is a slight draft from the balcony door.

First visit to Prague,and wanted to be near the traditional parts of the city. Travelling with elderly parent who left Czech as a toddler and wanted to see his homeland. Location was perfect, on a busier main route with transit etc, but didn't feel like it. McDonalds and a couple small grocery and convenience stores nearby. Large mall just a block away, if needed. Crossing the street immediately took you to the old world charm of Prague, winding cobblestone streets, beautiful buildings, so many little shops and places to eat.Tucked in behind McDonalds was a cut through with some fantastic little eateries, the sandwich shop and pastry shops were a treasure to find! It's about 10 minute walk to the Old town square, with beautiful churches, great people watching, and places to eat or grab a drink and watch the astronomical clock. From the hotel if you follow the main street in one direction you are about 2 blocks from the river. In the other, it's an easy walk past a stretch of higher end shops, a huge toy store, bakeries, and then into Wenceslas Square. Lots to see and do around there, continue along and through some of the little streets and you come back to Old Town. Location can't be beat. Transit is easy as well, and inexpensive. We had a 2 bedroom space, rooms were large, we figured 14 foot ceilings, beds very comfortable, and air conditioned. Each room had a small balcony, bathroom had a large tub and a separate walk in shower with the best rainfall shower! Kitchen area was well equipped, seating area was comfortable for 3 of us. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful, offering umbrellas, directions, and very welcoming. The beer spa is just a few doors away, and there are many great places to eat nearby. We took suggestions and went to Lokal for relaxed dinner and beer, Mincova on the Square for an amazing dinner, and the patisserie just up the block became a daily stop.

No down side to staying here. The place was very clean, felt safe coming and going, staff knew their guests and were very welcoming. The sign at the front door is quite small, very unassuming. If you arrived in the dark it might be harder to find, but not a big concern.

We enjoyed having the option to either eat out or just come back to the apartment and make something together there. Everything that we really needed was already in the kitchen except for paper towels. There are, however, two grocery stores (Penny & Billa) within a couple of minutes walk which was very convenient. The location of the appartment and being close to the tram line also made everything extremely accessible. At first we were concerned about whether or not our room, which was facing the major street where the tram line runs, would be too loud for us, but the windows were double glazed so it was fine. Despite whatever noise there might have been outside, the room was super quiet. The staff (Kabir, Franko, Dominica and Martina) were all exceptionally friendly, welcoming and willing to accommodate us. The room we received upon arrival did not have an AC that worked sufficiently enough to keep the bedroom as cool as we had expected, so we had to change rooms. Fortunately, the room we were eventually given did have fully functioning air conditioning and we were very satisfied with it throughout the rest of our stay. I was pleased, though, that Kabir did not try to argue with us or try to justify the situation by claiming that the AC was, in fact, working good enough, as is often the case in Europe when it comes to air conditioning. Instead, he remained calm and simply did what he could to remedy the situation. Thank you Kabir, for being super patient with us despite the fact that it was already passed midnight! As Americans, having decent air conditioning was a must have on our checklist, and you did what you could to make that happen. We were also generously compensated for the initial inconvenience with complementary breakfast.

There wasn't really anything that we didn't like or that detracted from our stay, but if I had to nitpick I'd say that it would have been nice if housekeeping could have offered to change our bedding, bring in fresh towls, refill the tissue box, take out the trash etc.... To be fair, though, we also didn't request any of that. Perhaps if we had, they would have taken care of those things, but we just assumed that housekeeping was part of the package but apparently it wasn't. For us as a couple, it didn't really impact our stay, but if that's important to you, I'd ask about that.

This residence is amazing. Perfect location, great apartments with separate rooms, perfect if you need your space/snore-free sleep, kitchen, and a living room for relaxing, all perfect. The tram stops are literally across the front, taking you anywhere, although everything in the Old Town is at a short or easy walk. The style of the residence has a five-star touch, with beautiful architecture and lovely staff at the reception desk.

The accommodation was amazing, it was so comfortable, everything you could have needed was available to you. We had a washing machine, an amazing shower, a separate bath, two televisions. The staff were so helpful and kind and if you needed anything or had any issues they had a very handy whatsapp that you could text or call at any time. The location was great, the tram was right outside and loads of great restaurants nearby.
