Superb location in the Old Town but very close to the New Town and the Metro. Spacious apartment with comfortable seating area and excellent shower.

Front door to the building was very hard to open. Bed was too hard. Stayed for one week but towels were not changed halfway through as indicated.

The staff and the location are great. The apartments are spacious and reasonably clean. I think the price was also very fair for what was offered.

Some of the furniture was older and placement seemed quite random/nonsensical. For example, a high chair paired with a short table, which made it impossible to use. The couch was also older and not so comfortable. Those are very minor things though.

The apartment is really central. It was always so quiet. I stayed in a 1 bed apartment and it was really spacious. Photographs were identical to the apartment. It was really helpful having a fridge with a small child. The beds were really comfy and they provided a cot for my son. Highly recommend

I was staying at the rear of the building with my young son. It was a nightmare having to keep carrying the pram down the stairs from the lift. That was the only thing I didn't like.

10 mins walk from train station. 10 mins to main square and lots of night life. Good choice of snack/grocery/cafe options locally and easy to walk to main restaurant areas. Lovely apartment. Stayed for 2 nights but would have been happy here for weeks. Well stocked kitchen in terms of equipment. Bedroom very comfortable. Bathroom spacious and clean. Apartment in old building but really nicely renovated. Fabulous traditional features like main heavy wooden doors. Soundproof. Reception manned 0900 to 1700, very helpful. Appreciated coat rack and somewhere to leave outdoor shoes.

Could do with a drying rack/draining board for kitchen. And somewhere to hang tea towel. TV made no sense. Only any use if you have a Netflix account. Just wanted to watch some news or a local channel! Bathroom needs somewhere to put a wetpack.

Everything was perfect. This has been my second year in a row on the same property, and would definitely go back if possible in the future. Room was really big, everything was well cared and clean, and had all the things you may need. Location is amazing too, close to everything and in a quiet are so you can rest peacefully. Nice details like the coffee capsules, and the water, for sure one of the best places I have felt about on holidays.

Great location, close to Republic Square and Palladium Shopping Centre. There is a tram stop just at the end of the street which means it is easy to travel to any part of the city (one of the best public transport networks in the world, you know...) and fairly straightforward to travel from and to Prague Airport. The apartment was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower was good. It was like staying in a hotel suite as there was a separate room with a sofa to relax and have a tea or coffee while we made our plans for the day.

My only disappointment was that we didn't discover the local Czech restaurant, U Sadlu, until our last night. Fantastic food and beer for a very reasonable price, served by a helpful and friendly gentleman. No negatives about the apartments at all.

The apartment was very big, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a small kitchenette, lounge and dining table. Clean and plenty of towels. There was coffee, coffee machine pods, tea and bottle water but no milk. About 10min walk to the old town square, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Reception held our bags during the day we checked out.

Reception is only open 9-5pm. As we arrived after 5pm we had to walk to another hotel to get the keys for the apartment.

Lovely, quiet apartment within walking distance of public transport and major shopping streets. Friendly reception. The apartment was very clean and included a water cooker, coffee machine, fridge, TV, and central heating. The elevator is small but quick and comfortable.

The living room couch and the shower floor were both sagging in places and should be replaced. The bed mattress is very hard, be aware of this if you have a bad back.

Excellent location, within walking distance from the main attractions. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable.

The heating was terrible. The first three nights it was extremely cold, keeping in mind the night temperature in Prague was about 11C. The bathroom was a glacier! After repeated complaints, the technician finally came and solved the problem with the radiators.
