Very central. Good kitchen and washing machine

while it has an air conditioning system, it wasn’t noted when we booked that there is a EUR20 fee per day to use it and obtain the remote control to run it. Steps up to the room we had M20D are very steep with luggage.

The apartment was very central so perfect for nipping in throughout the day. It is very easy to get public transport from the apartment. It is easy to store luggage at a local hotel for free, if you arrive before check in.

I purposely booked an apartment with two separate bedrooms, but we were put in a studio, open plan apartment. We arrived at reception to check in, to find out that the apartment was a 20 min walk away. This was not clear that this would happen when booking. If I had any mobility difficulties, this apartment would not have been accessible as on the third floor with narrow stairs. The staircase in the apartment was a bit scary as slippy, narrow and steep.

It was pretty big, but furnitures were very old. ground floor was making weird noises whenever you walk.

there was a coffee machine, but no capsules, no sugar, no salt and etc. also there was no soap in toilet and bathroom. the mirror in the bathroom was broken. and as I said furnitures were too old. It has been more than 8 days and still no refund for my deposit.

Central location, big clean rooms, kitchen has nice utilities (dishes, cups, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine). The price to quality ratio is quite good for central Prague.

In a stay of five days, towels were not changed, toilet paper was not renewed, and even though we mentioned that we weren't a party group, we were put in the "party" building, which meant that we were listening to a lot of noise in the night.

We were seated very close to the Аstronomical clock in the Оld square. The apartment was clean. The guy at the reception was kind and explained us the parking rules in the city.

Тhe apartment looked dated. The beds were fine but the kitchen was not very cozy. Also the bathroom was in a bad condition. It was too noisy because the windows were old and did not isolate the noise.

The reception is like 15 min walk from the apaetment, the apartment itself is old and got 4 doors, 3 keys to unlock to get into the unit. The sheets got a few left over stains on them.

The safety was very High so we felt safe in The area.

The kitchen was very small hence not much tablespace when cocking. The stove did not work.

Staffs are very helpful and the location is super central

Very spacious apartment in a great location just a few streets away from the Old Town square. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Really good value for money.

No real issues but some steep stairs to apartment might be tricky for people with mobility problems. Some street noise at night eg bin collections at midnight but only what you would expect in a city centre location.

Apartment was just awesome. The location and the room was really cool.

200 euro deposit :( there was a coffee machine but not coffee at all.
