Incredible location right in the center of old town. Really cool, sizable apartment with a modern interior. Not the one shown when you book so that’s a bit misleading. Really liked the cafe associated with the apartments. 10% discount and great coffee food. Also the coupons to the traditional Czech restaurant were great!

The shower experience was pretty bad. There was no way to keep the shower door closed and water pooled up really badly on the floor. You can see that this is not just my experience by the water damage on the bathroom door jam. Also, if you’re there on the weekend and hoping to sleep well, that’s not going to happen. You will hear and feel the nightclub from 23:00 to 05:00 on Friday and Saturday night. Not really a problem for us but might be for light sleepers or non-partiers.

It is in the city center very near to astronomical clock. All facilities are new, near you can find grocery shop and there is all available in your apartment to make breakfast for the family.

There are two clubs downstairs where people have fun until morning, so very noisy. But we aware of this when booking and actually you can close the windows and use conditioners.

Beautiful building, tastefully renovated, lovely tall ceilings in the rooms. Spacious.

Wi-Fi speed was well below expectation in our apartment. Speed was advertised as >200Mb. Was around that near reception but in our apartment it was more like 10Mb. Very slow. Confirmation email showed the generic photos for the whole building, leading us to mistakenly think we had booked a loft apartment when we had not. Cleaners used the space outside our apartment door, and the fire escape stairs, for hanging out the washing. It was like walking through a laundry every time we came to or left the apartment!

The property was located in the centre of the old town, and we had access to all the tourist destinations.

The curtain didn't provide enough light restriction for the window, as the street was always lit up at night and the sun was shining in the morning.

Fantastic location, lovely building and gorgeous, spacious apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. The food & drinks in the cafe downstairs are very high quality & delicious. Would 100% recommend and hope to stay there again.

Absolutely nothing- very impressed.

Great location 2 minute walk from Wenceslas Square & the Astronomical Clock. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment myself and my 2 boys (24 & 15) there was ample room, very clean, lovely high ceilings and big windows. Large TV we took a fire stick just for the boys to watch a bit of TV after long days. The bed was comfortable & the sofa bed was large, kitchen was well equipped for 4 nights. There’s a coffee shop underneath & plenty of others in the area, trams, buses, taxi’s (uber) horse & carriages all easily accessible.

Coming back to a messy apartment & the end of the day no cleaners or turn down service, so just like home really! otherwise no complaints would definitely stay there again

GREAT location!! Right next to old town Square and 15 min walk to Charles bridge. The Spot Cafe which is attached to the building was superb!! Great breakfast and lunch place!! You also get a 10% discount there if you staying as a guest. Host was very nice and asked us each day if everything is fine. Spacious apt and maintained very well. House keeping is also available if you want an extra towel or so. There is a charge for full service housekeeping though. Building has an elevator. AC was not effective but then we asked the receptionist and they helped with turning it up from thier end. In summer, make sure all the hot water heating units are off otherwise you will boil there and AC will not be effective. They have storage space if you want to store luggage for late departures. Host was very nice and gave us an additional hour to check out. Overall great experience! I'll stay there again. 27/7 reception was a major plus.too.

Some power outlets did not had power. It was no big deal and we used others.

The location is just amazing - 4 walk to the main square, lots of cafes and restaurants around, because it's the very heart of city. Huge plus - property's underground parking. The room was spacious, bright and had a/c in the bedroom. The furniture is newish, modern.

There were crumbs and other small litter under the table and under the part of the sofa, that unfolds. The floor was not moped also, our socks were dirty after walking for a short while. Everything else was clean, so maybe it was just a human mistake of simply forgetting, but for the price I'd like to not clean the floor before living in the apartment. But it surely did not ruin the overall great experience

The property is located in the old town, just a 3-minute walk from the square where the Prague Astronomical Clock is located and about 10 minutes from Charles Bridge. Parking is available in the courtyard and in the building's basement – €20 per night. The room we received had a courtyard view and a balcony (no. 2G). The furniture was somewhat fragile, but the bed was comfortable. The room looked just like in the photos on Booking. On the ground floor, there is a restaurant that is part of the accommodation, where breakfast and lunch are served – guests receive a 10% discount.

Please note that there is a nightclub located in the basement of the building, which begins operating around 10 PM. The music can be heard throughout the property, making it difficult to sleep. Most of the reception staff had limited English skills, with the exception of one gentleman who was more proficient. When we raised the issue, the only response was that they would send a message to the club requesting that the music be turned down. We also contacted the property owner through the Booking.com messaging system regarding this matter, but unfortunately, we did not receive any reply — presumably because the payment had already been processed. Indeed, after we spoke to the reception, the music was turned down a little

Great location and wonderful place to stay, balcony was an added bonus and we all enjoyed the area and how close it was to everything. walkable city so it was great to be able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The Spot restaurant downstairs was fantastic and very reasonable prices and delicious food and coffee

A few items missing from cupboards that were mentioned in the paperwork we were given, the sofa bed wasnt' made up at first and I had mentioned 3 adults needed 3 separate beds in my booking request, but that was ok as we were able to get the extra sheets needed to make the bed up easily. A small milk in the fridge to start us off would have been nice too - most hotels/apartments do offer this
