Currently the best hotel near the old town - against competitors both from 4 and 5 star category. The hotel is brand new, opened in 2023, so that's certainly an advantage over everybody else, since most hotels in this area are old or ageing. This includes those rated as 5 star. Better, upmarket brands are further away from the old town, so much less convenient if you want to take a walk to prime spots. Very good breakfast, with good items in the a'la carte menu (included in the price). Deluxe room came with a small kitchenette, stove and microwave - convenient if you had a little too much for dinner outside but you'd like to reheat it later. Street parking (you'll need hotel to book it for you) is surprisingly easy for the location.

Serve strawberries with whipped cream for breakfast every day! Only had them once! ;-)

Basically everything about the hotel was good! Very friendly & helpful staff. Excellent location close/within walking distance to all the main sights. Very comfortable room with air conditioning. Complimentary water & Nespresso pods topped up everyday. Quiet location.

Breakfast area is quite small & busy at peak time. A kettle in the room would have been good.

We (my wife and I) visited the hotel in January 2024 and we had a 7-nights stay at Allure Hotel. And with no doubt we made an excellent choice to do so. Allure Hotel is very beautiful, very clean, very quiet and peaceful. ALL the people working there (reception, bar, people at the breakfast, cleaning personnel) are very kind. The people at the reception helped us a lot with some requests we had and they were available 24/7. One more aspect that we enjoyed a lot is that the breakfast was 7-11am. So, we were able to enjoy our late wake-up and stay in bed without worrying missing the amazing breakfast. Breakfast had so many options and everything was freshly made. Therefore, I strongly recommend if you book a stay at Allure Hotel, then you must take the breakfast-included option. Rooms and in general whole premises where super clean. Beds super comfortable, lot of space to arrange your clothes and personal items, the mini refrigerator has plenty of space (is bigger than the common mini refrigerators that you find in most hotels), Wifi is amazing both in signal strength and speed in the entire hotel. I hope they keep their amazing level in the future.

The location is fantastic-a few minutes walk into the Old Town and not far from Charles Bridge, Republic Square and Powder Gate and the shopping areas. The breakfast had a good variety of fruits, pastries and other options and the breakfast staff were attentive, helpful and polite. The front desk staff including Marie, Martin, Jan were very kind, helpful and accomodating, suggesting things to do and see, arranging pick up and drop off to the airport and printing off required documents. All in all a lovely stay in Prague complimented with a lovely hotel and its staff-thank you.

Excellent hotel in lovely quiet location close to the heart of the city. We stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed every moment. Friendly and efficient staff who spoke English fluently and offered lots of helpful advice on the city. We were offered a free glass of prosecco on arrival in the small, but perfectly formed, reception area. We upgraded and the rooms were beautiful, exceptionally clean and very large for a city. Our rooms had a small lobby area with plenty of wardrobe space and storage for 2 large suitcases. The two rooms we had both had lovely comfortable seating areas, including a sofa bed. Our room had a small balcony. Good air conditioning. Excellent daily housekeeping. Lovely bar area with a small outside sitting area with amazing bar staff and lovely imaginative cocktails based on locally sourced ingredients. Excellent breakfast with a good choice of hot and cold dishes, including some made to order. Nice self-serve Nespresso coffee machine which even had decaff! Felt like a 5 star hotel but is only 4 star because it does not have a restaurant or room service. This is not a problem as there are plenty of excellent restaurants, bars and coffee shops within easy walking distance. Only a 5 minute walk to the Old Town Square and 10 minutes to the river. There is a nice bar serving good Mexican food directly opposite. We would recommend this to anyone and would happily stay again.

Everything was perfect!

Breakfast was very nice, with a wide selection of delicious food. The bathroom was elegant and beautiful with its granite surfaces, and the room very nice with an uplifting and cheerful use of colour. I liked the triple glazing which meant that the room was very quiet and restful. The staff were very courteous, friendly and helpful.

I am very sensitive to light and the glow-in-the dark appliance lights on the microwave, aircon, and housekeeping buttons meant that the bedroom could never be dark. Along with the flickering of a light behind the wall TV, this meant that I kept waking up on the first night. I did get used to it the following two nights though and slept well. It probably wouldn't be an issue for others.

We are from the USA and travelled first to Vienna, Salzburg and Durnstein Austria for the first time. Our trip has been amazing. Staying at the Allure hotel in Prague has topped it off. We loved our room (506) with beautiful windows and views. The bed and linens were so comfortable and the staff each and everyone was so welcoming and kind. It is obvious they work hard and aim to please their guests. I personally loved staying in this part of town because it was quiet and there were plenty of restaurants around. The breakfast was amazing and was included in the price of our stay. Anna and Blanka in the breakfast room greeted us every morning with a smile and made the best cappuccino. Everyone from the reception to the cleaning staff were amazing. If I had everyone’s name I would list them. The owner of the hotel should be very proud. By the way, I loved the design of the hotel and colors. The stair case and lighting was gorgeous even though you also had an elevator. Additionally they had a cute bar for a welcome drink when you first arrive. Bravo to all and we hope to return again.

Exceptional boutique hotel, consisting of 52 rooms all decorated beautifully. From arrival to departure we had an amazing time. All staff are first class and go out their way to make you feel special. The breakfast selection is excellent and varied to suit all palates. Our highlight was the egg, salmon and spinach Benedict, scrumptious. The hotel is spotless with comfy beds. The special personalised card and welcoming cakes awaiting us in our room was a lovely touch. As it was my birthday they made my stay even more special by upgrading us to a king room and delivered a complimentary bottle of champagne which just exceeded our expectations. On arrival you are given a voucher for a free drink of your choice in the intimate bar during your stay where you are served by engaging and friendly bar staff. Location is ideal with a 5 minute walk to the river if you want to do a river cruise and a 10 min walk to the main tourist areas. Having travelled far and wide across the globe this hotel far exceeds many 5 star establishments and we would highly recommend this hotel if visiting Prague. It will not disappoint! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nothing, all wonderful

Location was great, room was decorated nicely and all very fresh, clean and modern, staff were lovley and David was very helpful making up the sofa bed and bringing an iron and ironing board to the room. The little cakes left on arrival were a lovely touch. Really lovley little boutique hotel snd a great find

There was footstep noise from the ceiling above at night, although could not hear anyone talking so not too sure what could be done to fix it. And it would have been really nice to have an onsite restaurant for an evening meal or snack, however would not deter me from returning as it was a lovley hotel

Superb location, excellent customer service, clean, quiet, friendly, and good value for money. The bar was also excellent!

I didn’t like that they don’t explain the breakdown of any additional cost at checkout. It would be better to explain and clearly show how much will be deducted from hold amount and how much will be refunded, for better customer transparency. Additionally, the window drapes are not equipped with sunlight blockers and it keeps waking the customer up everyday early in the morning, especially if the room is facing east. Would suggest to add sunlight blocker drapes.
